      I purchased a plane Jane used ruger m77 308 for almost $1300. From cabelas. (No discount)On the same day same visit ( to recoupe from there high price)I offered to sale them my mint condition ruger m77 Hawkeye 270. (knowing the book value is over $1100) they offered me an insulting $600. They don't care about the customers value. But you will pay a premium price for there merchandise.

      I ordered a depth finder on March the 9th to be delivered to the Leeds, Alabama store. The unit has never made it to the store according to 1-800 customer service.
      I purchased using affirm as payment and have already made a payment on a product I do not receive. The store has them in stock but will not fulfill the order because it was purchased online. The answer is buy another 1,700 unit and when the other one shows up return it.
      Very póor online sales and customer service. Also used payment supported by them and now can't reverse the charge. I am out 1,760 dollars on a product they stock.

      My Father has shopped at Cabela's for over 50 years and their customer service is terrible, he purchased a gift certificate online DIRECTLY FROM CABELAS and when given to his son to buy waders the gift certificate was used by an inside job at Cabela's and after numerous calls to Cabela's fraud and their customer service confirming the person who used the gift certificate was in a completely different State is WELL KNOWN to Cabelas as doing fraud purchases and Cabelas refused to honor my dads $250 gift certificate and gave my elderly father the run around. After numerous years of shopping there. I will make sure all of my family and friends never shop there and this is shamefull how Cabelas treat their loyal Customers. Cabelas needs to update THEIR online system or re look at how they treat their customers. Basically told my father hes is out $250.00 TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> TERRIBLE

      Purchased a new Tahoe boat in the spring of 2019 and put it on the lake for the season here in ***********. Discovered a repair/patch in the fiberglass near the keel when I pulled the boat in the fall of 2019 and was on my back under the trailer scrubbing the hull down for off season storage. The damage/repair were obviously done prior to delivery. In addition, the repair was poorly done and clearly visible, but only if you were under the boat to see it. After pulling the boat at the end of the 2022 season, a section of the repaired area popped off while sitting on the trailer in my yard, leaving a hole near the keel. I consulted with a fiberglass repair expert and showed him a high resolution photo of the entire patched/damaged area. His professional opinion was that the original damage occured during the construction process (not uncommon), the repair was not done properly, nor with the proper materials, water seeped into the patch, and exposure to freezing temps while on the trailer caused ice to form, expanding and resulting in the hole in the keel. His estimate for a repair to be done properly at his boat shop was $500+. He recommended I check the warranty. I did. The Tahoe warranty indicated a 5 year coverage on the hull. I filed a warranty repair request through the dealer. The request was denied by *****. The fine print on the hull warranty states "A 1 Year Goodwill Warranty For The Gelcoat Solely For Defects In The Gelcoat. As the hole in the keel was in the area of the poorly done patch job and prior to delivery to me, I appealed the decision through Tahoe Customer Relations. I argued the hole in the keel would not have happened had the pre delivery repair been done correctly. DENIED. At this point, I DO NOT recommend a Tahoe product to anyone. The fit and finish of the boat is poor and Bass Pro and ****************** do not stand by their product.

      Extremely disappointed in ************************ and Bass Pro Shops. My dealer re-submitted my request for repair to my **** under the 5 year warranty covering "materials and workmanship" with new high resolution photos of the area in question. The request for repair was denied for the third time. ************************ cited their "1 year courtesy repair" to cracks in Gelcoat. My position is, this is not a cracked Gelcoat issue, it is a "materials and workmanship" issue involving both fiberglass and Gelcoat. The boat was delivered new with a repair to the hull which did not meet industry standards. The repair failed after 4 years, resulting in a hole in the hull. I do not recommend Tahoe boats manufactured under the ************************ to anyone. They do not stand behind their product.

      Ordered a kayak package on January 31st, we've called ***** a few times recently, been told 100 different things back and forth but no one can tell us where the kayak or the trolling motor to the package is. The shipping department is absolutely terrible with absolutely no tracking. We've been given the run around way too many times. I took a Club card out to get this thing. Once it gets here and I pay it off I'm closing that card and never ordering online again.

      Gave me the wrong gun, not the one I asked for, on top of that it was used,(I don't know if it was previously owned or just the employees fun gun for the range on the premises) it was full of oil and brass dust on the inside, they told me I was not allowed to disassemble it in store, so there was no way for me to know it's condition before I buy it.I got pictures.They just kept saying that all gun purchases are final. In fact at one point they said they will accept it back, but they changed their mind when they realized that the gun showed signs of use, and sent me away once more. I'm originally a foreigner with an accent so they probably thought I was the easy guy to scam.

      Cabela's used to be the pinnacle of customer service and quality products. It was my go to store for outdoor gear. I purchased a pair of Cabela's Inferno boots November of 2019 and picked up at the Roger's MN store in December 2019. I wore the boots for the first time January of 2020. I wore the boots around 20 times and they look new. The BOA housing sewed in to the tongue failed last week on each boot. One is completely broke and the other coming out of the tongue. I stopped at Cabela's in Rogers MN on 1/29/23 with the receipt to see what they could do. They refused to do anything. I am now stuck with unwearable $209.00 boots. If you are in the Midwest I suggest shopping at a store that cares about their customer and customer service. I highly suggest *******. ******* customer service and quality of product is leaps and bounds above Cabela's now. I wish Cabela's was still on that level. I will no longer step foot in Cabela's or visit their website because of this and other reasons.

      I called and talked to a sales representative and placed an order on September 7 2021. I paid with gift cards and credit card. The product was never shipped to me so I called Cabela`s September 8, 2022 to find out why. I was told the order was archived so it was too late to resolve my complaint of not receiving the product . They were not willing to return the money I spent on the product I did not receive. I would not recommend any one ordering any goods or products from Cabela`s. I would think that there would be a law against this practice. I was surprised that the company would allow this to happen. Just want others to know this could happen to you.

      Have been waiting 45 minutes so far. Bass pro has three guys working the counter and twelve people waiting to be help. It is the middle of the day during the week. They are under staffed and terrible service. I will tell you my experience with ******* in ***********, ******** you will have a zero wait and excellent customer service. I would not recommend bass pro
