      ********************! My house (a ****** that IMO is terrible too) included a smart lock, door bell and is TIED to CPI, except the thermostat, meaning, you cannot reuse them with any other service so they literally have you by the gonads, and you pay the ****** or find your own alternative. Home assistant, on a old 3050 **** micro computer at a total cost of 145 bucks that operates all of my smart home equipment and will be paid for in a few months. NEVER will I ever deal with this company again. 120 dollars a year for an app, is ridiculous. If they were realistic, maybe 3 bucks a month for this menial service.

      I cancelled my subscription due to the fact we dont use it like we used too. I was then charged two months after cancellation, but when I called there was no record of me cancelling. I was then awarded a refund and two weeks later I still have no refund. They told me there were going to give it to a supervisor to expedite the refund, but three days later I still have no refund.

      I moved into a townhome that had CPI installed. I was looped into an 18 month agreement without my knowledge. I'm moving to ******* from ************* and they do not offer it there. Now they are billing me $700. DO NOT GET CPI

      Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. When Mr. ****** signed up for services in 2022, a 39 month agreement was executed. I do see that apayment has been made for the remaining contract balance and the account has been terminated in its entirety. We apologize about any inconvenience that Mr. ****** may have experienced.

      Unbelievable, If you move and need to cancel your contract, do not believe one word they say, you will be billed in full all at one time for the remainder of your contract, and they will turn you over to a collection agency. I was point blank lied to twice by their customer service *********** it was time to renew my contract I told the *** I would be moving in a couple of years (to move in with my sick mother), and she said not to worry about the contract, there were ways to take care of it. Of course I believed her, I have never been lied to like CPI did since I had a sack of S**T man lie to me. (Even he wasn't trying to steal from me) So right now I owe them $1400+. The collection agency guy who wanted me to give him my checking account information over the phone (no way was I going to do that, he had no way to prove his was legit) even said he had heard many times about 'their plays on words'..... So in conclusion the company who was supposed to be protecting me from thieves turned out to be the biggest thief of all....

      When the equipment was sold to us, it was presented as something that would work without monitoring as we only planned to monitor for a brief period. All *** equipment stopped working when we stopped monitoring. The doorbell flashes red and green letting the world know we are not monitoring the system. When trying to address the issue of CPI equipment malfunction customer service suggested using black paint to hide the sensor. Additionally, CPI was monitoring our services and let all the door sensors persist with unknown status for months. Not sure what was being monitored at that point . . .

      We were told we wouldn't be in a contract. About a year after having them I tried to cancel because the equipment is subpar, I was told we were in a 5 year contract. We are now selling our house and moving to an area they don't service. *** is unwilling to let us out of the contract and demanding we pay for the remaining 2 years of the contract. This company is deceitful and offers horrible customer service. Am seeking attorney to aid me further.

      Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. Ms. ********* executed a 60-month agreement for equipment and monitoring services with CPI when she got installed in August 2021. In addition to the 60-month agreement, Ms. ********* opted to take advantage of our Smart Pay program where she would not have to pay for the equipment upfront but pay it off over 60 months. When Ms. ********* requested to cancel, we informed her that an early termination fee & the remaining equipment balance would be necessary to successfully close the account. *** has acted within the contractual agreement terms with Ms. ********** Please feel free to contact me directly should you require further assistance or have questions concerning this matter.

      Awful company, awful service, argumentative phone support. Equipment continues to fail, techs install equipment badly so it doesn't work, upside down cameras, bad key pads, faulty sensors and now they want to charge me $59 every time equipment fails to come to my home to fix their bad installation and bad equipment. Over the past year I've had 20 visits by *** to fix problems. I have 6 key pads where the batteries continue to fail and CPI has a special tool to change battery. Also techs make appointments to come to my house, never show up and I waste half a day waiting for tech, taking time off work. I wish I had never contracted with *** a consumers worse nightmare.

      Purchased the 2 cameras, doorbell, fire alarm, and panel The installation was FAULTY and the equipment very seldom works. It's so spotty and losses connectivity so regularly that it has NEVER captured any of the break-ins to my home or vehicles. The fire alarm was installed too close to the bathroom and goes off every time my children take a bath with turning on the bathroom exhaust fan or placing a fan under the alarm to prevent false activity. A senior field rep came out to investigate the faulty installation &employee theft & replaced missing items taken by an employee on installation. They sent a 2nd installer to try and repair the damage done on the install. The cameras do NOT work properly. The doorbell disconnects all the time and very rarely works without pressing on it to readjust it. I asked for me equipment 2yrs ago. They breached the contract by refusing to service the equipment &replacethe faulty equipment. I have since terminated the arrangement, willing to pay remaining balance if they will discontinue the phone harassment, illegal voyeurism, unblock the access to my cameras and stop threatening to trespass onto private property and threatening to damage property my illegally removing my permanently fixed equipment from my house and damaging my private property. Failure to cease and desist from threatening physical actions against me and my family could to procieved threat of harm which could lead to a phyical altercation and lethal injury to any stranger entering my home uninvited. Horrible company. Tired of them stalking me. Please have them cease and desist from this stalker activity.

      The organization I work for employed CPI services for a number years and our contract was coming up for renewal this past April. My superior begin trying to get in touch with them in February to let them know that we did not want to renew because we had opted to go with another security system. She called, left messages, emailed for TWO MONTHS up to the renewal date, trying to cancel our upcoming contract. No response from CPI and they continued drafting our account up until we had a stop-pay placed on our bank account for them. They called trying to get payment, we have spoken with countless people at CPI trying to get our account closed and backdated. One person will say it's closed and we will get confirmation emails, another person says they have no record of it. It is now the end of JULY and they are still billing us monthly charges which now are over $1000.00! The are literally REFUSING to cancel our contract!!! Now we have to report them to the Better Business Bureau, and next to the ************************* They are completely unscrupulous!!!

      I have been a customer since 2019. I had multiple problems over the years and they normally would come out and fix the issues with their products. Now I got sensor not working, I got the siren for the second making a beeping noise and now they want to charge $60 to come out?? Are you freaking kidding me! None of this is in the original contract! I would have never signed up if I knew this! Do not use CPI I don't care if it's been preinstalled use another company .
