      We purchased a freeer last June from the company. About 6 weeks ago it stopped freezing and the alarm was going off. They sent a technician out and he said it cant be fixed and they will need to replace it. But the policy is the have to try and replace the only part they can get to and wait to see if that fixes it. Well that didnt fix the issues, so we callled them back and they said they have to send out the technician again. Scheduled them appointment time window was from 7am-6 pm they texted at 4:30 to cancel appointment. Called customer service that night. Said they had no appointments for two weeks and it was our fault the appointment was canceled. Made new appointment for yesterday May 27th waited all day again and they canceled the appointment at 4:15. Called once again and they say they need to reports from there technician to send to the master technician. But we cant talk to the master technician. Seems like they are just waiting for our warranty to run out so they dont have to deal with us. They have the worst customer service I have ever felt with. The freezer is not even a year old and they just give us the run around.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This has been going on for many months.  The technician came out and said another part needed to be replaced and the part would be sent to the technician. That was on May 27th.  Called today and you say there is no order for this part and if we want to get it sent to us it would take over two weeks. So we are now still waiting for you to fix our broken freezer. At this point we just want our money back.

      This has gone on for way to long.  I never said that the warrenty covered the replaced of the freezer.  Your customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.  You are no help and everything must be done as the customer.  Give us our money back, beacuse the tech guy already told you that the new part will not fix the freezer.  So it seems you are just waiting for me to be tired of this and give up.  Well that won't happen.  Have also told everyone to never buy any of your products

      Refrigerator will not cool. Less than 1 years old. Had to purchase a new refrigerator because we could not get in touch with repair person but to it being a weekend and under warranty.When a repair person was contacted gave sn# but needed model #. Since that call the phone was always busy 6 weeks of this inability to contact anyone. I called corporate last week and told them of my problem and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was told I would have to speak with service. I did and gave them serial # and they could not help because I didn't have model number because I forgot to pack it since I travel for wk.I had them send the repair link and tried that after I got the model number but it was rejected as invalid. I researched and found that they use product # for model #. Had the product# sent and still cannot access and calling corporate is minimum hold of 15 min which has consistently been 30 to 45 min to 1 hr. I just want a refund or repair so I can be rid of this. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered. 2nd fridge with same issue. No more did they fire the quality control department? This is unacceptable.

So far, three months without an operating refrigerator.I believe the ability of Frigidaire to sell a functioning product is well within the manufacturers guidelines/warranty of one year, (actually approximately 6 weeks) in accordance with the time and price of the unit. Furthermore, each scheduled repair appointment made by the assigned vendor required me to miss billing hours (time from work) which has exceeded the value of the product. I asked for a replacement and was turned down. A malfunctioning unit from day one and the inability to repair it seems reasonable to have an equal exchange made.Thank You.

      Hello, I purchased a $1200 20 cubic foot chest freezer from Frigidaire Sept 2023. It stopped cooling and was diagnosed broken beyond repair April 2025. A year and a half and its garbage and just passed warranty. A technician examined it and declared it non-repairable. Upon reaching out to Frigidaire to inform them the result, they said before they can do anything about it, I would need one of their technicians to come out. So then I paid $85 for the same diagnosis from their serviceman. The result: they want me to invest more money into Frigidaire by offering me a rebate to purchase a new one. Frigidaire does not stand by their products. If it needed to be repaired, understandable, things break and could be fixed. But to be so new and be trash, they should be held responsible. This has been a complete inconvenience and is absolutely unacceptable. I didnt ask them to refund me the money paid for technicians, replace lost food, or remove this big piece of their garbage off my property. Thank you for your helpwith this matter.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am dissatisfied with the businesses response. The freezer was $1200. I cant afford to spend another $600 for a freezer. I have 8 children and am in need of a large freezer. The only reason they gave me 50% off is because I refused the initial 40% off. The Memorial Day sale at the time was site wide 35% off. Embarrassing. A brand new Frigidaire should not be broken beyond repair within 1.5 years. I would repair it and pay for it, if thats what it needed. But its not fixable. Its not right. We have Frigidaire appliances for decades with rust all over them and still running. If you dont want to replace the $1200 freezer, would you consider replacing it with a $600 freezer (that would be my coupon that you offered me) or refund my money please? Thank you.

      I am rejecting it because as a consumer, I understand I have the right under implied warranty law, Section ***** of the Uniform Commercial Code, to defect-free merchandise.

      The 24.8 cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer that I purchased in September 2023 was diagnosed broken beyond repair in April 2025 by Frigidaires professional service technician, who stated that there was a coolant leak. A year and a half, the length of time we owned the unit, is an unreasonably short period for such a serious problem. 

      According to the law,  an implied warranty can apply not only to defects discovered soon after making a purchase, but also to those that become evident later. The duration for an implied warranty is generally four years from the date of purchase. 

      My implied warranty has been breached due to this serious defect inherent in the Frigidaire 24.8 cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer that we purchased. 

      According to AI Overview, customers have reported defects with this Chest Freezer, including issues similar to the one we experienced with this freezer's not working at all after a relatively short period of use. 

      Implied warranties cover the entire product according to the *************************  In addressing apparent defects under implied warranty, the manufacturer should cover  repairs or issue replacements or refunds. 


      Ive stated in previous letters that I have purchased Frigidaire appliances and have had no complaints with them for decades. I am a loyal customer who was confident in **********************. I genuinely desire to continue both to purchase Frigidaire products and to recommend Frigidaire products to other potential consumers. 


      I understand the law in its entirety and I trust that Frigidaire will choose to stand behind their product and to abide by the law by replacing or refunding the money for the 24.8 cu ft Garage Ready Chest Freezer that we purchased.

      ****** purchased from ****** September 2024 and it quit working May 15th. I went to ***** to discuss my options and I was told to call ************** to schedule ***air evaluation. I called multiple times that weekend but no answer. I called Monday 5/19 and was on call :4 min 12 sec, 34 min 6 sec and 28 min49 sec. I was given a ticket # for service and when I called to verify with provider I was told they didn't service that area in ************. ON 3RD call I was given another ticket and told *** had talked to them and they would come Wed. 5/21 between 8-12. No one ever came. I called on May 21 I called and was on phone 36 min 57 sec and told they had to send it to management in service department to locate a service provider and that they would call back within 2 days. On Friday May 23 after call lasting33 min 3 sec I was told they had not found anyone to fix it. On Tuesday May 27 I am still on hold as I type this for 1 hour 57 min and when I went through chat room they told me they still have open ticket and management still looking for ***air person. We are a family of 4 and we need a refrigerator!!!! It expensive filling coolers with ice to have food when you have no refrigerator.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      I am not satisfied  with Electrolux/ Frigidaire customer service in trying to get in contact with them for service/repair.  While I am happy to be getting a new refrigerator, I do not plan to purchase another Frigidaire. I was on the the phone for almost 3 hours today and have spent 10 plus hours over the past month! Time is valuable/precious and I do not appreciate them wasting my time.

      On May 10th, my H333133353435333636**H refrigerator went out. Starting on May 12th, I called the manufacture to let them know what was going on with my refrigerator. At one point they told me that they would have to expedite a new refrigerator within 3-5 business days. This morning when I called, they told me it would take 7-10 business days. I just want to have my refrigerator ASAP as I haven&#**;t had a working fridge since May 10th.

      I purchased my washer/dryer in Nov of 2024. the initial issue was botched installation from the company that Electrolux contracts. A second installation team was sent and made the issue worse as the washer and pedestal were damaged. I had to call Electrolux and the installation team every day for almost a month, till I was finally connected to ***** and ********, who were excellent and helped me. They returned the damaged equipment, and a new washer and dryer were sent out. At the time I spoke to ******** she offered to ***lace everything due to the poor install, but I thought the dryer was okay. Of course, a few weeks later, it started making tons of noise. I called and a service tech came out, He had to ***lace the pulley, wheels and belt in a 4-month-old dryer! I found this very concerning, so I reached back out to Electrolux to speak to ********. the **** there refuse to let me speak to her and will only set a service call. The dryer is now making a sound like a motor revving up and down and the service tech is coming out again. I should NOT be experiencing issues of this magnitude with a 4-month-old dryer. The last *** I talked to at Electrolux told me that this is normal, they don't make appliances like they did in my grandparent's time, they are not made by hand, but in a factory. I have bought enough appliances to know that's BS and I think it's terrible that Electrolux does not think their own product is reliable. The *** suggested I purchase a 5-year warranty. Why should I have to spend more money, feels like a scam. I asked him to give me the warranty at no charge and then his response was that he used to be able to, but a week ago they went to a new system and no longer have the capability WHAT?!?! a new system not a policy change? Electrolux you have some work to do, you need competent employees and vendors, but more importantly you will need to build a reliable product. I really hope to hear from someone soon so I can understand my options for resolve

      In October 2024, our single-door Electrolux (Frigidaire) freezer stopped working. We followed all the proper steps, going through your website to find an authorized service provider. That repair visit alone cost us $600. Due to backorders and scheduling delays, the compressor wasnt repaired until February 2025.Unfortunately, that repair wasnt successful. The ice maker never started working and a week later the compressor had failed again. Weve been calling weekly ever since. Each time, weve been told a technician would be available soon. Weeks turned into months. We followed up consistently and were strung along with no resolution.Finally, we were told the unit could not be repaired. We had to fight to even begin the process of getting our $600 refunded. Since then, there has been no refund. We have called multiple times and the last time I called, they said they could not issue a refund. We paid to have them fix it and they did not fix it nor do that have anyone available in our area to fix it - therefore we are owed our money back!

      Hi *****,
      Im following up as the resolution provided is not acceptable. The original issue with the compressor was never properly fixed- the unit was not hooked up correctly and failed completely within a few weeks. When I called on April 7th (11:22am & 9:07am approx 3 1/2 hour phone call), the manager informed me (Electrolux can refer to the recorded call) that due to the lack of available technicians in our area, we would be reimbursed the full $600.

      We are requesting that reimbursement as promised, in addition to a more substantial discount on a replacement freezer. A 20% discount is not sufficient considering the time, stress, and lack of service we've experienced.

      This situation has dragged on for too long, and its clear the original repair did not resolve the issue. As there is no one in the area to complete the work and the compressor was never properly functioning, we are owed a full refund and a more meaningful resolution in good faith.

      Please confirm the next steps to process the $600 refund and the revised discount offer on a new freezer.

      I purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator on April 22, 2025, immediately the refrigerator would not dispense water or ice, I called and informed them and they say there are no service techs in the area and have not gotten back to me in over 2-3 weeks, now this defective refrigerator randomly shuts itself off, I contacted them again. And there simple response is they would get back to me, this is completely unexceptable. The refrigerator is obviously defective and needs to be replaced ASAP.

      The serviceman came and has determined faulty water valve in the refrigerator, however apparently it takes 2-3 weeks to receive the part from Electrolux, and then have to schedule another service, all meanwhile not having the water or ice feature available, apparently you do not get what you pay for. This must remain open until the product i bought actually works as intended.

      I purchased an appliance from them on the 18 of May. Ordered it 2 days air. Got email next day saying it was packaged and ready for shipment. 5 days later its still sitting there I have called 3 times. And the answer I get is supposedly it going to be there tomorrow. If I want a return I have to wait 14 business days to get it. In which they got their money immediately. I explained to them I was buying it for my camper for the holiday. Im still ok missing the unit for the holiday my family did ok without it. But to just be told supposedly the next day.
