      I went to this car wash and was charged for one month service , however I was never told this was a on going monthly membership I was being charged for every month . I noticed yesterday I was being charged for this for several months now . I never agreed to this and want a refund and my membership canceled **** . When you call their member you can not talk to anyone and you can only chat with a bot and you never reach anyone live . Please help me resolve this asap .

      Visited car wash back on December 9, 2024 for a one time car wash for $17. Then one month later on January 8, 2025 I was charged $17 although I never visited business for a car wash. I did not give my consent back in December to sign up for membership. Called number associated with business to voice my concern and it is a central telephone line. They explained that they can send an email for refund (never received service) and cancellation of membership (something I never signed up for). They mentioned to look out for email about issuing refund. I called a few days later as I had yet to receive this email and once again they said they would escalate this request. I have had memberships to other car washes and they usually are more then $17/month, so to me someone who works there just charged my card a month later. I dont have any hope that I will get a refund so will most likely be cancelling my card. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone!

      Entered by H363137**3238313831H staff LO Consumer states he went to get a car wash for him and his wife and he did not intend to sign up for a monthly membership but he was enrolled somehow. He is being charged $44 a month. He cannot find a way to cancel the membership. He has tried going online but they ask for a member ID, which he does not have. The consumer has tried emailing the business multiple times but they have not gotten back to him. He also went back to the location and they were able to cancel his wife&#**;s membership but they could not find him in their system.

      Going through car wash. Car was damaged Something hit back of car. I stop the car behind me and got employee. He (**** ) told her she could leave that she did not hit me. The brushes caused the damage to my car and he took pic and said he would turn in. They never contacted me and now they are saying the lady hit me and they are not responsible. Said not are not responsible for what their employee told me. I have an estimate of the damage and turned in to them. They are not contacting me and say they are not at fault I feel they should fix my car.

      I went to this car wash and we bought their monthly subscription, However, They destroyed the paint job on our Tesla because their car wash was not clean and put circular scratch marks over the entire car. We filled out a report for the damage from our car and asked them to cancel the subscription. We did not want it. They said OK and then they did not cancel it. It has been charging me since March, Ive sent them countless emails. Ive called over and over again. Ive went up there in person and they keep telling me that theyre going to cancel it and return all of my money and then they never do it and then they never respond. We went up there in person again and they said to send all of the charges and that they would make sure to cancel it and refund it and then they did not do it again. And then like usual they have not responded to any of my calls or emails just like the other times. Here are the charges I would like refunded. They told me I would not be charged at all the first day that they damaged our car. Please help. March 11th $26 charge April 11th $26 May 11th $26 June 11th $26 July 11th $26 August 12th $26 Sep 11th $26 October 11th $26 November 11th $26 December 11th $26 They are still taking my money and avoiding any customer service interaction with me.

      My name is ****** ******** and my card has been being charged since March even though we were told our set up would be cancelled and I would be refunded the first $26 after they damaged my sister ***** Thorntons Tesla. Here are all of the charges that continued to come through anyways. My sister told me to email these photos and that she was told that I would be refunded thank you so much since I didnt to spend any of this money that was taken. I should be refunded about $230 and please do help me because they ran me around for months and would not cancel it even though they kept saying it was cancelled. My money was literally being stolen at that point. I filed with BBB, and Take 5 gave me a short window to respond and then said they would close it (after a year of not responding to me). I need help. These guys are crooks Thank you guys so much

      On 16 December, I went to this car wash. I actually purchased a membership for unlimited washes and proceeded to the wash. During the wash, their machine broke the running board on my vehicle. I cant tell what hit it but there was a loud noise that was acknowledged by multiple employees once I got out. I spoke to the onsite manager and she took photos and filed a damage report for their Dostrict Manager to contact me. Well, to date no one has contacted me. I went back to the car wash to get an update from the manager and ask if they know why their district manager hasnt contacted me yet and she said he was busy. Then she told me that they are not going to pay for the damage. I dont know how that determination was made but it seems clear this place has no intention on following their protocol and evaluating the damage report.

      This business is running a fraudulent scheme. They offer a trial for $20 for the first month. Once they have the credit card information, they then charge $36.46 per month. They provide fake email addresses to contact them (all email addresses automatically block all customer contacts). After disputing with my bank two times, they charged me two additional times on December 27th using card ending in 9312. The only amount I agreed to was $20 in May, 2024. I never signed any agreement to continue charging me. I want a full refund for all charges starting June, 2024, minus the two months that my bank has already returned to me. That means 6 months of $36.47 (June-Nov) plus 2 charges of $36.47 charged on Dec 27

      I went into the store approximately a year ago to cancel my membership. Im still being billed by this company on my monthly credit card statement. Its for my ************************** vehicle.       I have a Carwash membership with Take 5 Carwash Radcliff, ** site number 080. On October 16th, 2024 my 2018 ************* GLC 300 4 ***** was damaged during the car wash cycle. The fuel door was broken completely off along with the fuel cap which also resulted in a small dent on my vehicle. I am very disappointed with the lack of concern and communication from the leadership at Take 5 Carwash The past 10 weeks driving around with a broken fuel door has been extremely stressful to say the least especially considering the lack of information about my claim from someone in management at Take 5 Carwash. I expected better than this from a local business. I hope that this matter can be resolved expeditiously with full payment for damages without further delay and hope to hear from you as soon as possible. I am also requesting a refund for the costs of membership for October, November and December 2024 for the inconvenience of not having full use of the Carwash while awaiting my car to be repaired.       I am rejecting this response because:
      Per my complaint with the BBB There has been no update on my damage claim made on October 16th, 2024. I decided that cancellation of my membership with Take 5 CarWash was in my best interest to avoid further automatic billing while awaiting repair of my vehicle. On December 27th, 2024 I requested a refund for the monthly Carwash membership of $24.00 for the months of October, November and December 2024. Take 5 Carwash agreed to refund October and November 2024; December was not charged due to cancellation. I am still waiting for my damage claim to be processed and paid in full and to hear from the District Manager who has not responded to my email sent on November 29th, 2024. Once I receive the bill from ************* for repairs I will provide a copy upon request in order to be compensated for my out of pocket costs. I also have a separate estimate for a small dent near the fuel door that occurred on the same date as the initial claim (October 16th) which must be repaired by a body shop.

      We were customers of Take 5 in early 2024. We cancelled our membership in around the end of March 2024. In July 2024, monthly charges began showing up on our credit card statement. we used Take 5 online portal to cancel again. We e-mailed and requested cancellation but received no response. Our CC carrier refunded July, August, September and October charges, on November 4, 2024 I visited the location and asked to manager to help get the monthly charges to stop. On my November CC statement, we were again charged the fee, and upon discussing the matter with our CC carried it has been determined that we are also being charged for December. Repeated e-mails and calls to Local and Regional managers, as well as Take 5 web portal have gone unanswered. The charges debited after November 4 are in our opinion fraudulent.
