      I purchased an exterior door and within a years time the door has bubbles. I do own a storm door and for that reason along with my door being a dark color they will not fix or replace. Biggest waste of money!! Buyers beware.

      We bought a set of French doors with blinds between the windows. Blind broke within a month of installation. During heavy rain door leaked at bottom of both corners. Called customer service. What a hassle. The subfloor isn't even installed yet. Tech is supposed to come out in a couple of weeks. Would never buy their products again.

      Door lock lever on our patio door is very loose, and it is difficult to lock/unlock. Contacted Jeld-Wen customer service as is instructed in all of the reviews I have read. Very slow response, and when they responded they instructed to look for a model number at a specific location on the door, but the number doesn't exist. I now am noticing a very large split in the back side of the door (opposite the latch). Very poor quality product, and very poor customer service in my opinion.

      Purchased 12 prehung interior doors from *********** When installing the lock set found that the pre-drillled and notched components did not line up. I reached out to Jeld-Wen provided receipts and photos of the issues but received the run around. Poor quality products, poor quality control and lack of any customer service. I recommend purchasing another brand door.

      No ability to deliver on the purchased product. Spent thousands of dollars on a sliding door, needed 3 pieces of glass before we got some without defects. And on top of all that, after 1.5 years, they still have not been able to deliver the screen for this door.

      Poor customer service and poor product. Window seal broke twice within the warranty period. The first time I paid for installation of the new window and just a few years later the seal broke yet again. JELD-WEN would not cover installation the second time it failed and advised me to look up a ******* video and do it myself. Poor communication from customer service. Would not recommend.

      Put in 15 jeld-wen windows during a renovation of my home in 2021. Three of the windows have functional issues (sliding mechanism dont work; whistling noise in another) and one has a warped sash. All of them have screens that do not fit, most have blown out since installation. Multiple attempts to resolve the problems with none of the problems fixed. New screens delivers this week but were wrong size and color. Awful customer service, again. Constantly have to chase people for not responding. Awful customer service.

      So I order four windows and a door in September of last year I knew stuff was crazy with all the supply chain issues but it came in late February or early Mach but it was still cold out up here in Wi so I didnt want to have it installed until it was warmer. So now its May 11th my installer installed it last weekend kind of. He came to me and said I dont know what to do. I have the frame square and the door plumbed but its warped and because of the sidelights I can not get the reveal the same. Needless to say it is warped and the door is plumbed and level but because the poor quality construction there is a gap at the top and the bottom enough to see outside. I was told by jeld wen that the humidity at a job sit cause warpage and wait three months because really May has more humidity then August what do they think Im dumb and that my pro installer doesnt know what he is doing. I will and never will buy Jeld Wen I work hard for my money and wanted a nice door and got a pile of c*** Dont buy from them never. If you want pictures I can provide it. When it is -20 i will have to cover the front door completely and unusable
