      Terrible company. I enrolled in a debt repayment company a couple years back because I did not want to file bankruptcy. I wanted to repay my debt. Life circumstances got to be too much and I unfortunately did not have a choice. Not only did *** refuse to work with this company, they were the only company that went to court to garnish my wages and are garnishing my paycheck. The kicker is my debt has been repaid to them in full and have yet to stop my wage garnishment. My debt repayment lawyers are working to stop it but this has put my family in a very difficult position. I am working hard to repair my credit and will NEVER give *** another cent. Neither will my friends or family.

      I have been with *** for over 25 years and have had some really rough times with them but because of all my direct deposits, my wife and I have stuck it out all these years. No one every answers the phone when you call any of the branches,, it doesn't matter what state you are in. We had over $500,000 wired into our account yesterday, today I looked and my account says funds are available. When we tried using them to purchase a house, *** says there is a 3 day hold on the funds. Why does my account say "Available Funds" if they are not available. I have had it with this bank and their lack of customer service. No wonder you only have one and two stars at best.

      Bank of America is way behind the times. There is no autopay feature for credit card bills, anytime I link an external bank account, it gets deleted after a few days. Their app is archaic and you cannot make any credit card payments on there or transfer money between accounts on the app, you have to log on a desktop to do so. And even their online portal is outdated. Overall, this bank should not have an "A" BBB rating because when it comes to having a business account with them, they are not catering to their business clients needs by any means.

      How do they manage to lock my account up every other time I try to login. Then im on hold for half an hour so they can then tell me the people who fix that arent working right now. Im sure they spend millions in service fees lobbying to guy social security, to force align our interests with theirs.

      If you are minority and you own a business, do you not sign up for a business account with **********************!!! They are scammers especially towards Minorities Im a subcontractor and all the companies that I sell work to has huge problems with Bank of America.. when a a customer give a check ********************** will hold onto it for 10 days every single time.. its scam.. they do so they can loan it out and collect interest all while theyre putting you out of business because you cant buy materials . The Better Business Bureau should check into their practices.. . I guarantee you that they do it too any non white person who had busness account.. . It never happens with my busness bank account only to my Spanish guys that own businesses.. And I have about four businesses, that Bank of America does it to every single job

      My experience with Bank of America has been appalling. Following my laptop theft, I explicitly requested that ******* *** close all my accounts, including my business credit card. She failed to close the credit card, resulting in over $220 in fraudulent charges by the thieves. Despite receiving account alerts, ***'s system and personnel proved ineffective, leading to a 90-day reimbursement delay. I did get two account alerts from ***, but when I spent 25 minutes trying to find the right agent (the phone number they gave me as of course wrong), the fraud agent told me the alert was false. Communication regarding my new checks was also a disaster. ******* was unresponsive to my urgent inquiries, ultimately calling me back days later at an inconvenient time. After multiple unreturned calls, I learned *** had canceled my checks without notice. An appointment link she provided was broken, and she later contradicted her own email about phone appointments.Despite being a Premium client, I've encountered a severe lack of empathy and professionalism. Neither ******* nor her manager, ****, has provided adequate support or responsiveness, even after a fraud incident. This continuous incompetence has eroded my trust.I am requesting a refund for the $39.95 monthly service fee for both my personal and business checking accounts, for May due to their inadequate service and faulty systems. Furthermore, I need to understand my recourse for their failure to close the credit card as requested, which has exposed me to significant financial risk and potential credit damage.Thanks for your help!

      I had fraudulent activity on my account. They wanted to issue a new card but I was worried about not being able to access my money. She said it wouldn't be an issue at all and that I could access my new card through ******/***** pay. I felt good about that and authorized issuing a new card. I tried to use the digital wallet like they said I'd be able to and unfortunately have not been able to. I have called numerous times and no one can help. They just keep saying "you are not eligible for digital wallet at this time" which I don't understand. All the Bank of America's near me have no human tellers so I can't just go get money from the bank. I am so disgusted with them and will be closing all my accounts once I receive my new card. 10 years of business down the drain.

      Terrible banking service. Replaced a card without notice to the incorrect address that was applied months ago. No notification on that change to the new address and card that will take another 4-6 days on a Wednesday. Don't bank here.

      I been with bank of amrica for over ten years and today i have to levae them. the bank keep paying charges i did not autorite thne i keep calling and thet advise me they will fix it and now i am stuck with paying a chrges i did not agree upon worst bank in history worst customer servce

      I was recently scammed for approximately *******, I file a complaint and was told it was going to be 48 hours to have the issue resolved, granted that no alert went off when these people were scamming me, I kept calling everyday, and they kept giving me the 48 hour window, 2 weeks later, matter not resolved and they are saying it could be up to 45 days. I have been with them for over 30 years but plan to move my account to the credit union immediately. As much as I use to love this institution and have been loyal to it, I have notice a definite decline in services over the last year and a half.
