      I ordered bath bombs from belk. I received notification that it was delivered to my mailbox. I was SO excited. Unfortunately it was not there. I also want to note that my mailbox has a lot due to HOA policy. We never received the bath bombs. I called belk and they instructed me to call Pure ******. They were so rude, offensives, and blamed it on me for not living in a safe area. I live in BELMONT! Its an extremely safe, lovely, and upper class area. I have been a belk card member for YEARS. This makes me debate making my last payment and canceling. Im appalled that this was handled so poorly.

      I have an ongoing fraud case with Belk stores and Synchrony bank.l do not want my credit effected. Someone used my card 10/10 I called to cxl the card was told it was doneI have all emails u need proof these charges are not meand they dont go after the perpetratorfraud case never openedI called back to follow upthey have NUMEROUS calls from me..both Synchrony bk and BelkI have emails etc .so now a fraud case finally placedin the interim they open a new account and I call again because I get a new email your order was processed and today 11/10 a new bill for $1242. N change,,,I almost flippedI want assurance my credit is not effected. Then today 11/9 I receive a letter from Synchony bk stating the second bogus a/c is closed and I have no balance but I may have outstanding pending charges. Are these people kidding me.

      Ordered a sweater from Belk #********. Received sweater with security tracking device still attached . Called Belk . Their solution... they would send me a email with site I could go to and get a label. I explained numerous times to numerous people I don't have a printer . They just kept sending me the email to go get label . Finally I spoke with someone who said new sweater would be delivered Nov 8 before 8 pm . Sweater did not arrive . Called Belk . They said not their fault sweater was mailed and should have arrived . To continue to wait . I have been hung up on because I couldn't understand their English ,I have listen to music for thirty minutes at a time till hung up on . I was told by one customer rep to drive around till I found printer possibly the library I could borrow . None of these were options I would do . I want refund , compensation for my time and aggravation and a apology from manager would be nice .

      I placed an order twice and was canceled twice. I moved to ******* about a month ago and I am not sure what I keep getting my order canceled. When I placed my order initially, I had a Belks credit card which I had to update my address. When I spoke with a supervisor I was informed that my order was canceled due to card issues. I paid with a different card, money came out of my account and now still canceled. It is ridiculous and I am tired of how this has been handled. There are two orders canceled and I still need someone to assist with this issue. Order ********** And **********.

      Order Date 10/17/2022 Order # ********** Package P6660270985190 I bought two large terracotta pots, but they arrived in small pieces. It's as if Belks warehouse didn't even try to prevent them from breaking. They placed it loosely inside the pots using air pillow film, and THAT WAS IT. They did not place each pot in its own box, which should of been wrapped in bubble wrap, peanuts and packing tape. To ship, each box should be placed in a larger box. Consider two delicate terracotta pots bouncing around during shipment.Belk's lack of training on how to ship fragile products is FORCING me to PAY FOR SHIPPING in order to return the items for reimbursement. They didn't even try to avoid breakage, but charging their customers for shipping is unethical.I would like a full refund and for Belt to pay for shipping back to me.*************************** ************

      I applied for a Belk Credit Card and was approved. My card was never delivered to me and i have never used said card. But yet im still being called and charged for the card. This is not me charging this card. Please dispute and remove me from anything having to do with belks. They have ruined a home buying opportunity for me OVER A CARD THAT WAS NEVER RECIEVED BY APPLICANT(ME).

      I purchased five blankets from Belk on 7-9-2022 for our Air B&B. I failed to realize that the seller wasnt Belk, and that it was a Marketplace Seller. The blankets specify they are 108x90 in size on the description. When my items arrived they were not that size, they were small throw blankets. I contacted Belk, who sent me to the Market Place Seller. The Seller said I can return them at my return shipping expense. I then reached out to Belk on 7-27-2022 and let them know how upset I was. I said the return shipping should not be at my expense for something that wasnt advertised correctly. They opened a ticket #******* on 7-27-22 asking the seller to send a return shipping label for a refund. I followed up every week until I finally got a shipping label in September. The Seller sent it to a email that wasnt mine. I sent back the merchandise. I followed up with the seller and reminded them the tracking information shows they received the merchandise. They said Belk would process the refund in about 7 days. I received three separate e-mails from Belk on 10-7-2022 saying your refund has been processed. The three amounts were $21.99, and the other two for $43.98. The next day I received two deposits in my bank account. One for $8.00, and the other for $35.98. I have called them five more times. Two of the agents advised me to call my financial Institution. I said Why? They have no control on what you credit. The last two agents claimed it was fixed and would be credited. That was more than a week ago. This is the most ridiculous return I have ever been through. I am now going on four months and I still dont have a full refund, I returned the unused fully tagged merchandised. I need help getting a refund.
