      I wish I would have looked to see that Take 5 has an “F” rating with the BBB before I ever went there. Now I know why! I called the phone number listed on the website for my local Take 5 location and I was told that the oil change for my vehicle would be $49.99. I found out I was talking to the Take 5 corporate office, not my local branch location. The girl I spoke with (Taya, I believe) offered me a $25 off coupon. So I asked her if that meant my oil change, which required synthetic oil, would be $25. She replied, yes, it will be $25. I questioned that because it was so much lower than any other oil change store. She assured me a second time that the price for my synthetic oil change would be $25 with the coupon. I called around and other prices were around $100 for a synthetic oil change. I called back the same phone number on the website for Take 5 Corporate and a man answered the phone. I asked him if I could please talk to a technician at my local branch Take 5 store. He put me on hold and came back and told me they did not answer, but asked if he could answer my question. I told him about my conversation earlier with Taya and he confirmed that, yes, my synthetic oil change would be $25 and made me an appointment with my local Take 5 location. At my appointed time, I pulled into the Take 5 location. I got out of the car and started talking to one of the technicians. I explained about the price, my coupon, etc. and right away I was told that that information was completely wrong, that my oil change would be at least $85+. Another technician came out of the office and confirmed that the information I was given was completely false and that this happens all the time, like at least 10 times a day. He said that the Corporate office people know nothing and they tell people wrong information all the time. At this point, I wanted to leave, but the oil was already drained from my vehicle by a third technician, so I couldn’t leave. After the oil was changed, I was told

      My recent oil change at Take 5 in the ************* store in the ********* was exceptional. The manager, ******, has the crew running like a well oiled machine (pun intended). He is a Veteran from the Army and clearly understands how to handle and motivate people. I will certainly return and have already recommended to a couple of others in the area. Thanks, again, to ******. He has worked hard to dramatically improve this store's operation and it shows!

      Take five Charged me 29 dollars a quart for oil when you can buy it anywhere for 8 dollars a quart.

      I was charged ****** dollars for 5 quarts of oil. That is 24 dollars a quart. Synthetic oil can be purchase anyhere for 8-9 dollars a quart. I tried calling ************ and nobody ever answers the phone.

      3/20/25 my 17year old daughter went there to get her oil changed. Her car is a 2023 jeep compass. Still new.. The tech ****** talked her into getting a cabin filter but didnt have the cheaper one for ***** he only had the one that was more expensive for that year of her car. He said I only will charge you ***** for the more expensive filter as a courtesy. My daughter paid him not looking at the receipt and when she got home noticed he had charged her ***** for the filter not *****. They take advantage of the women because on average, women dont know what they need sometimes for there vehicle. Just beware and be educated if you go to them. Theyll talk you into services you dont actually need! We wont be back!!!

      The absolute worst experience! Do not go to one on 336 in ******. They left a piece off my car that they have to take off in order to change oil and have denied claim. Cannot get the district manager to call either!

      The shop on ************************************** Has amazing service they will help you in any situation that you have everybody that works there is friendly and kind I will be coming back and Iwill have to put out a shout out to *******. He helped me the most he is Gods work and if you get to meet him, he will definitely help you out in any needs possible.

      I brought in my *** 528i to this location for an oil change, a few days later my wife noticed that we had oil spots on the driveway. I placed a piece of cardboard under the car and yes, it was leaking oil. I called the place, and they asked me to bring it back, which I did, they told me that these types of vehicles are a bit complicated due to blah, blah, blah. They found the issue, the last tech didn't torque the s**** right, we found the problem! No, no we didn't, the car continued to leak oil, I called again and they "fixed" the issue, no they didn't. I opened a case and unfortunately, I got sick with the Flu and weren't able to take my car to a mechanic. Long story short, they stopped replying to my emails and don't answer my calls as well. I would NOT recommend this place to nobody, so far, I'm left with an oil leak and need to deal with this issue some other way. I'm not going to stay with my arms crossed!
