    Wish I could give them zero stars. Theyre horrible. Everything about them is horrible, their app, customer service, techs. I havent had internet for a week now and dont know if they will ever get it fixed. Pay more and go with someone else if you have to.

    Internet is complete A** Your companies promised 150 mbps, I am getting 1mbsp downloads speed and sometimes NONE, my family is paying 50 dollars a month for this ******** and we WILL be switching as soon as we can, I am so genuinely surprised with how s*** this internet is, I will tell all my family members TO NEVER use this internet

    Awful customer service. I cancelled my service and they call me and I have to verify my account. They called me; you need to tell me what you want. And the people are robotic that call. Get it together Brightspeed and you won't keep losing customers. *****************!

    Today is 4 January 2025. Service has been out since 2 December 2024 with the exception of five days, ***** December 2024. A ticket was placed for a Service Technician to identify the issue on 3 December 2024. The service technician date is 22 January 2025 - 53 days give or take from report of disruption. This same issue seems to occur at least once per year and has been the lines in their junction box or something else on their end for the most part. This is a rural area residence where an occupant has a serious health issue and requires access to telephone and internet services. Multiple chats (no voice service) have resulted in the same outcome - apology for the long wait with no explanation of why. ***** - at least the chat representatives are professional in communication. This account is on autopay and the best I have received is a possible credit for the days of no service. It is my understanding that this has occurred to an entire street whose occupants elected to switch to another provider. When you look up this company it says BBB A+. On the BBB site it is listed as NOT BBB Accredited. The service is good when it works. Appropriate, timely resolution is needed.

    IF I COULD GIVE THIS *********** 0 STARS I WOULD THEYVE CHANGED MY INSTALL DATE LIKE 4 TIMES IVE LOST $100S IN WAGES WAITING ON THEM JUST TO SAY THEIRS NOTHING TO HOOK IN TO WHEN THE PEDISTAL IS RIGHT OUT MY BACK DOOR DONT GET THESE MORONS OR YOUILL BE WAITING FOREVERY AND HERES ANOTHER THING THE MORONS LAID THE ***** 4 MONTHS AGO

    Horrible service for landline phone service. Your phone will work sporadically. They will send out technicians who will not fix the problem. When you call and have your service disconnected, they will continue to bill you for months. My 85 yr old father now relies on cell phone and MedicAlert.

    This company and its service is worthless. ************* has been out for almost a month, they keep rescheduling appointments and pushing it out. I had appointment for today took off and rescheduled to be home you have to be available from 8am to 5 pm for them to give you an appointment. at 8:01 received a text rescheduled to Thursday two days from now no reason just be home from 8-5 on Thursday instead of today. O and I received my bill, NO credit for the fact its been out for a month after I was advised I would not pay for time it was not repaired. Been a customer for 40+ years, going to move to a VOIP plan.

    I've been without service since the 16th of December. Multiple calls and chats and emails and no help. The only response is that maybe a tech can come on the 21st of January. This company is terrible. The service is slow. The customer service people are slow when you can understand them.

    **************** is horrible, we have been paying for 5g for over a year and have yet to reach 10mbs of that speed. When contacting their service department and helping them diagnose the problem I was told the issue could not be solved and would need a service tech to come out. Service tech scheduled appointment was two months out. After eight hours and multiple dropped chats I am now resulting to this
