      You know, these subscription scammers really know how to push your buttons. Take their "Fast Pass," for instancetotal dud. Every time, I'd end up waiting for someone to manually let me through the wash. And trying to cancel? Forget about it. Been wrestling with them for three months now. Can't just pick up the phone or click a button on their site. Instead you have to send a message and then jump through hoops to confirm via email. And guess what? They still charged me three times after all that hassle. Spent way too many hours on this nonsense, had to resort to a stop payment and file a complaint. And don't even get me started on the steep prices for a subpar clean. My advice? Give this company a very wide berth.

      I have been a loyal customer of this car wash for quite some time. However, on February 11, 2023, between 9 am and 1 pm, I had a disappointing experience. Despite waiting for hours and driving back and forth between both locations, I encountered an issue that required direct cleaning. Throughout the day, there was a light drizzle on and off. Both the car wash locations in ********* and ***********, ** had attendants present, but they ignored me and walked away, leaving the building locked. They also failed to turn on the vacuums, which are typically available for customer use. Is it company policy for car washes to remain closed during cloudy or drizzly weather? This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to these car wash companies. Additionally, I observed a decline in the ***********, ** location. Many of the vacuum cleaners were clogged, and it seems that nobody feels the need to address this issue.

      HORRIBLE. A SCAM. I have sent in emails, called countless times, and even walked into the offices to request a refund to my card after being charged for a monthly fee since September of 2023 when I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP. I have repeatedly been left without answers, sent back to an automated messaging system (because it doesn't actually work) and I even spoke in person to one of the employees. She looked up my phone number and there was no membership form that I signed, it didn't even have my correct email, and she stated that I shouldn't have been charged. I went in to get a car wash during your reopening in September, was hassled about getting a membership, refused the membership and instead got a single car wash, and yet my card has been charged every month since then for $39.99 for a service I NEVER EVEN BOUGHT. When I was speaking to one of the employees in person, she even stated that it was probably "one of the head honchos from other locations" that was sent out when they opened to get people to sign up for memberships. I told the man that continuously asked me about signing up and tried to sell me a membership NO multiple times before he even took my card to get me through the car wash. THEY ARE RUNNING A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS.

      I just wanted to copy the ************************************* my review.I purchased two of the yearly subscriptions and it been awful.They are sooooo bad, whenever I went, nothing worked as it supposed to.The tire shine was always out of order so I asked about it for the 10th time and one of the attandants said they would come out and spray my tires personally.He came out shaking the bottle and saying they ran out of tire shine. LOL.I wish you could leave 0 stars I tried to go directly to the car wash and consult them about the issue but they keep referring me to corporate. Absolute horrible car wash experience!!

      I purchased a membership about a month ago. I used it twice then when I went back to have my car washed several times they were not open during regular business hours. The last time I went there they had had some pipes burst due to cold weather. A young man working there told me to contact customer service, their customer service line is a joke. It directs you to their website to give an email. I have already sent an email and have not received any response to it. Therefore, I do not think they care about the customers very much or retaining them.

      I been trying to cancel a recurring charge on my account for the car wash for months and it seems hard to get in contact with someone about it. They are always unavailable. I just want to cancel the recurring charge. I don't use the car wash no more because of it. The car wash is located in *********, **. I tried to go directly to the car wash and consult them about the issue but they keep referring me to corporate. I may need to cancel my card because of this issue. I just want some answers

      I wish you could leave 0 stars...Tried to cancel my membership on January 5th called the phone number and had to go through text prompts then fill out request online. Heard back from someone later that day. They confirmed my membership was cancelled. I look at my cc statement and they charged me on the 20th for another month. It's been 3-4 days of me emailing customer service and I still can't get a resolution. Stay far away from this place!

      Horrible customer service first of all. Their machines made my car more dirty than when I drove in. The line was too long to try to go back in and speak with them. Instead, I contacted the home office thinking they would have some decency to make this right. I have pictures that I wish I could post, but this will have to do. Seems like I can't file a complaint. The only reason I would do that is that the home office has completely ignored me and refused to acknowledge my issue. Never going back and will continue to trash wherever I can.

      Absolute horrible car wash experience!! Paid for the ***** deluxe wash and got a 7-8 dollar experience. When I arrived home I had to wash the windshield, the rear view mirrors, the entire rear window as well as the entire lift gate and bumper. Most of the areas never got even a light brushing. This was a great carwash when it opened..... That ship has sailed. I won't get fooled again.
