    I have had terrible connection since centurylink. I scheduled a dispatch to maybe finally fix it. Of course its from 8am-5pm. So im supposed to stay here all day waiting for them. I wait as long as i can then i cancel it cause i have to leave. Then i reschedule. Day b4 THEY cancel the appt. Next available appt is 2 weeks out. Well after the past year of this terrible service, they can get what money i owe them from a collector. Im done with trying to get internet through a bunch of morons who wont fix it. Ill just get a mobile hotspot and go from there

    Quite literally returned a 340$ payment of minec28 days after I paid it then asked for $440 even tho I had proof I paid it. Then employee on the virtual chat was very rude and made a comment then ended the chat. Terrible company. I suggest people look into when starlink will be avaliable in their area so we can all put terribly ran company's like brightside out of buisness. Didn't even get my $354 and they won't give me a answer

    It should be illegal to charge for this service. Slower internet speed than dial-up was 25 years ago. I cannot get one hour of consistent connection... which then loses all previous work. My email app does not send or receive messages .My saved emails are gone. **************** also terrible..When you can finally speak to a live person they only say Im sending you a link to chat with assistant (total waste of time). And today topped it off with being unable to pay my bill online due to "technical difficulties of our payment system" however, you can pay by phone for an additional fee. I DON'T THINK SO!!! ONE STAR IS WAY TO GENEROUS

    I did not even want to give Brightspeed a 1! This company is ridiculous. I have not been able to use my laptop since November. It will not connect to the internet or WIFI. I shave contacted them twice and each time I was told its my laptop. Laptop works in other business settings. Im beyond frustrated.

    I have been having trouble with my phone and internet for months now i called Bright Speed and told them i was still having trouble and they said they would send out a repair tech to check the problem and they gave me a repair ticket number ******* and said someone would be out between 8am and 5 pm on Jan. 27 2023 and a repair tech call me around 11 and said he would be here little after noon and around 2 i got a call and said the repair had been done and no one ever showed up and this just keeps going on So if they can't fix it and be relieble like they clam then give me my money back for the past six months

    They are trying to charge me 500 dollars for sending someone to reset my modem they were charging me 85 dollars a month when my neighboor is paying 50 dollars a month for the same exact plan i have his speed is 10mbs and mine is 5mbs my wifi has also been kicking me off every 10 to 15min for the last 10 days they also have hung the phone up on me 3 times today they should be shut down

    Exactly same grievance's as other reviews pertaining to customer *************** Especially concerning switch over from Centurylink too. My McAfee was expired with no notice!! Cannot gain access to redownload. I've been customer of Centurylink for 40 years. This is unacceptable. I'm a rural customer so I do not have any other choices. Shame on them

    Internet connection problem since transisition from Century Link to Brightspeed. Very slow & intermittently stops working. To contact an agent is very time consuming with no success solving issue. Hopefully will be looking into other providers but options are limited living in a rural area which I feel companies like Brightspeed take advantage of that.

    Worst service ever. My phone was out over the holidays. Took an hour to report it. They never credited it on my bill. Had to go through the bot, eventually got a sub-human, to report another issueand they dont help me with that at allguy wouldnt even go there, but credit me for the outage, and then tried to sell me something. All took an hour that I will never get back. Its a black hole, lousy service and lousy internet.
