      I tried to cancel my membership in person when I was moving out of state in March of 2022, and was told it was cancelled. I then noticed they continued to charge me, so I tried to call but nobody ever picked up. In the 3 years since, I have periodically called and filed disputes with my credit card company to no avail. Im being charged $29.99 a month for a service I have not used in years, and theyve made it seemingly impossible to cancel. Im so livid, theyve swindled over $1000 from me at this point and I STILL have no idea how to cancel.

      My very new truck was damaged by this car wash. The paint was scratched from the front bumper to the back bumper along the entire driver's side and the hood is badly scratched as well. I filed a damage complaint with the employee currently on shift and he said he was sorry about the damage and his manager would get back to me. I've stopped by several times and no manager is ever working. I've called and emailed with no response.

      On February 4, 2025 while waiting to enter the take five car wash the gate fell off the hinge and hit the roof of my 2024 Infinity Qx55 damaging it This was observed by the attendant on duty and a witness behind me (she stopped and gave me her information in case I needed her help validating what happened). I went in and filed a report with the gentleman on duty. He stated I should be contacted within the week, I wasnt. I went in the following week and spoke to the on-site manager, who stated my report was handled incorrectly by the attendant on duty, so he and I updated the incident report and he said he would file it that day. I waited yet another week and still heard nothing. I went back to the car wash spoke to the on-site manager again and told him I wanted contact information for the district manager. I was given his email address. I promptly went sent an email to him **** Ilers stating what had happened and that I wanted to hear from someone. He emailed me back stating the claim was in process and he was working on it and he would have the on-site manager contact me again. Still nothing. I sent another email to **** stating if I did not hear something I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I received a verbal phone call from him stating the claim had been approved and someone would be contacting me to get the repair process started. I made one more attempted phone call. Still nothing. I feel like they are giving me the runaround. I need help getting my car fixed.

      I have a contract with this carwash to provide unlimited car washes to our two vehicles for a price of $49.99 per month. During the past week, the car wash has been down for repairs for several days. I asked the attendant if I could expect a credit to my account because I have paid for a service which was not provided. I was told they could do nothing locally, that I had to contact the home office. Phone calls to the home office refer callers to their website where one can communicate with the company. I have sent three such communications asking for a credit for services paid for but not received. None have received a response. At the very least, I would like a response as to why a credit is not forthcoming.

      I have had a monthly plan for years from this place. Take 5 bought out the old car wash(auto oasis). When they took over my same plan of $29.99 was transferred over. Since then I have noticed a lot of things going on. I have not been receiving some of the services offered. I contacted them and nothing could be done they said about price. Their top tier price is &27 a month. I have been paying $29.99 and not receiving the top tier wash. They said I needed to tell them I wanted lower price of $27. That doesnt make sense but either way I was not receiving the top tier package! Since then I asked to be lowered to the middle tier for $22 a month. Now Im seeing that things are broke and they are still charging me for things Im not receiving. So in closing, I would like a reimbursement on the year or so I was paying for top tier and not receiving it and also a reimbursement on the month or so I have been paying for middle tier and not receiving whats included in that. I have 2 vehicles plans with this business. For almost a year have been paying $29.99 for lowest tier and should have been only charged $17. Now Im paying for second tier and not receiving the services that come along with that. So basically getting $17 plan for paying $22. Please help

      When Mr ****** joined our membership program he was in package 2 (we have 4 packages) @ $29.99 per month which is the correct price. We did not automatically change prices when the prices were lowered. The change has to be requested. With over ********* members that is impossible. On 1/22 he requested to change to package 3 which is $22.00 1 tier up from his previous plan, which is where he remains. I have requested Maintenance to look into the equipment issues to ensure all is working like it should. We are not issuing refunds for the price difference that was not requested.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I think that lowering prices and continuing to make people pay more and not automatically giving the customer the reduced price is wrong!  Yes I switched when I was finally aware of the issue from an another patron telling me, not you guys.  So basically 1 million people, if they didnt find out and switch were bamboozled into paying more than they should!!  Just wow.  As for the broken and missing amenities that should be part of the packages that arent working, what will be done with this issue?  Bungee cords holding back the tire shine for awhile now. Will you reimburse me and all the other people that have been paying for a service they are not receiving?  Will a refund be issued?  It has been broke for a long time hearing from other patrons, so how do you justify having all these people pay for a package that they are not receiving when they are supposed to get?   Overall as a buisness, you should do the right thing and let all the people at ********* know that things are broke and give them a reimbursement! Also anyone who is still paying more should be notified that they have an option to goto a lower price.  Would love to talk with someone from corporate about this issue!

      ******* calls out on Saturday's a lot and is not actually getting a doctor's note from going to a doctor's office. These are virtual/online doctor's. Each time he calls out always happens to be on Saturdays which are our busiest days. I ask employees what days would they rather not work and calling off on those days really is hard to get someone else to come in because of course it is a Saturday. Employee is not fired because if he was then HR would have received his termination notice from ME! I asked him to actually go into a doctor's office in ******* or surrounding areas and actually get treated, especially if it is going to keep happening often.

      On Feb. 23rd, 2025 at approximately 1pm my 2005 **** Focus sustained damage to the front driver side quarter panel and driver side mirror during the wash. I advised the assistant manager (Gauge) immediately who completed the vehicle damage form and took photos. He advised me customer service would be in contact and the matter is out of the hands of the local business. Neither the manager or customer service have contacted or responded to me. I have completed the Take 5 contact form, posted pics of the vehicle damage on ********, sent Take 5 a direct message on ********, and went back to the local office receiving no assistance. Meanwhile my side mirror falls off when I shut my door or hit a bump in the road. I am requesting Take 5 pay for the damages and the proper repair of my vehicle and I would also like a refund of all the money Ive spent being on my monthly Ultimate Pass membership. I do not feel I should have to file a claim beneath my insurance. While my car may not be the fanciest I take care of my property and rely on this vehicle to travel safely to and from which I cannot do with said damages caused by Take 5 in **********, **. I do not appreciate the lack of accountability from the Take 5 team or being dismissed in the manner. I believe my vehicle should be restored to its pre-wash condition. Thank you for your help.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have not been contacted by the site manager or district manager to bring my claim to resolution. I am obtaining vehicle damage repair estimates due to my car being unsafe to drive. I also had to get a rental car to fulfill my parenting commitment given my cars condition. I have attached the photos and initial estimate. I would like to settle this claim for $2000 to cover repairs, ultimate pass membership fee reimbursement, and the rental car this weekend. Thanks, jp

      Hello,
      After doing a checkup with the location on this claim it was confirmed a report was placed on February 23rd. The next day when the Site Manager came to investigate the site chain was consistently breaking and ended up being forgotten. ****** reviewed all of it yesterday and placed it into Drive with a denial as prior damage.

      I have not been contacted by Take 5 Car Wash at this time. My damages have not been repaired and I did not have prior damage to my drivers side mirror and/or quarter panel before the wash. I have a repair estimate which has not been paid. I have not been reimbursed the membership dues and I have recently been billed again. I believe Take 5 is sweeping my claim beneath the rug and I would like help taking legal action against the company. They damaged my car, took my money, ignored my vehicle damage, and charged me again. Is it possible for the local news to bring attention to this? I want people to know what Take 5 Car Wash is **********, ** is doing. Please help.

      I signed up for the $22/month unlimited carwash deal in late summer from Take5 Car wash in ****, ****. There is no contract, quit anytime. In October, I asked to stop my membership by contacting the site manager. He told me I was cancelled. Then I was charged again. Since then, I have tried to cancel my membership using their website (twice) and finally got to speak to someone in January who assured me my subscription was cancelled. In every case, the charges continued.I have contacted my credit card company and I am disputing the charges for December, January and February but the credit card company will not let me block these charges so today I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so that Take5 can no longer charge me. I now have to wait to get a new card and then get the new card information to other accounts that I allow to auto charge my credit card. I want my $66 (3 months x $22) reimbursed on my credit card account. I have not used their carwash since I first attempted to cancel my subscription with their manager.

      *** ******** According to our records Mr ****** joined our unlimited program on 9/17 and used the wash 8 times. Recharged 10/17 and used the wash 6 times. The pass was then cancelled on 11/12 and no further use was logged. I do not see any other charges in our system for Mr. *******

      I am rejecting this response because: Despite what Take 5 is saying, my bank account has been charged in December, January and February as shown in the document attached.  These documents were also shared with a customer service agent for Take 5 several weeks ago with no response thereafter.

      I have been trying to cancel my membership with this business, but have had no luck. I've filled out multiple cancellation forms, called customer care, and I've emailed customer service but no luck. I was never advised I was signing up for a membership that was reoccurring, and I've been charged $16 a month for me going to this location once for a car wash, I'm hoping you all can help with having this membership cancelled, as I've walked into this business and they advise to reach out to customer care.

      Was told I could get unlimited car washes for a month for same price as a single wash. No mention was made that is was a recurring monthly charge. I was not given a sticker for my car with an account number and subscription cannot be canceled without this number online.
