      After 25 years of being a *** customer. Having absolute perfect payment history, they refuse to negotiate on a lowered interest rate.Dont choose this Bank. Theyre too big & greedy to provide you with the service you deserve.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for over a decade, but my recent experience has left me questioning whether this institution truly cares about its customers. I was the victim of a sophisticated scam that drained my savings, and Bank of America has done little to assist me in recovering my funds or addressing the systemic issues that allowed this to happen.Whats most disturbing is the lack of empathy I encountered when speaking to a Bank of America representative at a career convention. When I explained my situation, I noticed an unsettling grin on his face, as if he found amusement in my misfortune. It was a moment that made me question whether this company is staffed by individuals who genuinely care about their customers or if they are indifferent to the suffering caused by their own security failures.This experience has been emotionally and financially devastating, yet Bank of America has refused to take responsibility for their inadequate fraud protection measures. Large transactions went unflagged, and there was no warning about ongoing scams targeting their customers. Instead of offering meaningful support, theyve left me to deal with the fallout on my own.Are you a company of psychopaths? Does it bring you satisfaction to see your customers struggling during difficult times? Because thats exactly how it feels when your representatives respond to serious issues with smug indifference.Bank of America needs to do betternot just for me but for all their customers who trust them with their hard-earned money. Until they take accountability and implement better fraud prevention measures, I cannot recommend this bank to anyone.

      0 STARS! ******** disregard for customers. If your reason for calling doesn't make sense to the **** they push you to your balance or shove loan rates down your throat. When you then ask for a representative, they punish you for not having a response that the *** doesn't understand.

      I was convinced for 2 decades this bank had it all together as they were accessible from anywhere in the entire country but.... Then they pulled out of my own city ... We weren't important anymore to them. Not important enough to have a bank to serve an entire city. That's insane mentality to me. Even one of my best friends that worked there for 40 years was forced to travel 30 minutes to the nearest branch. So, nope, they lost me 100%. Rates are higher than ever and I really have no reason to leave my hard earned cash here, let alone invest. I have no interest in a national business that has no interest in servicing entire cities that already have had established branches within them. There's no extra cost to what already exists, so why not revamp the situation rather than eliminate it???

      Ive been with this bank personally for over 17 years that have been been in business with them for over 35 years! They are absolutely terrible and I will be moving my business elsewhere. Ive left my money with them for protection. I recently had a scam frauddone on my account and ********************** wash their hands on it and told me they could do nothing about it. I called them multiple times prior to this happening, and I was just shuffled around from one person to the next with an ultimate ending of that they cannot do anything for me if you have a choice to go with a different bank I would definitely advise you to do so

      Worst bank ive ever seen but at least they have the worst customer service to match, My dad has been banking there for YEARS because it used to be everywhere and easily accessible plus they're SUPPOSED to be good at catching fraud, earlier this year i was FINALLY able to get him access to his mobile banking app that he hadn't used since making it in 2002, only to see over $500 worth of change made to tiktok and doordash (some days charging up to 9 different times for just one of those apps) and he's never done any online shopping except maybe ordering car parts, so i call to take care of that and they tell me his new card will arrive in 6 days at the most, after waiting 2 weeks we finally get the card and he goes to pay his bills (card works just fine)then he goes to the bank atm to pull out money and he gets declined, i called in for this issue and they verify with him on speaker that i am an authorized user for the account, only for her to put us on hold 4 or 5 times then tell us he probably needs a new card ONLY THREE DAYS AFTER GETTING THE NEW CARD!! so she then transfers to the atm number and we start again but then this *** tells me that because i initiated the call (like i also do for his bank) that he cant do anything using the excuse i could just have the info and have a stranger pretend to be him so he needed to call in and initiate the call... Which makes no since seeing as i could have this "stranger" initiate it during the callback.. 3 hours later... Still no answers, still no access to using the card at an atm and I'm severely ******, im not sure how they have any customers left when this is the service they receive. Thank the LORD i never even tried to bank with this pathetic excuse of a company. If you currently use this bank id suggest switching.. Gonna talk my dad into it too he's fed up and he does NOT get mad easily.

      I have been with *** decades, own stock and my kids accounts are on there as well. Due to the poor customer service, lack of help at branch locations, I am pulling all of my accounts, credit and selling my stock.Getting anything done with BoA from a CSR standpoint is horrible, waste of time. I'm telling other lenders I am happy to give them my money and pay higher rates if the customer service is good. I am getting 5 star service within walking into one local bank. Time saved HUGE, cost of F2F and good CSR HUGE.BoA, you are lost...my corp gut tells me this is purely culture issue and poor execution of CSR strategy.... I mean, y'all treated me like I was some kind of scrum *** trying to get some cash...

      Very upset. I am 86 years old, dependent upon a ****** and no longer drive. I must have someone to take me if I go Anywhere. I applied to Bank of America for their **************** **** for the ****** miles perk. I got a letter from Bank of America asking me to call to complete my application. I called them as requested. They asked several questions to identify me, and then asked if I'd wait on a brief hold. Upon returning they asked me to give a prior address of mine. I had a hard time remembering, but after a brief pause I was able to give them my previous address in another state. I was put on another "not so brief" hold, and when they returned I was asked if I could come in to Bank of America with my license to prove who I was. I said I don't drive anymore, but I do have a state identification card. The problem I have is you closed the Bank of America here and the closest one is 150 mi away. I asked couldn't I send them a copy of my identification or something else that would prove to them that I am who I say I am. They said no. When I asked why they said, "We just can't take your word for who you are. You're going to have to prove that you're not just somebody calling us up to get a credit card in ******* ***' s name."I was given no other options.The representative offered no possible solutions, such as a notary public to certify who I was, or a document from the licensing bureau saying that my current state ID was sufficient for identification purposes. By their actions, Bank of America was forcing me to recind my application, Or find someone to take me on a 300 + mile trip in order to get their card. I have stellar credit, paid cash for the home I live in, and I'm comfortable. As I said I wanted their card strictly for the mileage it would give if certain conditions were met. I suppose I could just pay for the airline trips but they did offer this credit and said nothing about having to go on a wild goose chase to prove my identity.

Your response here is the same "canned" response that I have read in the last 15 or 20 customer complaints that have been filed with your company..You didn t make any attempt to resolve my issue, or any of the other customers issues at ****** you are "focused" on exceptional customer experience, try reaching out with a personal letter that helps your customers to resolve their problems with your bank. In my case, offer a REALISTIC SOLUTION rather than telling a disabled senior citizen to just ' hop' into a car they don't have, and can't drive to travel over 300 miles just to show their face at one of your locations that hasn't yet been closed. Try a reasonable, personalized solution to this problem.Or just do what you did, move on, and continue to not care what your customers, or potential think of you.Reach out.       I feel an air of eliteness when Im dealing with the management atvthis location. Esprecially ****. I wasnt happy with *** being on accountable for its action of paying an a vender when I opted out of this service and asked them to decline all transactions: cost me $75 fee. I physically came into the bank a couple times because I was trying to work the problem out and had more questions. I gave up when **** said, back again in a negative sarcastic tone. I just closed my account.

      I contacted you over the past 3 months to cancel this bill and reached out to the merchant. I contacted them 3 months ago and cancelled this, I shouldn't have to continue calling you back every month about the same problem. I don't know how to continue from here because your site is stupid and won't allow me to get past this point. This is why I'm cancelling my cards with you, your service is horrible
