      Bait and Switch! On the Cabela's website, (same as Bass Pro Shop), they are advertising ******** Target 9mm Luger 115 Grain Handgun Ammo. The box pictured is clearly 100 rounds, the price next to the picture is $13.99 - $139.99. When you add this to the shopping cart it becomes a box of 50 rounds for the same price. That is double what is advertised! Contacted customer service, basically was told stuff happens, have a nice day. This company has gone into the toilet since the merger with ********.

      Cabelas how could you allow this to happen to your customers! Why would you allow a scamming company like ********* VACATIONS in your store to pray and scam your casual shoppers! Unfortunately, I will no longer be shopping at your store because if it wasnt for your partnership with *********, I wouldnt have been scammed into purchasing this nightmare of a Timeshare! This all started when a Bluegreen *** holding a clipboard approached me and offered $200 in vouchers if I attended a meeting at a location of my choice. It sounded harmless so I accepted the offer. My ******** decided to attend a presentation in *************. Long story short, we declined several offers, and each time they came back with another offer and applied more and more pressure. We even sensed the managers frustration with us after declining all their offers. We asked them to give us time to think it over, but they said that the offers were only good for that day and would never be available again. As a last ditch attempt they managed to offer a Sampler Package which was a couple days at a **************** for $250. At this point, we agreed to pay $250 so we could just leave, but looking back, this was just to get us to attend another meeting to continue where they left off. Fast forward to when we took advantage of the $250 trial of the Bluegreen experience. They convinced us to sign up for a ****************** credit card by telling us this would pay us back enough rewards to pay for our annual maintenance fees, which ended up being a lie. They also gave us the impression of us being able to book anywhere at any time, but in reality, we have been unable to book vacations at our desired locations. We were misled, lied to, and they mis***resented the product they sold us. We were scammed into purchasing this timeshare and if it werent for Cabelas opening their doors to Bluegreen, we wouldnt be in the situation we are in today!??

      This place is a joke. I was in a tournament. My trolling motor went bad. I ordered one. They said it would be here in seven days. My package got lost. I called them. They told me they would overnight one to me. I told him that would be great. I would get it by Friday. The tournament is on Saturday. Guess what I got tracking I wont get the package until Saturday, money lost, and fishing tournament gone you people are a joke. No one should buy anything from your store because you do not make things right

      Their website made me waste $60 on non-refundable merchandise, and their solution was to give me $20 my next purchase... And to tell me they'll look into it...Thanks a lot!

      Over the past two years, we have repeatedly taken our Tracker side-by-side in for warranty work, with unsatisfactory results each time. Despite being told that the belt break was uncommon, our vehicle required a new transmission and a rebuilt casing due to a missing bolt. The linkage has never functioned properly, despite three separate tripseach over an hour's driveto have it repaired. Each time, we were assured that the issue was resolved, but it never was.This situation was especially frustrating for my elderly mother-in-law, who purchased the side-by-side brand new and paid in cash. I believe she was taken advantage of, as Bass Pro and Tracker never fixed the linkage issue, despite multiple attempts. Instead, we were accused of rough handling and poor maintenance, even though we followed the manual's break-in period and maintained the vehicle regularly.After a new transmission was installed, we experienced constant leaks due to faulty clamps, a cracked reservoir, and a bed that cracked from normal use. Each time, the leaks were either not found or we were charged for hose replacements. Additionally, the side-by-side would run hot due to the leaks, forcing us to limit its use. When we dropped off the vehicle, the manager noted that it was the cleanest side-by-side they had seen, even remarking that his own truck was dirtier than ours. Despite this, he still claimed we had used the unit very hard. Additionally, the terminal connections never worked properly, despite our complaints.When we addressed all these issues, the manager's response was dismissive, suggesting that buying such a "toy" meant we should expect to spend money. Our vehicle had problems from the start, and we were constantly given the run-around with promises of resolution that never came to fruition. Even our attempts to reach out to Tracker directly have gone unanswered.All of these issues are documented in our service records, underscoring the persistent and unresolved problems we faced.

      This little branch in ********* Texas is drastically struggling to maintain any sort of customer experience and quality. I just purchased a $40K boat, and I come to find an empty beer can in one of the storage compartments.This is completely unacceptable. Do not purchase any products from this corporate store as they do not value any sort of quality and do not care about the customers. I would return my boat if possible, just based on this minor inconvenience. I would give this zero stars if allowed. Most likely bass pro shop sold me a used boat and claimed it to be brand new. Do not ever never trust any products from this store!It is likely most of their new products are being resold from used and returned items. Youre better off going to your local boat retailer then going to this horrible establishment

      Macon GA, I was visiting family and had the opportunity to visit with my children and the first time we went in the young lady in customer service ************************* was very energetic with a smile a big hello and she even was joking with my little girls. The next time we went in she was at the other registers. Both times she was very polite and chipper and even joked with my children. This young lady goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and that's not something you see a lot any where. I love that this young lady took time out of greeting other customers to speak with my children along with other children that came in after us. Even though the parents are the ones that spend the money this young lady made an effort to speak and joke with the children. My sister in law said that every time they visit bass pro ************************* makes a point to speak whit her children. My sister in law even told me that ***** will even pick the children up and let them help her. This is something you don't see any where from anyone these days. I wish there was more people like this young lady. If anyone is in the area and you have children stop by and see this young lady she your children will not be ignored.

      Purchased a Tracker Targa 19 TE in March 2024. The transducer was positioned such that a ton of water was coming over the engine mount whenever the boat was moving. We repositioned it ourselves & fixed that problem, but the boat was still taking on water. Boat went in to the service center for a recall and to check for leaks. They took it upon themselves to move the transducer back to the original position (without asking), & made it so water was coming into the boat again. We repositioned it AGAIN. Then we tried to use the Active ************** get it to turn on, so it went back to the shop. They took it out for a water test & reported that the Active Trim worked fine, but no techs were there to show me. We then saw Active Trim in use on another ***** tried again on our ***** ****** still would not turn on. Back to the shop. Come to find out THE **** LIED! Active Trim wasnt enabled from the factory! They enabled it, took it out for another water test. THEY RAN THE **** INTO THE ***** Caused damage to the *************** Active trim still did not work properly, they found out the boats dont come with the module for it! They only have the button, its not even a factory add*on option! They paid to repair the damage and repaint that side of the ***** but the boat will never be the same. It all could have been avoided if the tech hadnt LIED in the first place! All of the stickers had to come off for the repaint * they knew this for weeks, knew that all of the registration stickers needed to be replaced, and didnt think to get a replacement DMV registration sticker for it. Doubt Ill ever get that from them, Ill probably have to take time off work and go to DMV myself for that one. We also got the upgraded flooring, it's already bubbling when it gets wet and hot because it isnt glued down in spots. According to their warranty people, thats how its supposed to be. $65K lesson * Tracker boats are junk, and the service departments LIE and DONT CARE

      If I could give Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas zero stars, I would but that is not an option. My Dad bought a Gun at Bass pro. When my Elderly Dad was checking out, The Bass Pro/****** employee signed him up for a credit card without his knowledge. I am told that this is fraud. When the gun was tested, it was discovered that the gun was not working properly, it would misfire every few attempts at firing. We returned the defective gun and were told that The Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas will not take back a defective gun. They would not refund his money. They would not replace the gun with one that will function properly.So, it appears that The Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas will sell you a defective gun, but they will not take back a defective gun. We will not buy anything from them again.Between the fraudulent credit card issue and the selling of a defective product , we realize that this business can not be trusted.

      Horrible. I ordered a Smoker from the online Cabelas. After ordering it, I found a cheaper option and decided to cancel the order. I had to wait for the email to come through with the order number and information. Within in a few minutes of receiving the email I called to cancel and they told me that the order cannot be cancelled, this was a total of 13 minutes after ordering. I would need to wait until it arrives then go process a return. The email states that if you need to change your order to immediately call the number below, which I did, but was told I cannot cancel. The representative said you have the option to cancel before you click 'Order
