      Saginaw poor service. My dad was there purchasing boots. Handed them to cashier and was told they would not ring up because there was no such thing. We had them I our hand and there was a stack of them in the aisle. They told us they couldn't sell them to us. My dad got disgusted due to lack of any explanation and the disregard for customers so he told them to keep their boots and he would not be doing business there. When. He went to leave to woman told him to go f***himself. All I can say is WOW! My dad is 85 and I'm no way was he being threatening or using any bad language.

      Cabela's started shipping FedEx and USPS this year, BIG MISTAKE !! I placed 2 orders 15 days ago and orders have not yet arrived. WOW.. When they shipped UPS my order arrived in 2 days always.I have been a customer for over 50 years. That ended today. I phoned Cabela's customer service and the rep told me we ship FEDEX and I cant help you.
      I give Bass Pro and Cabela's A 0 rating. NO stars . Order From Scheels or Sportsman warehouse for top rated products and excellent customer service.

      I went there to purchase a gun but the staff rude not professional and disrespectful general manager keint **** is racist and unprofessional and unlettered i am going to *** this business and specifically the manager if the dont solve my problem ****

      At the Sidney, Nebraska Cabela's store on Monday October 9, 2023, Will was most helpful in the archery department and Rebecca was most helpful in the Hydro Flask department and both were exceptionally helpful with our checkout. KUDOS to Will and Rebecca!! Thank you.

      I placed an order online and after an hour it was canceled for no reason. I called the customer service and they said that it was an issue with the verification of my credit card but I told them that the charge appeared in my bank acct, They recommended for me to re-order the items which I did and same thing happened again!!!. Again I spoke with a customer service rep and they recommended to create an account with them which I proceeded to do and the same thing happened again! Their recommendation was to shop in-store which is ridiculous!!!!. I'm never shopping from this place, their staff is incompetent and rude.

      I was at the *********** **. location. I was there to return a pair of boots. I had called corporate customer service to see if my boots would be replaced. When I originally bought my boots they had a lifetime warranty. Now the boots are sold without this warranty. **************** said that they would honor the original warranty. So I drove 2 hours to store #***. The general manager of this location even heard corporate on speaker phone say that the boots would be replaced because I recalled them when he denied the return. He said with a smirk on his face Im not gonna do anything for you I said I will have over 4 hours of driving invested here and he said I know, I dont care. The employee and customer that overheard this interaction at customer service were stunned and appalled. I start calling and emailing corporate at this point. I was at this location from 10:45am till almost the closing of the store. The night manager apologized for how I had been treated but told me he was instructed to do nothing for me by the general manager. Even though he was aware that corporate said that the boots would be replaced. He was also made aware by the general manager that corporate said in a email as well the boots would be replaced. I know one thing for certain that by the actions of the general manager the bass pro brand was tarnished by all that witnessed the event. The man displayed the worst in character, integrity and leadership. He certainly lost the respect of his employees and customers that overheard everything. I feel terrible for his employees because if he is willing to treat me his customer in this manner. How does he treat his employees.

      Recently used some gift cards I received (as gifts) on an online order. In total it was about $160 for some camper chairs and random stuff. After the order never showed up and not receiving an email update I went into the store to see what was going on. They informed me I needed to call customer service as the cards were flagged for fraud. I had already thrown the cards away after receiving the order confirmation and the balances were at 0.00. When I spoke to the fraud department she informed me the cards were flagged for fraud and the order cancelled. She also told me that in order to get a refund I need to show the receipt for the gift cards. Of course I didn't have the receipt as they were over a year old and I had got them as gifts. After calling a second time they said they wouldn't move forward with out the receipts.
      Essentially, they flagged legit gift cards for fraud and stole $160 from the people who bought them for me as gifts.

      I just went into the store in *********** to purchase a gun for home protection. and no service was offered. I was allowed to stand there for 20min to have 3 men behind the counter 2 were working and the 3rd having a conversation with others. No one even acknowledged I was there they looked at me and said nothing for 20min walked passed me several times and still ignored me. Obviously Bass Pro Shops are too big of a company to assist new customers. I have never given a bad review to anyone but I was left feeling very insignificant.

      I purchased a tree Stand and when it came in it was damaged and used. I called the customer service and they told me I have to box it up even though the box was damaged and unable to be used. They said there is nothing else they can do even if they sold me a damaged/used item. I requested for a new box but they were not able to send me one. So now I have a used tree stand that I am unable to use and had horrible customer service.
