    ********. Everything I want to say has been stated by countless other dissatisfied people. I'll surely laugh at any bill received from this illegitimate company while I burn it in my woodstove.

    Internet has been intermitant and slow since November 12th. **************** is dismissive and just has ** restart the modem then goes oh look it works have a nice day. When I demand a technician they threaten a 90 dollar charge

    Service keeps going out to the point its unusable, and tech support just tells me it to many devices connected that's the problem. Even when there's only 1 device connected.

    This company is ripping people off!! We pay outrageous prices for crappy service! When it was Centurylink I didn't have to deal with turtle speed and constant dropping in & out ALL DAY LONG!!! I can't even ***** videos with my online course without constant buffering!!!! They want to provide crappy service they need to lower the price because service is worse and payment is the same as when I had Centurylink. We shouldn't have to pay the same price for service we hardly even have!!! I have had to use my phone data when online because wifi barely works at all. They have ALOT of unhappy customers per reviews so why are they even in business!!! They take advantage of the rural people that really have no other option in my opinion....

    I've been trying to get Wi-Fi since October 2022 now it middle of January 2023 and still not Wi-Fi, customer service is a absolute JOKE!!! Nothing but lie after lie. If I could give them a ****** review I would in a heart beat. Please do NOT waste your time!

    Absolutely worse internet company. CenturyLink was horrible & Brightspeed is just the same. I have had two appointments for new line and **** install & no one has showed up for either appointment. So of course their solution is to schedule another appointment a week out.

    I tried to cancel my internet service. BRIGHTSPEED kept me on the phone for 1 hour without being able to help. It took 2 weeks to get my internet stopped. Now my phone is not working. They could not help me with my phone after another hour qith a virtual helper. Worst service ever.

    Repeated Internet outages, down about 50% of the time. **************** and tech support is terrible. Credit promised for downtime and never received.

    Not even worth one star. Thought I would never say this but "Bring back Centurylink"! Brightspeed is worthless. Customer service is nil, I would be terminated for their performance. After trying to tell a service rep the issues and that my neighbors have the same, he insisted on sending out a tech. Who, after reading numerouys posts, very likely will never show up. Being charged for 15 speed and only getting 1.2 checked at 9:40 am. Upload speed is nonexistent. What a scam! Would not even discuss an account credit. Have been experiencing periodic outages for months but now most of the day it is out. Or worthless as cannot connect to the service. Have filed complaints with FCC and state AG as someone needs to investigate this company and its practices.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Multiple issues trying to get a land line installed.Billed repeatedly for a service not rendered. We would receive text alerts that the service technician would be at the house at a certain time and date. My hubby would take off work to be there and no one showed up resulting in loss of pay...but gets better, then we would receive a message that the job was completed. Better yet billed for services not rendered. Do you think you can speak with customer service and get resolution, absolutely not. Instead you are transferred from one dept to the next with exhausting repetitive explanations of what is wrong but no one takes action. Furthermore I am sure this will fall on deaf ears as well.If we had a different option we would not use this company and would strongly discourage anyone else that showed an interest.
