      A door to door salesman came by my house. We setup a meeting to discuss my roof. In the meeting the price went from 38k to 26k then down to 22k. A 16K adjustment is price is a red flag in my book. I thinking what was the original mark up. I asked for a itemized quote, they could not provide one. I asked for the manager for an itemized quote, they couldnt provided one either. A purchase of this size needs to be itemized. The customer needs a detailed description on how their money is being spent. I asked another roofing to review the quote they laughed at it.

      If i could give this company 0 stars I would. They are 100% scammers and con artists at its finest. They quoted ** $105,171 and would give us a discount so we would only have to pay $88,971 ON A **** SQUARE FOOT HOME. After we told the two gentleman that we would need time to talk and think about it, they told us we can go into the other room and discuss if its something we should proceed with or not. They then told us that if we have to talk about it we must not know our finances and shouldnt have wasted their time. My husband and I felt violated in our own home, not to mention, our time wasted with their hour and a half meeting. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY EXPENSE. THEY WILL END UP TAKING YOUR MONEY AND RUNNING.

      Midtown sent out **** ******** and ***. They were a pleasure to work with, good communicators and wanting to please. They even shoveled my driveway when it snowed. I am very proud of my new deck!!

      Awful. Absolutely awful. The sales process was horrible, the salesman lied about the deadline to make sure he got the ********** it is 1.5 day before the deadline and no one here putting siding on, no call and no communication from anyone. 0 customer service skills with this company. Changed finance companies 3 times and didnt tell me. Stay away from this company, far far away. If I could put 0 stars I would.

      The whole team from Midtown are extremely friendly and professional. We had a single story deck installedabsolutely gorgeous! We are not only happy with the deck, but also the process from start to finish. Everyone was helpful from beginning to end. The warranty is what grabbed our attention but the service and employees are whats making ** stay for more projects. Definitely recommend.

      High pressure salesman came to my home when all I wanted was an estimate for fencing. However, after I decided to go with Midtown things moved forward and the fence was installed by a couple of installers. They did a great job on installation and clean up. I admit the area was large where I replaced a wooden fence with vinyl fence and the total cost was a bit too high but I went with it and the price is the only negative I can think of.

      Midtown Home Improvements replaced our windows & they look wonderful! **** ******** was our project manager & was great to work with. ********* ****** was the representative we talked to on the phone who answered all our questions. We are still waiting for a screen that is on back order.
