      I went thru the car wash in ******* ohio in my dodge pickup that's been in our family for years with factory sunvisor the last roller brush ripped my sun visor off I filled out the nessary paperwork got a responce of it was an aftermarket visor which I can prove without a doubt it was factory installed

      I went to take 5 car wash on ************** in ********** ***** on 4/18. Midway through the was one of the brushes slammed down and hit my front window causing it to crack(photo attached). The impact was extremely loud and I notified staff immediately. The worker took down my information on an incident report and said Id be contacted within 3-4 days. I called customer service and reported that no one had contacted me they said there was no record of a report and to go back. I went back 4/25 and told staff I needed to file a report. They took all my information and said the manager was onsite but they didnt come to talk to me at all. I was told the same thing 3-4 days and I have yet to hear back from the car wash to find a resolution. This is now a safety risk as the crack is rather large. I do have an infant and am currently pregnant I am constantly worrying if any item hits my window will cause the crack to worsen.

At this time, we have determined this factual evidence does not support a claim of damage caused by the service at Take 5 Car Wash.
      The facts of this claims denial are as follows:
       
      After further review, there was no equipment failure or employee error therefore, we are unable to accept liability of this damage. Our equipment is regularly inspected and designed to avoid causing this type of damage. 
       
      We take all customers concerns seriously and conduct thorough investigations based on facts and evidence. The facts presented do not support the conclusion that Take 5 is at fault for the issues you are experiencing.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The formal investigation was not specified there was no explanation of what was done to determine decision. Video from car wash will clearly show that impact caused crack in windshield. If there was no mechanical issue then the impact would not have caused this damage. I have gone to multiple car washed and never experienced this. Even if there is no agreement to pay me for what was caused there should be an investigation for faulty equipment for future users.

      Had My 2018 g m c pickup in the auto car wash on April 16 2025 in ********* **** ***** at Take Five car wash. I got home and noticed two long ****** in both front fenders of my truck , there was not a scratch on my truck until I came out of the car wash. I filled a complaint with the girl on duty there at take five . She took pictures of the truck and the damage, she took down my license plate and copied my drivers license and sent it to whomever . I have called different phone numbers for take five all I get is we will look into it . Im a 75 year old man disabled, this is affecting My Health Terribly ! Im praying You Folks can get My Truck Fixed, Thank You.

      This is a fraud company illegally charging cards. They refuse to answer phone or email. Refuse to help. They are trying to charge my card illegally for a monthly plan I NEVER agreed to and refuse to even answer or try to help. I have contacted the state attorney general as well to report this fraud. I DEMAND ALL MY MONEY BACK AND THESE FRAUDULENT MONTHLY CHARGES END NOW! You tried to scam the wrong person take 5. I will contact the media.

      After the second time I visited this business, which was on October 26, 2024, I have had a recurring monthly charge of $22 per month that is taken from my checking account on the 28th of each month. After multiple times of filling out the online form and calling the customer service line, which referred me back to the website, I received no response from the business. So I talked to someone in person at this location (it was in January or February) and they told me I did not have a subscription and should not be getting charged monthly. She then gave me the customer service number to call, which referred me back to the website.They have collected $132 from November to now, April, for a subscription I never signed up for. While I would appreciate reimbursement, really what I want is for the recurring payments to stop. I file a dispute against this charge with my bank, *****, after every charge but it continues to come out each month.

      Ive been a take 5 member and used their wash frequently with no issues for awhile. As much as Ive used the local wash I havent had any issues until today, when I took my car in for a wash on my break. In the tunnel I feel my car jolt, and hear a loud scratching noise. When I exit the tunnel, I inspect my car in the parking lot for damage. On the roof, theres swirl marks where something rubbed against it roughly and a scratch along next to them. I speak to the site manager who takes my claim and reviews the footage. You couldnt see any damage prior to entering the wash on my car. During the wash, one of their overhead rollers prematurely come down on my car as we saw when reviewing footage. They claim from the angle that it didnt go over my roof, but the angle of the camera doesnt show that clear enough to tell. When that roller hit my car, I heard the noise. It hit my car hard enough for me to feel it. I have dash cam footage where you can clearly hear the noise. Take 5 corporate emails me later to tell me they denied my claim and will not speak further on the matter. They have since went silent. They claim there was not a malfunction, despite video clearly showing the roller prematurely coming down on top of my car. How is that not a malfunction?

      I am rejecting this response because:

      the roller clearly struck my vehicle during the car wash, which is not normal operation of equipment. It is not supposed to come down that harsh and strike a vehicle. You can see ** hit hard enough to cause my car to jo** downward from the impact.  The damage was not there prior to entering your wash, nor is it on the footage showing the moment I entered your wash. The employee reviewed the footage right next to me and saw the roller prematurely coming down on top of my car as well. He also saw no damage on that spot of my vehicle upon entering the wash tunnel.   The copy and paste responses and lack of communication or accountability is a clear message that there will be no resolution to this incident.  Ive attempted to cancel my membership, but Ive yet to see any confirmation on that either.

      I obtained a month membership with them for $16 . I was told I had the option to cancel it & not have the payment deducted from my account. I used it for a month & decided it wasnt going to be good for me. I reached out to the company by email on April 8) The same day of the payment) to cancel & received a reply that I needed to cancel 7 days prior to that date. I was not told this in the beginning. I know its just $16 but its the principle of it. I believe this is a deceptive tactic.

      I visited Take 5 Car Wash at *********************************************** on February 22nd, 2025. There was an attendant at the gate assisting customers and taking payment. I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, which I declined. When I went to pay for the singular car wash I requested , the employee informed me that the card machine was malfunctioning and hed have to take my card inside to run payment. I was a bit weary of this at the time, so I remember it well. I got my car wash and have not returned to this or any location as of today (04/22/25). I noticed a recurring charge on my bank statement from the car wash that I did not authorize. It turns out that I was fraudulently signed up for the membership I refused. I never signed anything or made any indication that I wanted a membership. I am not having to file fraudulent charges reports with my bank because my money was essentially stolen from me by an employee probably trying to meet a membership sales quota.
