I have previously filed multiple complaints about this businesss predatory scam letters and even received a letter of apology and that I would be removed from their database as a result (August 24). I received a piece of mail today (oct 24) the only detail thats different is Nationwide Automotive Service Center is not listed on the paper. I know its the same exact scam company because its identical to the 7-10 others I saved of the over 20 pieces of mail I have received at 2 different addresses. This business should be shut down. It is not legitimate and the people using this service are being SCAMMED. Stop contacting me about my car warranty. Stop asking me about activating a Vehicle service contract. Stop wasting paper and trees on sending me junk mail. Im smarter than falling for this but senior citizens arent. Time sensitive, urgent, official business, coverage- all tools to scam people into fearing that they need to spend their money on this scam. Stop contacting me. *** opened ANOTHER case. I hope the BBB finally shuts you down. I can not stand this. Going back on your word of removing me from the database only proves how guilty your business is of skimming information from websites.

I received an unsolicited letter directly from this business as part of a warranty scam. This business has obtained my contact information illegally and contacted me regarding my 2020 Chevrolet Sonic, which I purchased in October 2023. This is an ongoing incident and must be investigated further.

Constant fraud scam mail sent by Nationwide Automotive Service Center and vehicle services division over the past year, and have ramped up in the last 2 months. I am receiving at least 3 letters every two weeks. They are both from the same location with a PRSRT STD and *************, ** permit number 3252. I have reported this scam to the **** I was assigned Agent ****************** from this fake agency as a insurance agent. I assume this information was scrubbed from a service I used, Everquote, to find a new car insurance agency. The constant mail is frustrating, annoying, and the window of the envelope shows Official Business with my ****** car title on top. Says penalty for private use is 300$- except this fraud company should be paying well over 900 in penalties for sending me these falsified documents, used by them privately. The nature of the letters are intentionally confusing and mention car registration ID cards, protecting registration, and activating said ID cards to be valid. All say final notice and that coverage is not up to date. Numbers listed include *****************-************

Called this company out of curiosity in ***************, ** at *********** because I keep getting solicitations for car warranty coverage and I listened to the spew from the male *** just out of curiosity even though I was just wanting them to quit sending stuff. His quote was outrageous and I told him I couldn't afford it yet he kept going on and on saying what are you gonna do if your car breaks down and telling me I didn't make sense. I hardly drive it and it has very low mileage. I told him just to take me off their list I couldn't afford anything and he kept arguing! This guy wouldn't listen to me at all, he is a gas lighting narcissistic bully! I hung up on him after finally yelling at him to remove my information. He was very rude and harrassing!

These guys are complete predatory scammers. They sent my elderly mother a letter that makes it sound as if she needs to "renew" her vehicle protection policy, but that unit the case. They are selling elderly people who most likely don't even drive, warranties iron their cars. Their product may be legit but their methods are unethical & should be illegal. They quoted her $249/mo for a protection ************ told them that she was on a fixed income, & the agent lowered it by $100 immediately to $149. Obviously corrupt. Fortunately I was present & heard the convo. I suggest to AVOID all correspondence with them.

Nationwide Automotive Service Center send out predatory mailers. These unsolicited mailers are not only persistently pushing unnecessary services, but they are also deliberately made to look official, which I believe is a deceptive and misleading tactic aimed at scamming consumers.Despite having no prior engagement or relationship with your company, I have repeatedly received these mailers which reference my vehicle details and other personal information. I do not appreciate the unwarranted intrusion into my personal life. These mailers are clearly designed to create a sense of urgency and importance, misleading recipients into believing they are from a legitimate or official source when they are not. This is a predatory practice that takes advantage of consumers' trust and vulnerability.I am requesting that Nationwide Automotive Service Center immediately cease sending these mailers to my address. Furthermore, I urge your company to review and amend your policies regarding the acquisition and use of personal information to ensure that such predatory practices do not continue.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience or concern. In an effort to rectify the situation I have removed you from our mailing list. Please note, there are many agencies that provide similar service and all mailers are largely identical in layout as the approved marketing format for extended repair coverage. While we have stopped mailers from our office we are unable to stop solicitations from other companies. You will need to reach out to them individually should you receive another mailer. Thank you again and we wish you well.

On 08/01/2024 I called this company because they kept sending me extremely misleading and disguised letters saying I needed to get in touch regarding my warranty. I did. Was told I would pay a ONE time payment of $199. I then get a whole thing in the mail stating that I had signed up for a whole loan and was paying $199/month. They also purposely misspelled my email and because of that I received no email confirmations. Today 08/22/2024, I called to cancel, I spoke with 3 people. When I finally got to customer **********************, he would NOT cancel my policy. I had to absolutely blow up on him and tell him to get to the point, he kept telling me he would and then coming up with some reasons why I shouldnt cancel. I had to ask him 7 times. Not only do I feel scammed but so frustrated that they wont just listen to their customers. They do not deserve to be in business. I feel lied to and robbed.
