      On December 6th, 2023 I went through the Take 5 Car Wash in *******, ** at ******************************* The incident that happened was that both of my side mirrors were broken and removed from the car wash. The manager at this location told me he would be submitting a claim for insurance to fix the damage parts on my vehicle. He told me once he submitted the claim to the insurance department they would reach out to me and all other communication was not involving him. I have not heard back yet. On December 12th, 2023 I sent an email to their customer care line and, have not heard back. Upon calling there is not a line that will take you to a person that can direct towards anything. It is only a recorded line. I have no way to contact them and have no way to hear back.

      Started paying $19.99 a month for take 5 car wash. A couple months later I emailed to cancelled because I didnt use. Have not gotten a reply nor have they stopped charging me monthly.

      I cancelled my subscription 2months ago, and on December 27/2022 I got charged ***** on my credit card, and I contacted them in person again,and they said my account had been cancelled prior to the billing, And I was charged ***** again on 1/27/2024 , so I went back to the car wash today,1/28/2024, and they said yes my account had been cancelled, but they still keep charging me, I believe that someone should do some investigating, There's no telling how many other people they are doing this to.Sincerely ***************************

      We had the monthly subscription for both cars. We cancelled because every time I went through the car wash our cars were still dirty even after going back through . Half of the car wash didnt even work. We cancelled our membership. I went back on 1/27/24 to see if anything had changed. I paid $26 for the wash went through and the same things that didnt work 2 months ago still didnt work. The brushes on right side still dont work and the ones that did most of the brush was missing! The chamois wheels at the end of the wash hav not worked in months! I got home and the whole back of my car was still dirty! I contact the corporate headquarters and they were so surprised and said they would take care of it and nothing has changed! I will not go back again!!

      I pay $20 a month but take 5 hasn't opened their car wash since December. Their car washes in ****** ***** have been closed since December. I need to be refunded my monthly membership fee until take 5 honors their membership agreement and actually provides the service they advertised.

      This company continues to bill my account and I no longer have the original credit card used 7 months ago. I have been trying to get a hold of a person for months!!! I have no way to get these charges stopped. As far as I'm concerned these are fraudulent charges since Julu 2023. They continue charging as of this date and I have not been there!!

      Hello, in December of 2023, I was charged twice for a membership. While the resolution of this was pending, I attempted to visit a location and was told somehow I had no membership. I then contacted the company to cancel entirely as this is not the first time I've had problems. My membership was cancelled before the end of the month term. I was refunded for one of the two $21.99 charges, but not the other. I was told by customer service on Jan. 16 that since I had signed up for a membership, I could not be refunded. When I explained again that my membership did not ever work and that it was also cancelled entirely before the end of the month anyway, I did not receive a response. On this date I also sent a message indicating without a response I would be filing a complaint here. I still have not received a response and therefore am requesting a refund for the membership that never worked and was prematurely cancelled regardless.

      I purchased a car wash pass, that was supposed to charge my card once a month. I have discovered for 5 months my card was charged twice a month ( a total of 5 times). Both stores in my city closed (without notice) and I am unable to speak with a customer service, only a recording or email, regarding my refund.

      my car was damaged in the car wash at take 5 on 9/25/2022. i filed an incident report. ********************* the DM told me she would have a company pay up to thousand dollars if I could find an estimate for my damage that much. I've been had a baby and sent to estimate but the damage exceeded $1200. I kept messaging her trying to figure something out and did not hear back. I reached out again recently, and was told that ************** would handle my issue. I called ************** and they have not received a claim. I also was told by a *********************** the site manager that my incident report was lost. I am driving a car that is unsafe (and with a toddler) it is incurring more damage every time I drive it. I have reached out to people from different branches of the company for over a year. I'm trying to get this resolved and keep getting the runaround. I have lots of them on social media and reached out to the *** as well as filing a bbb report previously. i have more info if needed

      This damage complaint was received on 9/25/2022. We made several attempts to get in contact with the complainant to get photos of the alleged damage with no success. After a year, we denied and closed the claim due to insufficient documentation. Closing damage claims in a timely matter is not just a requirement for service providers, but also a requirement for consumers. Waiting 16 months to make contact and file a complaint with the BBB is unacceptable, considering the lack of communication was on the customers side.

      here is just ONE of the tens of photos of emails. i have been trying to reach ***** for over a year. i had emergency c section a month later. i in fact DID contact you and DID send photos. i can attach them again. i sent photos and filled out an incident report. i was then told by ***** that i needed to find an estimate for $1000 or less or that she would pay up to $1000. i sent her not one, but TWO estimates. and i waited. and at this time i was also on bed rest after a major c section with a newborn. i also called corporate and the site many times. i also sent in my boyfriend since i couldn't drive, and the employees told me they couldn't help me because there wasn't a manager and that it was too bad. i have more photos but it won't let me attach them (they're in your inbox if you want to check) . i'm extremely disappointed

      I have been trying to contact the District manager *********************************** since 08/2023 to get compensation for damages that occurred on 7/26/2023 at the Take 5 located in ******* *********. I was told my The store manager that it would be fixed soon and still nothing. My bumper was ripped off my 2013 ****** Avalon and cracked the bottom of my bumper in the front. I was told to get to estimate and i did asap. The site Manager told me once he submitted it its out of his hands and i needed to Contact ********************* and he refuses to answer any of my 7 Emails

I have not recorded this with any parish court yet.
