Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Depot.com in August of 2022 with one year warranty. 10 days ago the refrigerator quit working. I bought a ******* oven in July 2022. I didn't get to hook it up until Sept 2022 due to renovations on my newly purchased house. I gave had an issue with the stove not working properly since the start. It's not electrical or anything as the wall plug was replaced by an electrician who then hooked up the stove.I contacted them about the warranty as it is still currently under the 1 year manufacturer warranty. They sent out a service technician who had to replace the relay board on it as it was not keeping heat in the oven properly. He didn't address the burners not working but said that the relay board would fix it all. It didn't. I am still having the same issues where the food doesn't cook in the oven (chicken wings on a cookie sheet for 45 mins at 350 and they are still raw) and the burners don't work properly (boils on low and barely heats on high on all burners). Contacted them again and the same technician showed up with an attitude bc he was told to take off his shoes and wasn't happy about it (they are brand new white floors and he just walks in with his work boots oh my). He missed the troubleshooting steps and was mad that the manufacturer technician he was on the phone with told him he needed to read and follow the ** steps. He adjusted the oven by 25 degrees and again didn't address the burners not working. He stated that there is no issue bc when you turn on the burner it clicks so it works. I again said that I never said it didn't turn on the heating elements aren't right. I asked what would be the next step to check bc changing the oven 25 degrees doesn't fix it not cooking or dropping heat or not heating etc. The technician told me there is nothing else as in his eyes it was fixed and he said he doesn't have time to stay and see something not cook so there was nothing he could do and he wouldn't be coming back as there was no issue.There was still an issue and still currently is. I purchased a refrigerator within the last 12 months. Their policy is if the refrigerator has the same problem within the year it will be replaced.My refrigerator has several repairs 1 repair 2-8-23 2 repair 3-9-23 3rd repair 4-11-2023 4th repair 4-11-23 5th repair 4-25-25 only to return on ********* I made a six call today and the company 7still refuses to replace the appliance. We bought the Electrolux refrigerator and installed it on 07April2023. We've had the technician come 3 times to fix the doors and the technician could not balance the doors (see pictures about the gap). The doors continue to hit the door rubber and there is dent. I was able to speak with a manager only once, their employees don't want to put a manager on the line. Electrolux needs to replace the refrigerator doors or give me a new refrigerator. We did not buy (it is expensive) a refrigerator to have a gap and doors that are uneven. model #ERFC2393AS. Also, the water dispenser splashes all over and the technician said the refrigerator is missing the water hose.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Again, I have sent Electrolux multiple photos and these doors are defective. The technician stated the doors are not repairable and these doors caused a dent.
I spoke with Electrolux manager **** yesterday and she is suppose to call me back. Here are the photos. These doors are uneven and there was no water line provided either.
Electrolux needs to replace my Refrigerator as it is defective. The technician came here 3 times and it is NOT NOT repairable.

We purchased our Frigidaire less than one year ago as we were loyal to the brand and had great success with our last fridge. Since the purchase we have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator and believe it to be a lemon. We have had services out 4 times and just recently called for another service as our freezer is up to 28 degrees. We have spent countless hours in chats, moving food to other peoples homes, losing meat and perishable items, etc. Not to mention when our fridge sat for weeks on end without coolant, mold grew in all the crevices and we are now too scared to use the water from it. We cant keep having servicers come and do ************** at the expense of losing food and not being able to store milk and things for our children. We just had to go out and buy another freezer as we wait for yet another serviced to come. We are begging for a replacement. I have included a photo of the model number.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
Service techs keep coming and fixing little things or saying they dont know what is wrong with the refrigerator or that whatever is happening must be a fluke and it stops briefly and then a few months go by and the temperature shoots up in the freezer to 23 degrees and ruins our food. The appliance is covered under the statute of a lemon law and is not a reliable appliance as we believe we received a lemon. We are requesting to have the fridge replaced as we do not want to continue to lose food, breastmilk and other items.Business Response

I bought a Frigidaire dishwasher in February, 2022, Right before the warranty expired in 2023, it stopped draining. I called one of the company's approved servicers, and the repairman replaced the pump, warranted for 30 days. 32 days later, it stopped draining again. The company that had installed the new pump referred me to a different company, and I called to have someone come fix it -- again. By this time, the warranty on the dishwasher and the new pump had both expired, so I had to pay a hefty chunk of change to have it repaired. I called Electrolux/Frigidaire and purchased an extended warranty, but that did not take effect until April 28. In the meantime, the dishwasher stopped working again, but I wanted to wait until the warranty took effect before calling for repair. The appointment was scheduled for today (5/23) with someone directly from Frigidaire, and I had to agree to be home between the hours of 8 and 5. Obviously, that meant I had to take the day off work. I got a confirmation request this morning, to which I replied. Somewhere between 2:30 and 3, I got a call saying the tech would be here between 3:23 and 4:23. The tracker shows (attached) that he arrived at 3:30. He did not. It is now 5:30 and he never did show up. I called the number for Frigidaire, and she told me to go outside because he was here. I was outside. She said she could schedule another appointment for tomorrow, but I told her I was not willing to take another day off work. I told her this machine is obviously a lemon and, since I could not depend on repairmen, I want a replacement. She said they could only deal with repairs. I asked how I could contact someone regarding the issue at hand, and she became belligerent, telling me she was trying to explain but that I would not listen. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she said she would transfer me. I waited on hold for 20 minutes, and then the line went dead. All in all, I gave up a day's pay and my dishwasher is still broken.Initial Complaint

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in March 2023 - the refrigerator went out in May 2023. A technician was sent to work on the refrigerator. He ordered the part and it was mailed to our house but now we cant get the company to send a technician to install the part. ****** was part of home purchase of 11 Feb 2022. ****** failed and stopped cooling late November 2022. Ticket opened on 30 November 2022. Frigidaire has failed to repair the fridge and is now claiming fridge is out of warranty. Fridge failed during warranty coverage! We purchased a dishwasher from a local company in our town in ******** **. We started having issues with the dishwasher and were simply told they do not do returns as dishwashers are a part of your house and the only way for us to get a refund on the unit would be to go directly through the manufacture. Reasons we are asking for a refund. 1) They dont have anyone to service our area 2) The unit pushes steam directly onto our cabinets 3) Doesn't clean off sour cream on a spoon 4) Pods don't dissolve when using 5) Liquid leaves streaks on everything and we can see soap scum on our clean dishes 6) The silverware caddy hits the dishwasher seal every time we close it. 7) In the short amount of time of owning we can see soap build up on the *************** 8) Also middle rack is in constant contact with door causing scratches 9) The racks get stuck and wont push/pull Our experience with the *************** has been terrible. I have never seen a lack of customer care in all my life. After talking with them and asking for a refund for about a month, scheduling service people to come out, but all of the service companies cancelled because they don't service our area. They have been pushing for us to take a replacement unit, but that wont solve any of our concerns and problems.With the level of service and the fact they have no one to service our area we do not want a replacement unit, as some of the issues we mentioned cannot be fixed with a new unit. Also, if we were to get a new unit, who will come out to service if the unit fails? This whole process would have to start over. I have also been promised someone would call me with info about this buyback/refund process with their back office and that has never happened even with giving extra days of ***** for them to contact me. In my last phone call on 5/22/23 I was told point blank the replacement is as good as they can do even with the fact they cannot service the area where I live.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:1: If replacement is put into place, who would service it? We have already established the fact you do not have any service people in our area. So getting a replacement and something else going wrong will put me back into square 1. Wished based on my experience with your customer service is about 6+ week experience to find out you don't have anyone in our area.
2: Issues regarding bottom rack hitting the seal upon closing is a design flaw and will not be fixed by a replacement. As well as the placement of the air vent that goes directly against the bottom of our cabinets.
We simply would like our money back, no form of replacement will be able restore our confidence in your company as well as get back all the time wasted in this going back and forth with your customer service and now with ********************.
