      Be very careful with these people. I got connected with them at a home expo this past weekend. I was looking for a quote on a standard PVC fence. Average size backyard. This sleazy guy came out yesterday giving his sales pitch. He had a page in his notebook talking about liens as in on your home!! By then, I already knew he was a ***** and rushed him along with his oily presentation. Bottom line: $59,000 for a high-end fence and $33,000 for a low end fence. I told him to get off my property. I checked them out on the BBB looks like they've switched profiles a few times. They have only been accredited with the Better Business Bureau since 2021. But if you look at the complaints, you will see that they have PLENTY and most of them are about service and fees. Beware of predators. I received two other quotes and they were both LESS than ******. Do your homework!

      Id give zero stars if I could. DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.Midtown came and solicited business in our neighborhood and caught us outside. The sales guy convinced ** to get a quote done for a deck we were thinking about replacing in the future. We clearly stated we didnt intend to get a deck done right away. The initial sales person was 45 minutes late to the appt scheduled so we rescheduled. The second sales rep came by on a Thursday at 5:30 and would not leave despite being told repeatedly that we were not interested in taking out a loan and just wanted a quote. He overstayed his welcome right until 9PM when we agreed to a monthly loan and a deck after hours of him pushing us. We knew we had 3 business days to back out of the loan so we called the following Tuesday (Monday was a federal holiday so not a business day) and said we were exercising our right per the contract to cancel. The person on the phone refused to accept I wanted to cancel and instead sent someone else out to our home where we had the papers ready and waiting to hand off for cancellation. That sales person REFUSED our cancellation request too. WOULD NOT KEAVE IUR HOUSE after being repeatedly asked to leave. Implied that Midtown would *** us and that we were stuck with the deck and loan whether we wanted it or not even though the contract THEY presented and we signed stated we were within our right to cancel timeframe. My spouse had to threaten this sales person and nearly call the cops to get them to leave our house. We dropped off our cancellation request at their office on the 3rd business day and the receptionist attempted to also argue with us that we were stuck with them and the loan EVEN THOUGH THE CONTRACT PLAINLY STATED THE CANCELLATION DATE. We finally got our signatures and will NEVER recommend Midtown to anyone because they are RUDE, PUSHY, HORRIBLE, and ATTEMPT TO LIE TO GET THEIR BUSINESS. They provide a contract they are UNWILLING TO FOLLOW AND HONOR.

      Great customer service! Had a great experience with Project Manager, *********************. I replaced all my windows. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked questions. Installation went smooth and communication throughout the process was great. Would definitely work with them again and would request **** as my project manager.

      I recently had the pleasure of working with *********************, the project manager at Midtown Home Improvement, and I couldn't be happier with the roofing work I had their team do for me. ****'s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out.       So it all started when a sales rep came out to give estimate on replacing rotted out back porch. I decided to go with composite wood and *** railing on 4/3/2023. At that time he quoted me a good price on replacing 10 windows also. On the windows I have had to call them out twice. All balances had to be adjusted were not set right so they would not stay up. Also a screen had to be replaced. There are also 2 windows that were not filled with foam and calked correctly so there are spaces wide open. The back deck has been on heck of a mess. I had asked that they do the work on my off days tues and wed and they just kept showing up whenever. They installed the stairs on the wrong side so that had to be all torn off and moved to the other side. They used the same cut composite boards to do this which were not cut right. A whole corner had to be redone again after calling because the corner was not flush and was spread eagle. They were also supposed to replace the board going down the stair because they used the same board that was cut for the wrong side also. After about a week I noticed that the bottom stair was ******** pieces and they had painted over crack to conceal this so once again had to call them out to replace this. All the places they screwed composite boards the screws can be seen which should have had a plug inserted to cover the screws are all exposes so it looks like a bunch of white polka dots on porch. Lastly I had to call 3 weeks ago now in October 2023 because I noticed 1 of the *** posts is cracked at the top and it looks like they tried to hide it by putting caulk over crack. I have called twice this week to general manager, *************************, to give me an ETA when they were going to replace this and keep getting told he will call me back and he has not called back. The worst, stressful, and frustrating service I have ever received from a company. You would think a 4' x 4' back porch which costs me $9000 would be pristine....is crap!

      We were told we would get a 30% tax rebate for the 2023 energy tax. It was calculated by the project manager who said all of their customers had been able to get it. We were additionally told we would lose out on a 40% discount from them if he left that day because he was filling a spot in their schedule so we felt extremely pressured. When he calculated the 30% tax credit on his phone and showed it to us, we felt it was worth it. He left out the part about the *** on the tax credit (which was $10k lower than what he showed us) so we wont be getting back what we expected in the slightest. It was a dirty sales move and we wouldnt have gone ahead with doing all the windows like we did in this case. We wont be doing business with them again.

      Still waiting for repairs for damage they did to siding last june. Over 2 dozen calls, no response. Second repairman called in to correct all damage mistakes made installing downspouts. All 6 are crooked and 2 dump sideways into roof shingles and not into lower gutter as planned.
