      The manager wrongfully accused my friend of shoplifting and instead of apologizing he told us to leave and took our pictures saying he was sending it to the police. First of all, I wasn't even near my friend at the time. Second, My friend emptied his pockets and lifted his shirt and he had nothing. Most importantly, I wasn't in any way involved in what my friend was even doing, so what gives him the right to take my picture? He made us look like criminals for no reason. when asked on what grounds he was telling us we couldn't come back to the store for, he said he doesn't need to have a reason. very unprofessional obviously he has something going on in his personal life that he's bringing to work and causing him to be so irrational. I think a customer service class might be in order.

      I received a flyer in the mail from Cabelas , big sales event. I drove 25 miles to buy a rifle scope. After looking around and talking to the sales people I found that no one knew of a sale nor even seen the flyer. The ad said up to 40% off however no products were marked . It was like talking to people that had no idea of how a sale works. After 3 trips to the store it looked like a bait and switch program that the employees knew nothing about. Six employees had not even heard of the '' Annual Great Outdoors Clearance Event '' I was under the impression that items on sale would be seen on the products. This is the short story of what happened but the point was made.

      I placed an order at the beginning of December. I realized after Xmas that it did not arrive. When I pulled up my order number I was informed it had been cancelled. I was never notified. I called customer support who informed me it was cancelled by the fraud department and I should have automatically received notification. I was also told this by the manager. When I called the fraud department they said the computer does not send cancellation notifications. Why would you ever cancel an order without notification????? I was told it was because my IP address was from Germany. Nothing else on my order stated Germany. I use a VPN. This is common practice these days. If your IT department does not understand this then they should be fired. Even this should not keep you from sending an email notification. I will never order from your company again and will inform everyone I know not to as well.

      Placed order almost a month ago 11/26 for store pick up but order never arrived and no one at Cabela's knows what happened. Will have to cancel order due to Cabela's poor service. Don't place an order with this company for store pick up!

      Placed a order online from Cabela's and 2 other large retail businesses.

      In 3 days I have my other orders processed, shipped and delivered by *********** and *****.

      I have yet to receive any information besides a order confirmation & no update on shipping, I have sent off 3 Email form request and am currently sitting on hold for 33:09 minutes. No email messages back from Cabela's team and no communication with a customer service rep.

      This is unacceptable. You have already charged my credit card.

      Can a manager or supervisor contact me in concerns to order 8079504.

      When you spend $2k at a store, you should not have to edit for 5 hrs. Bought a shot gun on line 2 weeks ago, got an email my gun ready to be picked up, I have my CA federal iD, have firearm safety card so I went to pick it up, scan the code on the counter to reserve a spot, got #8, not too bad I thought…
      Waited 4hrs so far and my name has not been called yet.
      This is bull shit and not acceptable. If bass pro want yo sell firearm in CA they need yo have more people behind counters to help…
      I spend a lot of money at this store.. no more, I’ll take my business somewhere else.

      Horrible experience and that appears to be the norm for ******’s/Bass Pro. Management has failed or they have corporate policy to make gun purchases the worst experience. I purchased a rifle online and had to wait 3 hours just to be helped on a Tuesday. Got in the queue at 10:20am and was able the leave with my purchase at 2pm. With the 1.5 hour drive one way to get there, I got to spend 7 hours to pick up one gun. The best part was when the guys left for lunch. Never been so disrespected, but they do this repeatedly. As an long time ******* club member I could not be more disappointed in what this organization has turned into.

      And asking them to unsubscribe me from their emails and continuously getting 345 a day especially during the holidays and you go to the store and they have nothing on the shelves except junk. It's been this way ever since the beginning of Covid I really don't shop there at all anymore. There's nothing to buy there because I have nothing to buy.

      I have made multiple on-line orders for reloading powder (Varget or IMR-****) which showed in stock for shipping. I tried ship to home and also ship to store. A few days later, these would be cancelled. I engaged customer service via writing and suggested to them that they had an issue in methodlogy of quantity in stock and the on-line system not cutting off orders after the number of orders equaled the in-stock quantity. **************** has since ceased responding to me as I update them on specific orders and then cancellations. You are BassPro, not some chump outfit. With all the scammers out there trying to sell reloading powder, I want to go with a known seller. Please tell me BassPro can do better.

      BassPro followed through in a satisfactory manner. They appear to have adjusted their methods for inventory control. Their suggestion to me, which worked, was to call in an order if I viewed it on-line so that the agent could check immediate stock and place the order for me. That did the trick and my highly sought after reloading powder arrived soon after. Thank you BassPro for being the business I thought you were.

      Made an order online for store pick up. Said it would arrive in 5-6 days. Two weeks later still not there. I was told it is sitting in a trailer and wont leave till trailer is full. Terrible customer service.
