Our service technician was very professional and pleasant. He got right to work fixing it. I am confident in his work and we won’t have any more issues with the mini split. Oh funny story when we first had the heater installed and used it we heard this awful noise. The heater is across from our bedroom. The same technician came out and worked on it until he found the culprit. There was a magnetic clip that had gotten stuck in it when they installed the heater and he found it!! Worst customer service ever. Bought a trane heat pump and furnace in 2008. Have to have serviced every season. SS&B did terrible job installation and wont cover warranty service. I will tell everyone i know not to give them businessSS&B Heating & Cooling, Inc

Upon reviewing our records, we note that your heat pump system was installed in 2008, and our last service visit to your home was in 2015 for a blown fuse at no charge. In light of the compressor failure you experienced in 2010, we took the initiative to extend your labor warranty until 2012, completely free of charge. This gesture is part of our steadfast dedication to ensuring your satisfaction and trust in our services, highlighting our commitment to going above and beyond for our customers.Our records further indicate that there have been alterations made to your heat pump, as mentioned in a discussion with your son, recorded. We do not have a record of any maintenance services performed by our team since that time. We are pleased to know the system may have been maintained by another service provider, ensuring its ongoing operation.However, in accordance with our company policies, we must respectfully decline to service your system at this time.
