      I had to take my wife for emergency care to this facility. the parking lots are full to overcapacity, the emergency room was overcrowded and the wait was long. after getting past the emergency room were given a bed in a hallway where my wife still waits 8 hours later. she will need surgery tomorrow and needs her rest but the hall it is. what the **** is going on? there are dozens of people waiting in the halls for rooms. this is the worst care we have received since **** county hospital 30 years ago. negative 5 stars only go if your life does not depend on the care.

      I went to my primary care physician in January 2023 for a routine sick visit and Ascension Saint Agnes did not bill my visit or insurance properly. I have called the billing department five (5) times since January to have it corrected for the wrong code and to have resubmitted to insurance. I have **** and even had them involved. I’ve gotten the run around each time with the team and “supervisor” stating they would have it corrected and be back in touch. Each time no resolution and keep getting a bill for several hundred dollars that is now stating I’m over 100 days late. They won’t cancel the incorrect billing and get it fixed. I have also reached out to my primary care physician and been told the office manager will be in touch to fix this and haven’t heard back. Very disappointed that I have a great primary care physician but can’t get this bill resolved for over 90 days.

      I have had nothing but a horrible experience with billing at your Macomb Township St **** Ascension. It has caused three years of stress anxiety time and money, and my husband use to work for IT Ascension Health, still today I am having billing issues now from a procedure on 11 17 22 and it was double billed and B illed incorrectly and now they are trying to collect again it's fraudulent. They messed my son's bill up for a year and it was too late by the time we appealed he had to pay a bill that was not his responsibility your ******* ******, And Macomb Twp ship facility has incorrectly billed mine and my familys lab bills, procedures for 2-3 years now. I tried everything to remedy the issue but no help. Now trying to double bill and send me a ******* bill for something your billing department made a mistake on! They have made countless errors and many of mine and my son's bills from 2020-2023, I can't even use your facilities any longer. I went through an ordeal with my son's bill from one **** and he had to pay as a result of Ascension billing error or this would go on his credit. i have no means to pay a ******* bill behalf of Ascension billing duplicagte error. I have tried to resolve these issues for 3 years and it is still happeneing.

      If I could give negative stars I would. Very unprofessional. ***** wrote down fake vitals for my grandson. We waited 3 hours and we finally walked out. Then the scheduler called me and said she was going to call cps. Do not go here.

      I acquired a painful debilitating physical illness which the docs at **** Seton couldnt diagnose, so they told me it was all in my head and fabricated all kinds of mental illness diagnoses and even had me involuntarily committed and forced to take psych meds. The psychiatrist at shoal creek was abusive, wouldnt believe me, and refused to let me go to the hospital for a feeding tube even tho I weighed 77 lbs and could only lie in bed all day cuz I was so sick. My friend had to go behind her back and get me out to save my life.I was later diagnosed with mold toxicity and mast cell activation syndrome, real physiological illnesses, which validated all my symptoms, but **** Seton and Shoal Creek are refusing to expunge my records even though I have shown them proof of my physical illness.They are incompetent, cruel, liars, and unethical. Even the compliance ******** ********************* is a liar. She told me she would get all the info and reference materials I sent to the right folks at Seton for the doctors continuing medical education, but she refused to apply this information to me and my case and admit the doctors made serious mistakes. That was contradictory and selective.Theyre really horrible people who created a false medical and court record and almost killed meand now will not be accountable for their mistakes.

      I have been waiting over a week to get a refill on my seizure medication submitted to my pharmacy. After numerous calls being unanswered, no interaction with my pharmacy, I took a drive there. The girl at the front desk, was very rude and unprofessional. Stated, it couldnt be because I havnt been seen since ****, granted I had an appointment in October 2023 per my neuro. Then she went to say he was no longer employed with the company. Clearly, no information relayed to me in any way. Asked for help to have someone submit an order for my meds and her response was Ill set you up with so so and ask him. I dont think people understand how important medication is for individuals that have neurological disorders or any type of disorder. To not have information relayed, as important as this was, was beyond unprofessional and put me scrambling for help left and right to find someone to submit an order for me for some medication. I will NEVER EVER go back to the neurology at sacred heart in *********! EVER

      I visited the ** in late January after cutting the top of my right ankle. The cut was about 1 inch deep and 4 inches wide. After taking some Xrays and "feeling the tendon move" above the cut, they stitched me up and sent me home in a walking boot.Rather than returning the ** or my PCP to have the stiches removed (as advised), I met with a specialist who immediately scheduled surgery to repair the tendons in my foot. My MRI (scheduled by the specialist, not the **) revealed that all seven tendons in the top of my foot had been lacerated and surgery should have been performed within 48 hrs of the injury. Instead, I waited 10 days to "have the stitches removed" and my tendons began to retract (towards my toes and knee).

      Signed up. Paid my first month's premium. They show that I never paid despite me having the transaction on my bank statement AND the receipt they emailed me. Now I am being double charged. Cannot reach ANYONE on the phone. Good look getting customer support here. At this point I am just going to cancel my account. No interest in being a customer of this company. **** dispute the charges with my bank. Be warned!

      Horrible billing and customer service!It all started in March 2022. Deductible payment was due upfront before appt. Because I had other pending insurance claims that had not come in yet, I wound up ******* the hospital. When I requested the refund the billing **** couldnt find my payment. I had to prove I paid them many times. Each time I received an excuse of why I had to send it again. After several months of going through being told to give them 2 weeks here, or 45 days there, or **** days and the account would be credited and my refund issued. This never happened. Then in November 2022, I was finally told they applied my payment to the wrong acct number and it would take some time to correct. In Dec 2022, I found out instead of correcting my payment to my acct, they sent my acct to a collection agency! I requested to speak to a manager several times, but I was never given to a manager until the end of Dec. The first manager said give them 72hours. After 72hours, I called back again, but no one knew the manager I spoke to! I was finally directed to a tier II specialist who seemed to know her job. The specialist told me she would pull my acct back from colllection and have the payment applied correctly and have my refund sent. It still took another 2 months before this was done. Overall it took them 11 months to correct their mistake! 11 months to refund my overpayment! 11 months of calls and emails proving I paid them! Then to top it off, 2 months my acct was with a collection agency when all along they owed me money! If you have to use this hospital, I advise you to get a paper receipt for any payments and keep it in a safe place. Then be prepared to fight to get your money back if you overpay!
