RSI Vacations is a SCAM!!! Do not buy into their travel club. For many years they have bought memberships from businesses to give people access to the same discounts you can acquire from ******* and Priceline. They even use ******* to sell you the same tickets you can buy without their help. Sadly, many people have paid prices ranging from $5,000 to $10,000 and sometimes even more to gain this access to these discounts. After the presentation given by these businesses and at the time of signing, most people do not actually know who they are signing up with. This is because these businesses use different names to gain clients. RSI Vacations gets around all this by telling people they only gain clients from other businesses. Unfortunately, my husband and I went to a hotel presentation in ************** and bought into their scheme. We paid almost $9,000 to gain a membership that was given to RSI Vacations. The name of the business was called Booking Express Travel. We did not know they were connected to RSI Vacations. At the seminar, the ****************** just said they have really good deals on vacations. He said the discounts are sometimes 50% off and sometimes even more. He did not say anything about the connection between them and RSI vacations. Booking Express Travel / RSI Vacations does not provide what they promise. They just give you the same deals you can find off the internet. Save your money and do your own research instead.RSI Vacations

RSI Vacations is not in any way a scam. This statement is patently false. With over 20+ years in the private membership travel business, RSI Vacations continues to provide net rate travel savings in all categories to well over *******+ private members. Additionally, RSI Vacations is proud to be an industry leader of business-to-business travel benefits and provides private branded leisure lifestyle programs for a myriad of large companies. The statement that they just give you the same deals you can find off the internet is also totally false, as all of our pricing reflects Members Only net rates that do not include any travel commissions or other markups found on travel websites available to general public. With regards to Booking Express Travel, they are a highly valued client of RSI Vacations. RSI Vacations is contracted only to provide travel fulfillment services for the members of Booking Express Travel. However, each of our clients is a separate and distinct company that is owned by unrelated principals to RSI, and as such, RSI has no involvement in their travel membership marketing and sales processes.C. I reject the answers from this business.Regarding the statements listed above, my husband and I wasted $8,993 to become a member of Booking Express Travel, which is a Client of RSI Vacations (see the notes listed below). The cost of the same vacation with Booking Express Travel / RSI Vacations on the same days, at the same condo, at the same location are significantly more than what is offered by Priceline and BJs Travel (see the notes listed below). As stated above, However, each of our Clients is a separate and distinct company that is owned by unrelated principals to RSI, and as such, RSI has no involvement in their travel membership marketing and sales processes, this statement is false. From the notes listed below, are statements from ****** ****, RSI Vacations Director of Client Services. Also, pictures of their 20 Clients and their website addresses are of RSI Vacations concierge, of which I was able to obtain by ALL the complaints from their customers. The following statements by Mr. **** contradicts the statement above. The position of Client Services in our company is as a liaison between RSI Vacations and our clients. Booking Express Travel is a client of ours. You are of client of theirs and a member in our database. RSI Vacations is contracted by ********************** to provide travel fulfillment for their members of which you are one. Once a consumer is entered into our system we become the Network Administrator for that membership. Once a client has contracted us to provide travel fulfillment for its members, I am the conduit to get their website up and train their staff how to enter their new members into our database. Your membership is with Booking Express Travel. RSI Vacations is the travel agency providing the travel fulfillment for your club and is also the network administrator contacting members for annual support fees. Members may not know who RSI Vacations is, but they do know Booking Express Travel, the club for whom they purchased their membership. After many attempts, Booking Express Travel / RSI Vacations has failed to refund our purchase. After comparing the prices of a vacation with Booking Express Travel / RSI Vacations and other travel clubs, there is no reason to waste my time looking at their offers for travel. The statements given by ****** **** with RSI Vacations are contradictory to the previous statement given above from RSI Vacations.****************************************************************************************************************************Review fromRonald B

Worked with a member company of RSI called Brio Vacations. They swore RSI and Brio had a AAA+ rating with the ************************ of the worst experiences my wife and I have encountered. We received a post card and was guaranteed at the end to receive a 3, 5, or 7 day cruise and a $100 dining card. Presentation was scheduled for 11/2 hours, lasted two. Twice a moderator came on asking if we were paying attention. Once the presentation was done, we were passed to a sales agent. No hard sell promised. What a joke! While he made his pitch, I was hitting down the figures and facts so I could consider the offer. The agent laughed with my wife stating there is always one in the couple that had to analyze while the other chats. No problem here. After 25 minutes, I said we were not interested. Then came the hard pitch, increase the number of weeks, lower the price, interest free six month financing. Again we told him no. Then came the accusations about how I was really doing anything but doodling and how could we turn down such a great offer. We didnt budge and we left the chat. We did get the certificate for the vacation ($198 deposit fee) before we could even look at what was offered. The dining cash was even a bigger rip off! You have to find a participating restaurant, print out a certificate and take it to the restaurant, with no guarantee they would accept. Their idea of fine dining? *********, *********, Dominos or a few other restaurants over 30 miles or further from my location!Stay away from these scammers!RSI Vacations

At the outset of our outreach to invite guests to a presentation, we include a link to our website where they can find complete information about the gift incentives we offer (*******************************************************). We take pride in our commitment to transparency regarding all gift offers. Additionally, RSI Vacations maintains an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which we consider a notable credential (************************************************************************************************************************************).Review fromMarge C

After being on the phone for 3hrs instead of 1hr, we eventually bought into the membership. Fortunately, we had time the next day to do extensive research. Their prices are not any cheaper than what I currently find on my own. Additionally, they do not price match any other membership prices, i.e. ******. Additionally, in order to redeem our "free" cruise just for being on the call, you have to pay $200 BEFORE seeing what options are available! In my opinion, this is a total scam! We were lucky enough to cancel before it was too late! ******!RSI Vacations

It is unfortunate to hear that this consumer had an unfavorable experience. We regret their decision to forgo their purchase, as it means they will miss out on the significant vacation savings benefits offered through their membership, which are exclusive and not accessible to the general public.Review fromS. We were on the sales presentation and were removed for reasons unknown. We were very engaged and participating. We complied with all requests by the presenter, yet we were removed without notice, request, or anything. We set aside the time to go through the 1hr. presentation and were excited to become members. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I can recall. If this is the way they treat people, then I would say RUN!As a professional owner of a company, I would never treat anyone with such disrespect. They lost what would have been a long-term member.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!RSI Vacations

We are disappointed to learn this consumer feels they had a negative experience. We are proud to host hundreds of guests via invitation only to our weekly Zoom seminars. We require very strict compliance to our details of participation that were not met by this consumer.Review fromMichael D

This sounded like a hoax because nothing iin this world is ever truly free, but we still gave it a shot... SO glad we did! After going a lifetime with no plan for making sure vacations can always happen for us, we bought into the membership and now we literally can afford to experience real vacations. I wish we new about it years ago! Yes, it was thousands of dollars that we barely had, but already saved more than we spent and likely never would have been able to go, otherwise. Thank you guys for helping us! ??RSI Vacations

Brio Vacations does not keep its promises. They offered a free 7-day cruise with airfare and a $100 dinner coupon, but I haven't received the gift even after a month. They don't answer phone calls, and it is very difficult to contact them.RSI Vacations

I would definitely say I'm gullible and they have great sales tactics. I bought in to the travel program without doing my research. It's not horrible, there's definitely some savings however minute they total. The review of the website they show you in the meeting is real pricing and "deals", but notice the circled little i next to it that usually indicates price per person, not total price, and of course the taxes and fees arent shown. These extra clicks to get to the total price just give the perception of them hiding information up front to gain a sell. I don't see where we will ever make our money back no matter how many vacations we plan through the program. I definitely regret this purchase. Also want to add, they are not accredited with the BBB, just have an A+ rating. Probably a good rating because not too many people report to the BBB like they used to. Kind of a disclaimer, we just bought into this program and these are just my observations so far after trying to plan a vacation. I'm not sure if I'll be stuck with the $50 a month fee like mentioned in other reviews since it's been less than a month, but it definitely was not mentioned and it was clearly stated that there would be no other fees. So fingers crossed, that's not somewhere in the fine print. They want you to make a decision before you leave the meeting, so not much time to choose; however, you do get 3 days to cancel.RSI Vacations

We were disappointed to learn Mrs. ****** regretted her purchase. From the review we determined she needed a more thorough understanding of the benefits and hearty walk-through the program. We had someone spend much more time with her going over the website member benefits. We focused on cruises, resorts and homes. We also informed her about our new Buy One Get One feature on cruises. We felt she came away from the call feeling much better about her purchase and invite her to contact us anytime for answers to her questions about the program.Review fromJeffrey B

Received a card in the mail about a so-called highly discounted vacation service. Salesperson name was ************** and the paperwork showed up with a **************, ** office address. I actually paid just short of $7000 on May 31, 2024, for the said vacation service. Since then, the salesperson answers zero calls and no one answers questions we have about these highly questionable monthly service fess that were not mentioned once in the high-pressure sales pitch call. Of course it is conveniently stated in the contract. The only number anyone answers is the number for new reservations; however, they nor anyone else has any answers or time for questions. Never heard of a timeshare or anything else charging $50 maintenance/ service fees every month. Once a year yes, but not every month. We were sold / pressured through Brio-Vacations, never knew of the RSi connection until we started digging for more info on the Brio Vacations and then RSi and Brio. I feel and the evidence shows this was/ is a scam. Also the $50 monthly fess is associated with another entirely different company on my bank statement. So I cancelled my card since I had no prior notice of these fess. I did get something of a letter a few days after saying where the $50 dollar fee would come from. I notice in each online complaint the so-called rebuttal states zero facts relating to actually resolving anyone's concerns or loss of money. Don't answer calls. Don't return calls. Don't answer questions. Don't resolve concerns or issues. Just takes your money and runs. A scam.RSI Vacations

RSI Vacations is proud to have provided private membership-based travel services to over ******* member families over the past twenty years, offering guaranteed savings for our members on every type of travel they choose. We are always sorry to learn that any member feels he had a negative experience with our company. As is the very nature and structure of our membership sales process, the presentation of our program in which the **************** elected to purchase was conducted online in a fully virtual environment where he and his spouse were alone in the comfort of their own home during the entire process. Its difficult to comprehend how anything presented in that format could possibly rise to the level of his alleged high pressure sales. Guests that determine that they have no interest in the program are welcome to disconnect their Zoom feed with our representative at any time of their choosing. Further, **************** apparently chose to cancel his membership purchase and he was promptly refunded in full as per the terms of his Purchase Agreement. With regard to his comment about a $50 per month service fee, we are disappointed that **************** failed to comprehend the very special promotion he was offered and that he elected to receive with his purchase. The Brio Bucks promotion he is referring to is best described as a ********** Fee option. (NOTE: You may read the actual fine print contract language from his Purchase Agreement below.) This special promotion actually redirected the entire $50 that was charged to his credit card each month into a personal ************** Account established for each of our VIP Members as prepaid credits for which he would be able to use 100% of those funds at the end of each 12-month period to spend on any type of travel (other than airfare) that he chose to purchase from our company. This forced savings account promotional offer was established to encourage our VIP Members to take advantage of our many travel saving opportunities each year by providing them pre-paid funds already at their disposal to spend as they choose on their vacations. Purchase Agreement Verbiage:Monthly Servicing Fees are currently established at $50.00. By selecting the Auto-payment Option for the payment of all of their Monthly Servicing Fees, Member becomes eligible (subject to Network Administrators policies) to use and apply up to 100% of their *************** Fees paid to Network Administrator towards the purchase of qualified travel accommodations (Paid Vacation Benefit) within the Brio Vacations Network following their timely payment and completion of each 12-month term.
