    Absolutely, agree: the worst service I have ever experienced and that is saying something. I would try to write the story here but there is not enough room. The chat service is a joke. They keep confirming an address that is two addresses combined. The only thing they can focus on is confirming a call back number they never use. After the second session of "chatting" for over an hour, they apologize and then disconnect with no outcome on the issue. Look elsewhere - anywhere for internet service

    Horrible, horrible internet and customer service. If I could give them a negative 10, I would. I am kicked out several times a day (been logged in for 3 hours and just counted 12). I work from home and this is my only choice as I must use a VPN. Something needs to be done about them - class action lawsuit sounds good. **************** blames me for using too much bandwidth - I didn't when it was CenturyLink so I don't know WTH happened since Brightwspeed took over. Now I have to disconnect (UNPLUG) all of the devices in my home that are connected to WIFI or direct - and am still getting kicked out way too often.

    Brightspeed IS The Worst Experience Anyone Could Have With A **************** Provider!!This is the WORST excuse of a company. Their **************** service is beyond awful! Their service is not working more than it is working, and when it is out, which is most of the time, the customer service reps are a joke. It is very hard to understand what they are saying, don't have any idea where they are located. If they can be understood, they lie about what is wrong, and will try to tell you everything is fixed. I don't know where Centurylink found this sorry excuse of a company, but they made a huge mistake transferring their customers to this AWFUL excuse of a provider. Do yourself a favor & if you hear the name Brightspeed, run as fast as you can to a reputable company that knows what it takes to provide **************** service. These goof-offs do NOT have a clue! If I could give them less than 1 star, I would

    Terrible customer service. I was bounced between ****************** and ********************** several times. They both said we were not their customer. After an hour of no results from tech support who never did do anything except put me on hold we had to settle for someone to come this week. That is 8 days. Then received a text confirming that date and they were going to send someone to some address not ours. That was AFTER she had me confirm our address. Back on the phone and had to go through all the menu again. Hopefully they will go to the right place

    I hate this company, it is trash. I have had trouble out of this wifi since they switched from century link to bright speed. Dont get this wifi, go get some other wifi, we had a rep come out to what we though, fix our wifi and he just made it worse, I called and they said Id have overnight shipping on a new modem and it wont be here until the middle of the week next week. Dont get this internet service??????, we are apparently having the the same problem as everyone else based off of these reviews.

    I had to get a tech out to check why I had no service he never came in and got billed 2 separate charges for way over $100 and they say the tech installed a new phone **** which he didn't! I wouldn't go back with them if they were the last place to get service very incompent customer service!

    How is this company still in operation? They charge us a monthly fee yet only provide the service sparsely. Ever since they bought out CenturyLink, our internet goes down hourly and kicks users off even when it's operational. I've legitimately never had a worse experience with a company. FCC will be getting involved as well.

    Internet comes and goes. Good luck getting help. I can't understand their English. Was told my modem was bad. It would be $15 a month to lease on or $300 to buy one. It has worked fine for 3 days. Don't look for tech help. I will be looking for another provider.
