      Received a flyer in the mail with address and location map. Going their was told they will not honor the coupon because they are a franchise. Is this false advertising or switch and bait?

      Take 5 coupons should be honored at all Take 5 locations including franchise locations. I tried to search which franchise location the customer visited by the customers phone number and first & last name and could not locate where he visited.

      Please contact customer service at ****************************************** to advise which franchise location did not accept the Take 5 coupon so I can advise the franchise owner. I will also provide the customer a coupon for a free oil ********************** as an apology for this coupon issue.

      Take 5 on ********************* located in **********. **. I was at the facility to get a oil change. I was told first, they were out of the oil I needed. They advised me to go to the store to purchase it and they would perform the services. Before completing, I heard something while the girl was under my car but never paid it any attention. Now after having to take my car in to get fixed, I was told I have a crack/leave which oil is leaking on my engine. It is costing me ******* to have this repaired at the ******** dealership. I deserve compensation for this because nothing was wrong with my ******** prior to this. My car was in good shape. Before I send this court, I want to get this resolved before I seek damages. It is all over the internet about Take 5 destroying cars for unlicensed people that do not know what they are doing.

      I want to take 5 on ******************************************************************************** across the street from the ********** the the text there were very an experience for working there for 3 years it took two tries to get the oil right in my vehicle they ended up blowing my engine up and call ***************************** stated that they did everything correctly and documented it when I left on the 16th I didn't get no receipt they took my money navigate me no receipt no change no nothing it took over a month for them to respond to me to tell me that they're not going to do anything for my vehicle that they mistreated

      There are no service invoices on file under phone number ************ or the customer's first and last name; ********************* at shop #***  located at ************************************************************. For Take 5 to assist a customer with a service issue we must have a copy of the invoice to reference the service.

      The customer did contact customer service on 3 occasions, the cases were escalated to the district manager. There was no invoice on file so we were unable to assist this customer.

      Please have the customer send a copy of the invoice he received from Take 5 for the corporate customer service team to assist with this complaint

      Took my car to get the oil changed on Monday April 4th. I waited 4 hours then was told that my oil filter had been stripped out. They didn't have the part there so had to drive to Houston to get the part. I wanted to take my car to the dealership to have it fixed, but they refused to give me my car. Because of this I had to rent a car as I needed to get to work and stuff. It cost me $588 for the rental car because my car wasn't ready until April 11th. They refused to rent the car for me and I was told they would reimburse me, but I haven't received the money back. I have called their corporate office twice, but no return call as of yet. I would like payment of the rental car and for the time I missed from work because of this.
