    I would give zero stars if that were an option. For a year I paid the premiums for this "service," but when I needed to get a repair done on my car, not a single mechanic was willing to do the work - I called every mechanic on the list CarShield provided, as well as a number of others, and every one of them said that they no longer accept CarShield jobs because CarShield refuses to pay them - even AFTER they had approved the repairs. Of course, they refused to give me a refund, so I cancelled my policy and had to pay out of pocket for something this shady company was supposed to cover. I would have been better off putting the monthly premiums into a savings account. Other members of my family had similar experiences and we have now cancelled all accounts with CarShield. Buyer Beware.

    I would get an attorney and file a class action law suit . Everyone gets together and will take that company down for being scammers and liars. WE SHOULD ALL EGT TOGETHER AND SUE CAR SHIELD.

    This company is a scam. I called and ordered Car Shield on a Tuesday, gave them my information to charge my card 3 days later. I wanted to wait until I spoke with my mechanic. But they pressured me into giving my information, I confirmed and reconfirmed that if I called back and cancelled it would not come out of account. I spoke with my mechanic and they told me they will not work with Car Shield, that everything is a hassle. So I called back Car Shield 30 mins later and cancelled. I then reconfirmed the payment would not come out of my account on Thursday. The payment did come out, cleared my back on the following Tuesday. I called immediately, spoke to a very rude, condescending customer service agent who told me a check was issued on the same day I cancelled. It is 8 days later and still no check. I called back and now they are telling me it takes 20 days before I get a refund.

    They don't cover a lot of things that matter my car twice I had issues like 964 dollars fir exhaust pipe came loose from engine again strunts and contr arm for strunts was **** dollars both claims denied so o canceled them

    This company is a rip-off! I have had my policy for a year, and my car is in the shop now and they refuse to pay for it. The cost to get it fixed is *******! They come up with all kinds of excuses not to fix it. They are dirty as hell! It is my air conditioner that needs to fix but they refuse to take care of business. When you see the Commercial they make it seems like everything will be quick and fast, but it is a lie. All these fake ppl in the commercial are getting paid to give out this false information, don't believe the hype. my car dealership would not be in contact with them, for over a week. I had to call them to let them know that they were trying to get in .contact with them. and the answer was no they can not pay for my truck!! I am ****** off!! I want every dollar back that I have paid out for over a year, this is the first time I had used their services, but they are going to give my money back ASAP. Don't waste your money on them, they are getting rich on ppl and taking the advantage of hard-working ppl period. They are con- artists and they need to be accountable for using and tricking ppl. I want justice and I want it now. Please don't let them trick another person, take me seriously about what I am saying they want be there for you when your vehicle break down

    I've made monthly payments for years and now when I need repairs I can't find anyone that will deal with Car shield. So now I have to struggle to pay for my repairs. I feel so ripped off.

    I keep receiving harassing calls, texts and emails about a vehicle I don't even own, have never owned before. I put them on a call block and they literally called me 75times in a row. Please just this scam down bbb.

    Can I give 0 stars. Ive had them and been paying for the most ************** for 6 months and when I actually needed them the part is not covered. I need a steering control module which is part of the **** But they say not that specific part. Plus I signed up with car shield and find out they sold my contract to auto shield a 3rd party.
