Ron was on time, completed the service in good time and even had a recommendation to help me save money on coil cleaning in the future. Won't go anywhere but SS&B for my heating and cooling needs.

Alex did really good on troubleshooting and found the result and replace it and running smooth operation as usually I recommend him to do that he has knowledge of checking on each items and made sure it charge good and runs good we are happy with that tech . Also the interpreter Jeff was here to made effective communication between with Alex. He great patient ! Thanks. I still have his cardSS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

Cody was very professional and knowledgeable, communicative and efficient. House and equipment were clean and orderly during servicing and at conclusion, and all aspects of service were explained. Ryan Richards did a wonderful job of explaining why our air conditioner was not working, the part needed, the cost and it was repaired in a timely manner. We appreciated the quick response by SS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc. to our request for their service.

Best experience I've had in Springfield and I've tried several companies. SS&B will be the only company I call from now on.
Alex was fast, courteous and efficient. Alex is also a fellow Veteran and takes pride in his work and doesn't try to over sell.
Thank you all for saving me a lot of money and making my house ice cold again.
