Unlimited wash members of Take 5, on 4/12/25 drove to have our 2019 *** SUV washed at the **************** location. After going in a loud snap noise occurred and on the other end we found the car wash had snapped off a piece of our drivers side mirror structure! This car has been to many a car wash and this is a normal, factory mirror original to the car. Now with the molding torn off, it cant even tilt high enough to provide the driver with a proper view behind. We filled out the complaint, the manager found the piece that was torn off. Everything was submitted. The service company provider replied a week later that they did not find themselves liable. Unacceptable since this was original and undamaged, not oversized standard equipment on any car that just got torn apart. The *** mirror itself will be $1000, let alone the labor for disconnecting and replacing it. Given no support by the responsible business, I warn everyone to leave this company and have to get an estimate for repair.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because there is no other explanation, nor one that can be offered, for a new cars mirror being damaged by a car washs brushes, then denied as such. This was not an act of God, nor an after market item torn off, nor an old car for any reasonable explanation. This 2019 *** had two fully functional mirrors entering the car wash, undoubtedly visible on your video. Seconds later the brushes contacted the car and there was a loud snap as structure was torn off. This car has been through more than a hundred washes with brushes in its 6 years. The only difference this day was these brushes contacting that same car tearing off original car structure of the car mirror. We are not seeking even more than the deductible rather than demanding the full $2400 that would have been the case by an immediately responsible company. I was a member at Take 5 for multiple years, never had an issue and was billed $31 each month. The location closed without any notice a few weeks ago, and they were closed for almost every day for the last two months, making me unable to use my membership or get any washes.On 10/16/25, I called the customer care team and was told the location has closed. I asked to have my membership canceled and the last two months of charges refunded. The customer care representative (******) confirmed my refund and asked if I would prefer to receive a refund check in 6-8weeks or I could provide bank info/ blank check for a refund now. On 10/17/25, I sent all requested information. Since then, I have called multiple times to see if the refund is being processed and if my membership has been canceled. I have spent hours on hold and talking with customer care representatives, none of which are willing to direct my call to the billing **************** 10/21/25, I was told again that ****** was the only one that could handle my refund, and that I would just need to wait. I still have not received an email confirming the refund being sent or membership canceled. What is going on? Is there no one that can handle a refund in a timely manner? Visiting **********, ** from ************, *******. Visited the Take 5 Car Wash in ******************** on 4/16/25. I chose the $17 wash- not the $21 or $27 washes and not a membership as I do not live there. I have included the $17 receipt. I use ******** app to follow my debit/checking acct activity. There is a fraudulent charge for $27 at that location on that day. I visited the location on 4/18 to dispute the charge. The manager ***** was no help. He gave me a card with an email on it and simply said, "I can't do refunds, email them." Which I did. Take 5 Car Wash has no customer service team and no phone numbers. This $27 charge was fraud. I visited the Take5 Carwash on ********** in **************** to do my vehicle cleaning. While passing through the wash, the machine mangled my passenger side mirror on my new car. The wash attendant immediately apologized and took responsibility. We filled out a damage form and he told me to give 48 hours while it was transferred to the next tier of management. He said Id be called by them to set up payment for the damages. I immediately drove to the car dealership and got an estimate for the damage, brought it back and was told it would be submitted along with photos and the damage report I filled out. Well, I was never called back, so I called. I called daily. As I write this its been 10 days of leaving voicemails and once speaking to someone who answered the phone as carwash customer service without any specification of if it was actually Take5. Was it a Carwash call center? Who knows. It was the exact number on their website and that theyve now handed me via a card.I went by the car wash and the site manager left the grounds and sat in his truck as he saw me approaching. After asking how this happened, I was told that the entire car washs IT system is messed up. Yet, the attendant said they have to keep running it or they will get in trouble from their management. Fast forward 10 days later and they said the same thing. Still messed up BUT they have to run the wash or theyll get in trouble. Also, management is aware its messing up cars but they dont want to shut it down. So here I am, $2400 of high tech broken equipment on a brand new vehicle and experiencing blatant avoidance from management staff. And as of 4/12/25, no call returned after 4 voicemails and one contact with the car wash customer service girl who promised a call back. Has anyone else had the run around and avoidance when it comes to Take5 paying damages? Why on earth doesnt management know when its time to shut down shop and to repairs?Business Response

Car Wash damaged my rear wiper blade (tore it off vehicle destroying it on 3/13/25). After submitting a ****** Review, the "Owner" gave me a phone number to call "to make it right". No answer, left multiple e-mails and voice mails with company with NO response to-date. Went to facility and filed a written complaint (Met "manager" no name given, on 3/28/25). He would file to damage and get back with me. Went for a car wash in December 2024,Apparently was enrolled in membership that I did not authorize. Gave them no info besides CC to pay for wash. Have been charged $55.77 for the last three months. This business refuse to give my incident information and my refund for over charging me!I paid for a membership and they were charging me 2x a month for the membership, I went up to the ***************** location and they refused to give me my refund.I ended up going up there on December 18, 2024 I fell and injured myself badly after the ****** ****** insisted that I get out of my vehicle and come in the office. I fell and injured my legs by the car wash wheel tracks. I fell hard. The ****** ****** refused to give me the insurance company information or my incident report. The ****** ******* blocked me, will not issue my refund for over charging or he wont give me my incident report I am sick of this.I have doctor bills from my fall, I need my refund.
