      Although a member currently looking for other options. The set up of transaction withdrawals or credits is so confusing that every time i get a vendor purchase reversal or credit *** has a way that the credit never appears they place it somewhere within other debit transactions so you never ever see your credit.. In addition, every time you call its a minimum of a ******************************************************************************************************************************** the current ones have so much noise going on at home in the background it is frustrating and annoying.. I am beyond disappointed in this ****** sure you will notice a generic reply to this message that is how much they care

      They stole money from me. They changed the status of my savings account without informing me, & then as a result started charging me service fees where previously Id had none & a very low balance in the account which they depleted over about 4 months with service fees until I noticed it only had $2 left and investigated. Upon calling Im informed that my account status has changed (no conclusive answer why -speculated that it was because Id moved a majority of my savings out (because their returns suck) so it was below 5-10k. I said ok, fair enough, what do I need to do to get the fees to stop, otherwise Ill close the account. She tells me it needs a minimum of $300, she transfers from my checking during the call upon my consent. Next month, another fee, I call explain the situation, they take it off. Next month, same thing. The third time I finally ask why tf do I keep getting fees, finally a competent *** finally tells me its bc the fee is triggered if it drops any time during the month (which for them, idiots, runs from the 12th to the 12th). This *** reverses the fee and suggests I just put a little extra in to stop the cycle, then tells me Ill have to contact them again next month bc of the stupid period they run their months on. I see the fee yesterday, I use their stupid chat thinking oh the previous 5 calls I made were surely well documented, the chat is probably faster to get a live person(it was). I briefly explain the situation & reference the other calls, this (definitely outside the **) *** tells me she cant give the refund (and unbeknownst to me, declines my request in their system). I tell her Ive been through this several times but Ill just call in instead to clearly explain. Call immediately & get told bc she denied it, now only a sup. can override, one wasnt available yet but she could have them call me. Wait all day - of course no call. Call today, explain this now 5 month saga, *** attempts to escalate. Request denied of course. Thieves.

      Where do I start... I signed up online for a promotion. A week later I received my card and tried to activate it and what do you know my account was closed. So I went into the branch the branch manager opened a new one and said I will still get the same promotion. Fast forward past the time I'm supposed to get it customer service says I don't qualify because that's not the account that was opened and because I had a previous account.... what? So they scammed their way out of that one. Now I go in to the bank with a money order ( where most places will give you cash or it goes into account right away and was made by me i just no longer needed it.) bank teller tells me my funds will be together next day okay no problem beats driving 30 to 45 mins to refund at a post office. But Ooooo no no no that night they send me an email saying not available till next Friday. A whole week and a day for certified funds! They wouldn't even release a partial on it and tell me i cant cancel the deposit. So now I'm screwed. 700 was the last of my money and now I have no gas they're allowing payments to go through for subscriptions making my account negative and I have no money to but food or anything till they decide to release funds that are guaranteed. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had this type of experience with a bank and if you look they just give the same answer to everyone. They do not honestly care about their consumers and will not actually fix their issues. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ANOTHER BANK!

      We lost our home almost a month ago. We deposited a check to pay for our housing and were given a teller receipt saying it would be available by 9a on 02/12 by 9a. We still have no available funds and they're saying 3 more business days. Our family is going to go without housing when the check was deposited 02/06. And then to be told by a customer service representative to "go into the bank and ask the teller why she lied to you" though it's printed on a teller recipt.

      I have been a customer with *** for 5 years and have had nothing but trouble with them they put ***** day hold on everything that goes in my account yesterday they promised to release funds only to wake this morning to find out the put another 10 day hold on a cashiers check now keep in mind a bank will not issue a cashiers check without having the funds available to request it I have had enough of there left wing democratic agency release my money

      I recently tried to purchase a bed for my son through ****** and the card got declined. I thought I must have entered the incorrect information, so I entered the information again and it got declined. I then called Bank of America and they said that it got declined because they thought it was a fraudulent purchase. I gave them my account information and they decided that I needed to go into a branch to verify my information with 2 forms of ID. This is a total waste of time, the purchase shouldn't have been declined the first time as there is plenty of balance on my card. I understand that fraudulent services is nice to have, but there was nothing about my purchase that should have been signaled as fraud.

      This bank's ** has no ability to get the point of issue. Also, the web site has only 2 option for dispute which is dispute about the product or service or fraud charge. The issue is even the merchant has scam to charge, this company never stop to do so to the merchant. My case is the ** store charged to Bank of America master card for the membership fee even I've never ever sign up the easy renewal. I'm not primary member but my partner but I sometimes paid for the purchase (ordinary product such as milk, egg and so on)by my card. Then ** record my CC info and charged the membership fee without my authorization even my partner always pay at cash at the actual store. It is like scam but Bank of America Master card allow to do so to **. I contacted Bank of America and the ** told as don't shop at ** anymore and go to other store. It's surprise to hear like those reply by the **. I set up my Bank of America card as if any charged was posted without showing the card, they send e-mail as alert but nothing I got and surprised to receive the statement. I had to take my time for a long time , talk to the ** 4 times but no solution.

      Bank of America over charges for ATM fees and many other services. Unless you are part of the $100K a month club you will never get free ATM withdrawals. I have been with them 24 years and they do *** care about customer just money. Stay away from this bank!

      I use to like bank of America now this bank is the worst. Ive been trying to contact them for days and they never answer. I waited one day for over an hour and still could not speak to a **** I paid a bill through my checking account when i had the money on my account which a *** verified I did and *** returned my payment which cost me additional fees and BOA couldnt explain why. They need either a call back option or a chat. This is unexceptable.
