  Amazing results --shout out to all involved--Special attention to *****************, the ********** guys . Communication was outstanding, made some changes, adjusted accordingly. Very open and honest company to deal with. Won't say how much we spent, but suffice it to say it was money well spent. We are talking huge deck rebuild and praise for ****--outstanding follow through---I would recommend them to my closest friends and family.   From start to finish Midtown home improvements was wonderful to work with. They did everything promised and more. From the ** to crew, very professional. I highly recommend this company.

  At the project's beginning--before installation began--I called the Window Measure Technician to come to my home when the windows arrived with the installer, as the installer said the "custom" windows were not custom as they were measured incorrectly. The measure technician assured me that these were the correct windows. In the beginning of the day, the installer called me out to say, "Look at this!" He had ripped the header out of my main porch window space/foundation. He replaced it with two horizontally placed 2 x 4s that did not connect to either upper corner. I have pictures of this stage of the project as the installer left for a week with the exposed insulation and wood; I had stated my concern with this delay. The next week, installer returns to place the flashing around the windows; I was on a zoom training so did not watch the work being done. At this day's end, I refused to sign the paper for the lien waiver, as the flashing was "impressed" around the windows where there should have been backing to adhere/secure. The corners of the flashing was sticking up. Installer agreed this was not great work and would return the next day to show me the wood he'd use to cover flashing. I voiced my concern that the problem did not need to be covered up but secured from within (header, as well). Later that week, I was called by Midtown rep saying a new installer would be coming the following weekend to build a border around the windows. I voiced my concern to both this rep and the installer when he showed up that this seemed to be "shoddy" work. I showed the installer a s**** on the interior of one window on the porch that pops out when trying to lock, to which he said, "Oh, yeah, I was supposed to check that. We'll come out again to do that." Needless to say, I've filed a dispute with Green **** the loan company and have spoken to Midtown reps who make other offers to come "fix" the issues. I have no trust in this company, and I want restitution.

  Worst sales experience ever! Wasted our time. We had other local companies quote us $12-15k for a fence. Their sales guy quotes us $42,000 for a small fence. SCAM!

  It started out they replaced all my windows and did a fantastic job. I said to my wife lets get them to replace our sliding door and screen door. The HORROR BEGINS!!!! After 6 months they called and to setup installation of door,handle and screen door. They ripped and I mean RIPPED out the old door damaging they plastered walls. Put in the door which didn't fit the whole way in. The man installing it said I need to call MIDTOWN and let them know. Than informed me that the door handles and screen door wasn't there. Put my old door handle on. 3 months later they called to install door handle and screen door. To resolve the door not fitting right, they put oversize trim around it and put on new door handle and screen door. If you opened the door from the outside it smashed your fingers and closed the screen door and couldn't open it from inside. ********* said contact MIDTOWN so someone could come and and review proplems. Another 3 months and door rep and MIDTOWN production manger came out. Moved the stop pad on door and added a strip to screen door. They said problems solved and promised to fix plaster but I must pay them in full. I wil NEVER USE THEM AGAIN OR EVER RECOMMEND THEM.

  We have had great experiences using Midtown Home improvements. Work was done well on our home ams the staff especially ***** was professional and easy to work with. We would use them again.

  Window installation completed as promised. Only one issue with damaged trim which I found and the person installing the trim didn't see. The ******* said they didn't have any trim on the truck. The main office called and said someone will come out on August 1 to fix the issue. We will see if it happens.

  Midtown Home Improvements appears to be a top notch business, but they are not. We signed a contract with MHI on May 20th.They promised this project would be completed in 1-2 days. The project manager came and remeasured the job then quit working for the company the next day. Then, it took numerous calls to get the project started. Once, the crew came out on June 19th and completed 3/4 of the work, they packed up and said they did not have all the materials to complete the job. After a few days I called and asked when they would complete the job. I was given the run around. No one knew there was a problem with materials. Then I was told the general manager was going to drive a truck to ***********, ** to pick up the materials himself. That never happened. More phone calls were made by my husband and more promises were made that a crew would arrive tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. They even insisted a crew would arrive on July 4th. Today is July 6. We are still waiting for the crew that was promised to arrive today. My husband just got a message that they are missing some materials still but they will be here tomorrow. This is extremely poor customer service. We made a down payment in good faith and this experience has be left me no choice than to file a complaint. since MHI prides themselves with being Accredited and having a Good Standing rating with the BBB.

  This company is top notch. Everything was done earlier than they said it would. The shingles we picked out really improved the look of our house. They did such a great job on our roof that were going to contact them when its time to remodel our bathrooms. I drove by other houses getting new roofs and the company they chose has been there over a week . They should have gone with Midtown.
