1 starWe were originally told the start would be **** I did not want to take down the fence until I knew 100%. I called because I did not hear a word for weeks about the install to find out that it would until June 5. I almost did not have a fence for weeks because no one relayed the message to **. We have a child and two big dogs and that does not work for us. We were told by *** that he would be arriving on site on the start day and completion date to ensure that the job was done correctly. No one showed. After having to call you again for an update. No one told us that there was delay. We have jobs and can not take off work for a fence installation to not be told until hour after you were to arrive that you may or may not be coming. On other days through the week, we had no idea when they were to arrive. Never showed up by 10 am. Only had one person working for two days. Coming super late in the afternoon just to start. On Thursday, I asked ****** for an update on if people were going to show up and I never received a response. FURTHERMORE - We had rented a dumpster for our OWN PERSONAL USE and the workers used it to trash all installation materials in it. They didnt even pick up everything because I had to trash two boxes and I will have to lift their pallets in our own dump because they left them in the driveway. I will most likely have to pay extra for all of their trash they put in it. What am I paying ridiculous amount of money for installation of yall cant even trash your own materials correctly or even pick up??We were told that the job usually takes 3 days it ended up being a week. I asked him if *** or someone would be coming to do a walk through. He stated that he doesnt know anyone by the name of *** and no one is coming. In review of our own, there were several damaged fencing post and slats that were installed. The communication, reliability, quality and overall customer service has been appalling in this whole project.Review fromDennis B

1 starwe had midtown do a siding job LAST Dec. Since then the siding is wavy, looks horrid and an inspector said the entire job needs to be done over. Was not seated to the house correctly. They have been out 5 times to try and fix what needs to be re-done. This is not a professional job. It's embarrassing.Review fromRhonda H

1 starIf I could rate less than one star I would but the deck itself is nice, so one star it is. Started on my deck in March. Still waiting for completion. Materials and piled up trash sat in driveway for weeks. Finally picked up trash after calling twice. Materials are still there and I’m constantly having to be extra careful coming in and out of the garage. No one has been out in over 2 weeks. No phone call, simply no contact at all. I’m so tired of contacting *** to get this job finished, just need rail and to replace a post that was positioned awkwardly because nobody deemed it necessary to discuss with us before posting it. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. It’s really embarrassing when your neighbors start to notice that the workers don’t show up and when they do it’s only a couple of hours then MIA for days/weeks. I don’t won’t apologies nor excuses. I want my work completed now. I will not under any circumstances recommend this company.Review fromLisa L

Multiple calls over the past 6 months to fix my sons latch on a gate they installed after the ground shifted. Multiple voice messages left. One person did come out and look and said he would come back to fix. That was 3 months ago. Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you have a problem they clearly do not stand behind their work and do not return phone calls. Id look elsewhere for better customer service and follow through.

4 stars*** * ****** ******* * *** ****** came out today and gave us a quote for stairs from our deck. They gave us a comprehensive price that met our needs. Also the time frame for work to be done gets us to enjoy the yard before summer starts.Review fromAnthony C

1 starI order siding to be put on in October. They didn't put it on tell the end of November and it looked like ****. I have had the back out to my house 6 time now and they came out yesterday still not right. I do not recommend them. We have been in contact with a lead person. But I am over them. I am ready to have my layer talk to them because not only is it still not done but they told me after they installed it I had to tell the loan company it was done so they can pay the workers for what they did and they will come out and fix it. My house looks like **** from the road. I am paying a lot for this. Someone needs to finish my house the right way. That all I am asking for.
