    BBB please read and do something about this business. Brightspeed should not be in business especially in the *****, ******* area of **. There isnt a resident there thats happy with Brightspeed. The entire service is horrible. We have to continue paying the bill but we havent had phone service in over a week and yes a ticket has been submitted. **************** can never understand a customers needs and request. They pass you from person to person because they are uncertain of everything. I have been on hold right now for 20 minutes plus and the lady hasnt come back to say sorry, please continue to hold. The Owners, CEO and employees should be highly embarrassed. I do not think any phone/internet service provider could be any worst. This is ridiculous! Please do something **** about this because this provider is upsetting a lot of people. **

    Terrible service. They connect you with a foreigner that you can't understand for customer service. With ****************** the internet is down as much as it is up and they give no credit for extended outages which happened often. We've been out of service for over a week now and have no idea when the internet will be restored.

    I went to cancel service. They would not cancel on date I called but carried me through entire cycle. They did not send me a bill me for last bill then charged me for late charge and then when I went to pay they charged me a processing fee. Very poor customer service.

    Terrible services. I chatted in with them on Friday, November 15 2024. The agent I spoke with stated I would have a technician dispatched next day. When I call in they said I wont be able to get an appointment until December 4 2024. I cant go without internet for 3 weeks. I asked to escalate the issue and they wouldnt do it. I hate being lied too.

    **************** is the worst. Every month, for the last 6 months, I have to call to get the Brightspeed Accessibility Credit put on my bill. Every month I'm told it will be escalated to the "department" that handles billing and the issue will be resolved in 7-10 days. And it never is. Everything was fine until I had to have a technician come to the house and the bill was adjusted for that payment. Since then, the bill is wrong every month. Rural area so choices are very limited.

    This internet company is horrible. It's a service provider for **** areas. Areas who have very few options for **************** provides. I have had so many connection issues since this company bought out ************. Outages twice last month which caused 8 of their customers to be without Internet for 11 days. 11 days without Internet in 2024, is unacepable!! Their customer service is the worst. All they want to do is 'notate the account' and not fix the issue. English is Not the phone or IT **** first language, so it is very difficult to understand them when they are trying to walk you through a router reset. And they currently have an issue that is notifying customers their payments have not processed and their service will be shut off in 48 hours. . They acknowledged the issue, but haven't fixed/stopped it.

    Marinette *********. A salesman named ***** came out and offered us Brightspeed internet, phone and TV service (bundled deal) for$100 less than our **************** on October 15, 2024. He offered free installation and one month free service. The installation was delayed until November 12th due to their huge demand. Come to find out their TV service was **************************** ********* began charging us the very first month. When called they said they have nothing to do with Brightspeed. The installers came out and said they could not run fiber optics to our house at least for another two weeks unless the ground froze then they couldnt do it. In the mean time ********* is continuing to charge us over $100 each month for their TV service that we cannot use. The biggest ripoff company around. Stay away from them at all cost.

    We've had nothing but repeated phone outages since Brightspeed took over our phone systems. They are absolutely the worst phone company on the planet. Our phone is down anywhere from 7-21 days at a time, with no deduction on the bill, the technicians don't come with they say they'll come, no one contacts us to let us know they're not coming, If you can avoid Brightspeed, do yourself a huge favor, and get phone service with anyone else, ****, two tin cans and string work better than Brightspeed.

    Sorry service we have been having problems since September ******* . We have called and explained the problem we were completely out of phone service and internet for over a month. they finally come and run a temporary line on the ground and everytime it rains the phone has so much static on it you can't use it. It took multiple calls to them to get them to come out and do this. We would have a work order and they would say we canceled the order when we didn't. Then we had a work order on November 11, 2024 to hang the permanent line. Two tech guys came out and said they didn't know nothing about hanging no line. When we asked why were they here then, they said because you called us. They left didn't do anything a few minutes later I got a text that said work order completed. I am ready to switch . I have been with century link for 30 years but when bright speed bought them out , this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

    Worst service ever. Slow internet speeds. Constantly poor service. It goes out nearly every storm. When I realized my cell phone worked better on **** then there home phone service. I called them to cancel the phone service. Long story short. They canceled everything on me and informed me they no longer offer service in my area.
