      Horrible. I ordered a Smoker from the online Cabelas. After ordering it, I found a cheaper option and decided to cancel the order. I had to wait for the email to come through with the order number and information. Within in a few minutes of receiving the email I called to cancel and they told me that the order cannot be cancelled, this was a total of 13 minutes after ordering. I would need to wait until it arrives then go process a return. The email states that if you need to change your order to immediately call the number below, which I did, but was told I cannot cancel. The representative said you have the option to cancel before you click 'Order

      This review is based only on my recent visits to the store. Both visits were to the hunting department. I must say the ammo like is worst than the **** Especially if you get stuck with **** taking care of your transaction. I placed an online order thinking it would be a smoother and faster process I was wrong. It was 45 minutes. In the meantime ****** the older employee took care of 4-5 transactions. I respectfully told ********** didnt know this would take this long for an online order I assume it was just scan the barcode on the email after running the background check. He asked many questions trying to make small talk. Again I said Im sorry I have my family waiting he said he said this is actually pretty faster than other times. I told him I was actually here last week I was the last customer for the night being helped by ******. You were helping a customer but couldnt complete the transaction because there were some discrepancies with the name on the identification. He said oh yeah I made a mistake running his name I was afraid they were going to use that against me on my recent evaluation. Not only is this individual costing the store money by slow productivity he is making mistakes when dealing with firearm ammunition. I just wanted to share my recent experience. If you go ask for help with someone else other than ****.

      After a lot of back and forth conversation, learned that everything said to us had a second side.. gift card for purchase? Oops! Sorry, not available. 2-3 week delivery? Oops! 8-10 weeks. Final quote? Nope! OOPS!!! forgot to add this charge and that charge. Refund down payment, no problem?? Ha ha!! OOOPS!!! Itll take two weeks for corporate to get you your refund! If you are going to shop there, I hope you dont get treated and dont get mishandled the way we did! And ask questions, face to face, and lots of them!!Idk about the retail, boat marine sales is really disappointing to say the absolute least. The worst. Never again!!!

      Finally around the age of 55 I was able to purchase a side by side which I had wanted for hunting purposes. I went all out buying a 2021 camo tracker 800SXLE fully loaded including a trailstar trailer for hauling. Then added many other accessories. When picking up the unit at a tracker dealership ******** I had noticed it was hard to shift into gear. I had questioned the sales person who had said that it was where it was new and would wear in. I didn't get to join the club I had planned to but did get to use the tracker from time to time on my property and carrying my grandkids around, a total of 40 hours and 117 miles to date. The unit ended up getting worse with shifting and I was having to leave it in drive most of the time. I finally found a tracker repair shop closer to where I live who had stated there were actually a couple recalls on the unit so I took it there in November of last year. They tried one of the recalls which was a cable kit which did no good. The next problem was the clutch which thru tracker forms on line had been a major issue. Although mine was out of warranty I figure a recall is a recall and it seems to be a known issue so I figured there would be no problem getting it fixed under the recall especially with the low use and low hours on the unit. Berkeley outdoors made several attempts to get a resolution to the problem but received no reply for months. I finally started making calls myself just trying to find out what the issue was and was met with no response. After talking to ******** outdoor this morning they were finally told they would not cover my unit because of being too far out. I was told the recall itself was for 2022 models and mine is a 21. Same problem, same issues. So my unit has sat at a shop since November just for them to come back with a doing nothing response. A recall should be a recall especially for the minimal hours on the machine.

      We went to Bass Pro in *********-*******. **** was the general manager there. He actually came up to us and ask if we needed any help . He was very informative about a fishing poles. He helped my husband get the right pole and even put the line on it and changed spinner around to the hand my husband used to fish with. Thank-you ****.

      During our visit at ************************ a Bluegreen representative approached us with an enticing offer: a free stay in ********** along with a $50 gift card in exchange for attending a "presentation." However, I strongly advise everyone to BEWARE and avoid falling for this trap! The presentation room was adorned with captivating pictures of luxurious resorts and vacation packages that could be obtained through their points system. We were lured into believing that this investment would not only benefit us but also leave a lasting legacy for our children and future generations. Little did we know that this so-called "legacy" would turn into a never-ending nightmare of escalating maintenance fees and additional expenses forced upon us by the resort. After losing thousands of dollars, we reached out to Bluegreen in hopes of resolving the situation as we believe we are owed our money back and to part ways. But unfortunately, our encounter with ********************* who is a representative at Bluegreen left us with no beneficial options. Not only am I frustrated by the deception and lies we were subjected to, but I am also disappointed that Bass Pro Shops allows such practices to take place. It is my sincere desire to warn others and urge them to steer clear of these representatives who approach you with promises that are too good to be true.

      Cabellas dishonest bait and switch merchandise signs Let me preface this review with, I think the quality of the merchandise and the sales staff at Cabellas in *******, ******** is very good. My issue is with the management about the dishonesty of the signs above the merchandise racks. Bottom line is, what they charge at the register is not what the signs they have over the merchandise say. I was charged $29.99 each for 2 shirts and the Large sign over the display said $24.99. When I pointed this out to the sales clerk she said she would happily get a manager to correct this. ***** the manager said that they charged more for larger sizes as it said on the sign. But the sign clearly said they only charged more for sizes 3xl and larger. Yet my purchase was for a 2xlt and ***** still refused to correct it. She said that corporate sends them the signs, like that excuses the bait and switch pricing. ***** refused to correct the discrepancy back to the stated signage. I would have happily paid the $29.99 price had it said so on the sign but I HATE bait and switch scams. Im sad to say I will not shop or buy gift cards at Cabellas again. I am filing a complaint with the ********************** and the Attorney General. If you have this problem please do the same. This is the only way dishonest business practices will get changed.

      Called to make sure my minor son could pick me up a clip for my pistol. Wanted to make sure there were no age restrictions before I sent him way out of his way. I was told by an associate at the firearms counter that age restrictions were only on ammo and the firearm itself, not on the accessories. He drove there to be told you have to be 21. I spoke to a manager who said this was company policy. If it is, why do your firearms associates not know about it! I will never shop at Cabela’s again.

      These folks are not interested in selling anything. After 30 minutes of calling a **** with no answer I finally got someone who told me to look it up online. He could not have cared less whether or not I bought from them.
