      Our two year old home we purchased new has two *************** sliding glass doors. They leak after every rain storm whether its a light rain or pouring. A Horribly cheap product. Had it confirmed by contractors I called in to replace these awful windows. They are cheap and I wouldnt ever buy from them.

      I spent more than 4K to get this patio door installed and the door has poor quality and leaked the first rain. And the warranty department made things even worst and very inconvenient for the customer like myself. Please keep this company from selling their poor quality products in the nation. Why arent they being shut down for these business practices.

      We had contractor to install exterior patio door in fall of 2020. Door has huge gap above the door with a large amount of air flow. I have contacted the warranty ***** I have sent pictures of door with stamp identify door along with picture of gap above door. I was told that was what was required. Then they required a receipt, I sent copy of receipt. Now I am being told that since it was bought at a local building supply and not a large box store that the warranty has to go through the building supply store. Warranty is not being honored.

      WARNING ?? I bought a $3,900.00+ JenWeld custom fiberglass door with a LIFETIME WARRANTY and it was shipped with a factory defect in it. ******* refuses to even acknowledge any warranty and said the private store who ordered it needs to warranty it not them! The private store will have nothing to do with it. I called him and he said well maybe the damage looks rustic and will not even return my call now. I now have a $4600,00+ (installed) rustic looking damaged door. Stay away from this company they are falsely advertising their warranty and do not stand behind their products.

      We bought Jeld Wen windows for the basement. They are awning windows with ********* between panes. We installed them in October and walked around the house this February. We noticed condensation in between the glas. After filling out a complaint, we haven't gitten a call or acknowledged that they got out complaint. We should have gone with ********. Now we'll have to swallow the cost of bad windows

      Contractor installed two sliding glass patio doors in our new home and three years later seals were broken in both and the interiors of the glass panels ice up when it's cold. The locking mechanism also broke after three years and the latch on the bug screen broke after two years. Very poor quality.

      What a Joke. Ordered special order windows for a customer. Customer had to do the windows in 4 parts. Every time, there was something wrong with the order. This last time, the windows were not complete. Jeldwen reordered what was missing. First they sent the wrong color. Second, They sent 1/3 of what was missing. I am now approximately 3 months behind on finishing this job because of errors on this order. How are they still in business?

      I have been working with my contractor to get a Jeld wen patio door. After waiting ~ 4 weeks the door delivered was a left hand and not a right hand. Now it is another 3 week wait to get the correct door which has put us 6 weeks behind schedule. I am sure Jeld Wen's response will be contact customer service which has been done and has gotten us nowhere. I see that Jeld Wen responds that "JELD-WEN takes your product/service concerns very seriously" if that is the case why do you have a 1.17/5 star rating based on 131 customer reviews?
