Attended zoom meeting 8/7/2024 and 10 minutes into the meeting where ******************************* assigned us to a room with ******************* and he kicked us out when we were participating. He told us to go check BBB for their A+ and he'd answer any questions. Well before we had a chance to ask a question, he kicked us out.Well this is isn't a time share its a monthly payment to participate in travel agency. Pretty s***** that the guy kicked us out, hopefully the other people there realized that this is a scam when he kicked us out for no reason. He said they have great customer service, well I'd consider that great customer service kicking people out but what a great way for us to avoid the scam. Thank gosh for that one.RSI Vacations

We are disappointed to learn this consumer feels they had a negative experience. We are proud to host hundreds of guests via invitation only to our weekly Zoom seminars. We require very strict compliance to our details of participation that were not met by this consumer.Review fromMP B

At the end of the presentation I refused the deal because it was too expensive. Im so glad I didnt fall for it with all these negative reviews. I received the cruise travel certificate but it wasnt as described on the postcard received in the mail. Airfare certifcate wasnt received nor was the $100 restaurant certificate. By the way a $100 gift certificare is NOT the same as four $25 gift certificates. Youd need at least a $100 certificate to eat at ******************************!! $25 wouldnt even buy you one of their baked potatoes!RSI Vacations

From the very first contact to invite our guests to attend a presentation, our invitation contains a website link that offers full disclosure of all gift incentives that we will provide for our guests (*******************************************************). Total scam. If I could give no stars I would. Run and don't even consider purchasing this product. The vouchers they promise you are also scams. Activation fees for every thing you do. They told us they had an A+ BBB rating but again another lie. Avoid this company and don't waste your time. So happy we didn't purchase. I would never purchase anything I can't review before purchasing especially for the amount they are charging. Told me I was getting a special rate because I am a nurse. I am sure anyone can get their rock bottom rate. This company should be put out of business.RSI Vacations

We made our appointment for our zoom meeting and had to reschedule because of work. Got very quick responses from ****** via text. Had our zoom call with other couples with *** who we found to be very nice.We agreed to purchase. He then had us connected to a girl who he said was his daughter to take payment. she told us our next meeting would be a welcome meeting the following night at 6pm. Never received any communication the next day. we sat and waited as 6pm came and went. Nothing. I texted ****** to let her know and she said you should be getting a call. SHOULD? that was the first red flag. i texted back and said i haven't received a call yet and she responded i'm not sure what your asking. Second red flag. She then stopped responding to me. Third red flag. The following day I printed out the contract. When i got home from work i called the number for brio vacations and spoke with a girl who found my account and gave me my password and username. i then tried to access the website with my info and it wouldn't let me. Fourth red flag. I called her back asked her to speak with ***. she said she didn't know of any ***. Fifth red flag. The following day We got a call @ 530 pm from a lady with a southern accent welcoming us to the club. i explained to her that i was cancelling. I should say i TRIED to explain to her. She said her notes were to call me on that date and she was being nice calling me 1/2 hr earlier. When I explained everything that happened she said well if your gonna be one of them people who cancels because of 1 little thing...Long story short she said *** was going to contact us and he still hasn't , and the welcome e-mail with his name and number went to a guy who said you must have the wrong number lol. Not worth the hassle. should have took the 7k and put it all on black!!!RSI Vacations

All the scam stories are true. To activate the airfare you need to pay $50 on a credit card and then $400 when you want to use the airfare. The dinner voucher you have to pay $10 to activate and then you will get 4 $25 vouchers 1 each month for 4 months. I would not feel comfortable giving my credit card information to this company. This company is using RSI as their own company. Please check with the hotel ***************************The price did stat at $14000.00 then dropped a bit and after we said no a few times our sales person **** said not even for $4000.00. I guess something for free is always questionable. our appointment was today 6-14-2024 at 10am.RSI Vacations

5 starsExcellent product if you love to do condos and cruises! Would highly recommend for travelers. Attended a Travel Pals Presentation ******** and was not disappointed! Activation was seamless and new member orientation was great. One thing I will say is that there is minimal discounts on domestic airfare, but savings on everything else are exceptionally high.Review fromUsha C

Offers to sell RSI vacation memberships to individuals through Epic travels is a total hoax. We received this offer through AARP and frankly, I am shocked that AARP would endorse this type of scheme to defraud its members of cash. Very disappointed in all parties involved!!RSI Vacations

I became part of member getaway thru Vip guest services which is a scam. The prices are higher than my timeshare and expedia. I've tried resolving to get my money back but they just keep it and don't care about satisfying or being honest to there members. It's all lies. They take hard working people's money with false promises on lower prices to afford vacations. No one helps to refund you. They just lie....RSI Vacations

Ms. ********* review appears to be a sales issue. She provided no examples of our prices being higher than her timeshare and Expedia.
