The problem is with a refrigerator that was purchased on 12/27/2022 from Lowes in *******, ** and delivered 1/1/2023. We started having issues with the ice make and then the high temp alarm started sounding constantly. The ice maker was not working, the freezer stopped working, and the refrigerator temperature spiked to above 45 degrees. The refrigerator was not useable.4/26/23 I spoke with ****** at Frigidaires call center. She would schedule a technician from *************************** to service the unit on 5-1. He reset the computer and left. Less than an hour later the same problems occurred. Reference #************ Virginia scheduled B&H to service the unit on 5-9. They never showed. I called and left a message, no one returned my call. ************************* spoke with B&H, they were going to call him back. No one called.5-10 ***** scheduled Direct Touch Appliance. They came out, diagnosed the issue but could not repair the unit.5-18 ****** said someone from the Escalation Team will contact me. Never happened.5-22 ***** was going to transfer me to the Escalation Team. They never picked up. ***** said a technician was on the way to my house. No one ever showed. I called back at 4:49. ****** transferred me to a supervisor, Shia. Nothing resolved but another technician was scheduled for ****, Appliance Repair. I told the technician the unit needed Freon. His reply was he was not certified for the repair and he would advise Frigidaire. I called Frigidaire back, talked to *********, she transferred me to Joy, a supervisor. Another appointment was scheduled when I spoke to **** on ****. He sent Lightning Appliance back to my home on ****. They could not fix the unit. 6-1 ****** wanted to schedule Lightning Appliance again. I asked for a supervisor, **** told me she would escalate to a manager for a store credit and I would receive a call from **** or ****** within 10 business days. Didnt happen.6-14 Lan wanted to schedule Lightning Appliance again.Help!!Business Response

I took insurance from the Frigidaire for my washing machine, but it turns out that when it comes to the execution stage there is no one to talk to, my washing machine broke, it took them a few weeks to check it out until they told me that it can't be fixed and a new one is needed, but here they suddenly sent me an email that I need pay a deductible of $200, and not only that, when I called them to check why they told me it was a mistake and I have to pay $250, all this while they drag it out for a whole monthBusiness Response

I purchased a Frigidaire (electrolux) dehumidifier in 2019 with extended warranty, it failed in 2022 and was replaced with a new units in July 2022. The replacement unit failed in May 2023, less than 10 months since receiving it. The failure code on the unit is "EC".When contacting electrolux regarding the malfunction, the customer service agent said my best option was to buy a new unit and throw away the broken one. Second option was to drive almost 300 miles to see a certified repair shop and pay for repairs out of pocket, which would cost more than a new unit.This is my 3rd failed unit since 2019Business Response

We bought a Frigidaire convection oven in February 2023 from this business for $2254.35.The problem is that the oven does not bake consistently. The baking - whether it be cookies, muffins, bread, or cakes - results in uneven baking. The recipes are ones I have used many times, over many years. The baking comes out burned in just a few minutes or, in the case of cookies, over done on one tray and under done on another.From the first use, this oven has not worked consistently. We have called Frigidaire and have had technicians out to check the oven as SDN says they cannot replace the oven or refund our money unless Frigidaire says there is a fault.Every technician says the oven is reaching temperature so there is nothing wrong with the oven.After the latest disaster, (my husband put in a roast on Convection Roast to slow cook. The oven was at 325 and was burnt in an hour!) we went back to SDNs to say, again, this oven is not working properly.They sent out a technician, again. Now, he says that when the oven reaches temperature, it is actually over temperature so dont put in the baking straight away. Wait for up to 20 minutes for the temperature to get to the right temperature, then put in the baking! But how do I know its at the right temperature if I cant trust the display? On Convection Roast at 325 degrees, the temperature overshot by 70 degrees, then cooled down to 305 degrees, then cycled between 350 and 300 degrees!Friends, who have the exact same oven, do not have these problems, nor do they wait for the right temperature.I used to bake as a stress reliever. Now, it is costing me time, money, and my sanity, to even think about baking!Business Response

I purchased there dehumidifier product model FFAD5033W1 on 5/22/22. The item was running fine until earlier this month it started to produce an EC code and turn itself off. I contacted Frigidaire about this as this error code is for the internal systems being cracked, due to poor manufacturing. They told me that since I was past 1 year, but not even a month, there was nothing g they could do. They built a product that was only to last 1 year and die right as it leaves warranty. I want my money back or a replacement because they scammed me out of my money by building a self destroying productBusiness Response

Fridgidaire upright freezer, purchase 3 1/2 years ago also purchased warranty it stopped getting cold, called Electrolux in October 2022 for service ; was told I would receive a call back in three days. Fast forwarding it is **** 13,2023 no repair in site. I am being told escalation team will call back. I never receive a call back. I ask to speak to a manager, they do not communicate with the customers . I have called a total of 22 time with no resolution in site. The repair company they a signed to my area do not supply the services I need. Every time i call I have to explain as if its not in the notes. I was told today the escalation team would call again this time in 24 hours. They a signed it to another repair company. I have not addressed the money I lost on the food that went bad as a result of the defective appliance. Beyond upset and just unsatisfied with this company.Business Response

purchased an extended warranty for in the wall air cond. Air Cond does not work, Electrolux keeps jerking me around getting the replacement of the air cond. I sent them all the needed paper work and they say they do not have it. Time frames for replacement keeps changing.My Ref number for replacement with them is ********, Ref number for requesting the replacement is ********. It should be noted that when you call there is usually a one hr wait or a recording that says they cannot take calls because of heavy call volume. I am rejecting this response because: I have sent them the requested info 3 times, I have the certified mail receipt showing that they received the requested information on June 16, and it was signed by their employee ***************************, that means they got the information. The forms they sent instructed me to e mail, I did and they said they never got it, causing more delay. On the form it also said I could ***************** MAIL RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, so on June 13 I sent the orig documents again. I have copies of everything sent along with my proof it was sent and received by Frigidaire ************ box ****** ********* ** 28262This Delay is just not acceptable. I paid for the Extended Warranty they had no problem taking my hundreds of dollars for the Extended Warranty, but now they will not live up to what they promised.
The summer is Half over and I'm not closer to getting a replacement than when I filed on June 1, 2023

We purchased a home and it came with a brand new Frigidaire Refrigerator. We registered the product for warranty on 11/7/2022 when we took possession. On April 27th, 2023 we noticed the ice maker was full of water and all the food in the freezer was thawed. We contacted Electrolux and the scheduled a Technician with American Home Appliance to come out and diagnose the problem. The technician was here on 5/1/2023. We were happy with the technician, although he was unable to make the repair due to not being licensed or equipped for the new refrigerant. Refrigerator needs a new compressor. Electrolux sent us a new compressor on 5/15/2023 and we were scheduled for a technician from Jax Appliances ** to come out on May 27, 2023 to make the repair. No one showed and when they were contacted, they stated they had to order another part. (Without even looking at the appliance). Since then, they repair company has been contacted and rescheduled 3 times and each time, they never show up. We have been in contact with Electrolux on 5/29/2023 to report the problem and they rescheduled the service for the next day. We contacted Electrolux again on 5/30/2023, and they kept disconnecting from the call. The technician never showed to make the repair. We called Electrolux again, on 5/31/2023 and requested a supervisor. We were disconnected several times. Finally spoke with a supervisor and were told that we had to reschedule the service company and we would have to wait 3 more business days, and if the refrigerator was not repaired, the would replace it. We called Electrolux again on 6/7/2023, because the technician never showed. On 6/9/2023, we contacted Electrolux again and they said we had to reschedule the repair and told us they had email confirmation that the technician would be here that afternoon/evening or the next day. No one showed! It is Monday, 6/12/2023 and our refrigerator is still not repaired. Contacted Electrolux. Still no resolution, terrible company!Business Response

I am disabled. I have called your service line several times. I have gotten your automated request for info line 7 times it ask for the model number . Its gets wrong number all seven times! Then i get put on hold waiting for customer service. Do you really have humans that will answer phones?Or are they to busy dropping calls My problem is that when i close my doors the other one opens.
