Very courteous and helpful. Found a problem that needed fixing. He scheduled an appointment to have it fixed.
Explained the advantage of a whole house humidifier. And reminded me the a carbon monoxide detector is needed.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

I have used SS & B for the last 5 years. I have two houses and use them for inspection each season. All the technicians have been outstanding. In fact, they installed a state-of-the-art heat pump and air handler system and it has performed magnificently. My latest technician is Alex Ayo. His work was outstanding. He answered all my questions, was on time on the day scheduled and was friendly and easy to understand. He did a thorough job.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

Dakota just left after getting the air handler motor installed. He was very persistent in getting my repair done correctly. However, he was sent a couple of unprogrammed motors that caused him a little angst. To his credit he stayed with the job until success.SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

Quick service. Dakota Parker Was on it and kept us informed. Found the issue and fixed it. This isn’t first time either. Been with SS&B for 20 years.
