    Zero stars for Car Shield and ********************. Rude customer ********************** and supervisors had me in tears. Giving me the run around and refusing to call my mechanic to give an update. Terrible business. Do NOT waste your money!

    Most aggressive sales people on the face of the planet!!!! I am not stupid why would I get extended warranty coverage on a vehicle I havent even taken possession of yet ?!??!?!!? Dude simmer down you will get sales its not that serious if someone is just calling for a quote!!!!!!

    If I can give it a negative 0 it definitely would get that. When I signed up for this warranty they told me that everything was going to be covered no matter what the mileage was. Well guess what... They didn't cover my coil packs they didn't cover my front end suspension and they're still messing around with my transmission.I took my car in to a repair shop to get fixed it fixed they refused to fix things that they said that they were going to cover. My car has been at the repair shop going on I'm on a month and a 1/2 now waiting for them to approve to fix my transmission. I am making payments on a car that I can't even drive because they (car shield) will not will not approve the transmission. They tell my mechanic that my transmission costs more than what my car is worth. Every time I call them I get the run around. This company is totally worthless don't waste your money on something that they won't even fix. Until they agree to fix my transmission I am not paying them the $100 is $100 a month payment. I am beyond irritated with this company. I will find a different 3rd party warranty company after all of this is done.

    Car Shield told me initially They Covered Auto SYSTEMS not
    covered by regular Car Insurance. They implied all was covered. Living
    in Arizona and anticipating problems caused by heat, I bought and paid
    on their Policy for many months. My Cooling System went out and they
    Refused to cover it. They did not tell me there were "exceptions" to
    their coverage.

    I have been on the phone for the past 3 days trying to get my car repaired. I need a new confessor for my air conditioner. They said my mechanic would receive it on Tuesday. They never received it and car shield said they could not track the package. On Wednesday we still did not receive it and found out it was out of stock. NEVER WAS INFORMED! They agreed to let me have a rental car with **********. Went down to get my rental and they had none available. Today is the fourth day with no car. I have asma and am 72 years old. I need a car.

    I called to cancel my car shield because I lost my job and could no longer afford it, I spike with ******* to cancel and I kept being pressured to just take aower payment, I can't afford it, she kept arguing with me instead of just canceling it for me, They only care about the almighty dollar and I did not appreciate the way she handled things and the pressuring. Horrible company

    I HAVE DEALT WITH CAR SHIELD AND EACH TIME ITS UNOT GOOD. THEY TSKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER WANT TO PAY YOUR CLAIMS. THE FIRST OCCASION MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AND IT TOOK THE FEMALE MANAGER AT A ****** DEALERSHIP TO THREATEN TO NOT TAKE THEIR INSURANCE IF MY CAR WOULDN'T BE FIXED AFTER SITTING ON LOT FOR 2 MONTHS. YE! 2 MONTHS I HAD TO TAKE CABS TO WORK AND STAY IN A NEARBY HOTEL TO BE CLISER TO MY JOB. NOW IM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE OF THEM NOT WANTING TO COVER MY WINDOW AND ALTERNATOR. THEY THE ADJUSTER DONT TALK TO YOU. I WAS TOLD THE ONLY PART I COULD GET WAS USED ANDBIF I DIDN'T LIKE IT TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET. I COME OUT OF POCKET WHEN I PAY THEIR SCAMMING BUTTS. THE ONLY ********* THEY FIXED IS CELEBRITY AND THEY PROBABLY GET COVERAGE FOR FREE WITH EXCHANGE IN USING THEIR NAME AND PICTURE. I WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO SET TIME TO FIX MY VEHICLE. I ASKED WAS THAT IN WRITING IN CONTROL. THEN I WAS TOLD NO. EACG TIME YOUBCALLED YOU GET ANOTHER ANSWER THAT FRUSTRATE YOU EVEN MOR. IHAD TO GET IN DELT WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE BECAUSE CARTSHIED IS TAKING OVER A MONTH FOR THIS CURRENT ISSUE. IF YOUBGET HOLD TO SOMEOME WITH GOOD CUSTOMER ********************** SKILLS MAYBE THRY WILL CALL YOU BACK IF DISCONNECTED. OTHER REPS JUST HANG UP ON YOU ON PURPOSE.. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND GO ELSE WHERE FOR YOUR CAR WARRANTY. YOU WILL ***** ME REAL SOON.. AMEN
