      1/01/2023 $2,450.76 A refrigerator with an ice dispenser that only worked one week. We have been fighting with them for months to get it fixed. Send out a repairman who ordered replacement parts (I have the texts from them and the repairman to prove this) and they are now saying this never happened. They are now sending another one to inspect the fridge again.They are incompetent and not standing behind the product.#**********

      On or around the 26th of April my dishwasher stopped working. I have called and talked to three different customer service representatives, all of whom say something to the effect of "within three business days a repair technician will call and schedule an appointment".The most recent time I called and after following several prompts, I simply received a message saying "Due to unusually high call volume we are unable to take your call"I am tired of waiting and now don't trust the company. I would like Frigidaire to buy back the dishwasher for the purchase price of $629.00

      Microwave broke 7 months ago while on warranty, but Frigidaire can not fix and will not provide a replacement. Would like a replacement.

      I am rejecting this response because: On 11/30/2022 I had sent an email to ************************************ with the attached certificate of occupancy. After speaking with electrolux they informed me they would honor the warranty because I could not move into the home until 12/7/21 and my warranty would be 1 year following my certificate of occupancy.They informed me that this would offer me the protections of the year warranty, because I could not move into the home. They had proceeded to send out A&E home services to repair the defective microwave but electrolux did not have the part. 

      I don't find a $50 rebate satisfactory, because they informed me that the warranty would start at the date of my certificate of occupancy. Since they cannot replace the defective microwave parts, I believe I should receive a new microwave. It's not fair that I have to purchase another frigidaire appliance when their products have not been working for me.

      Hello. I am sending this complaint in regards to a refrigerator we had bought in August of 2022 from *********** This is a product of Frigidaire. Since we had bought this Applicance we have had nothing but issues with it. The freezer and refrigerator are constantly breaking causing all of our food to go bad. the last time the freezer was fixed, it lasted 3 days. We are currently dealing with a broke refrigerator and freezer. each time it breaks all of our food goes bad and we have nowhere to store our food to feed my family. We have lost THOUSDANDS of dollars' worth of food since we have purchased this. it has been fixed at least 5 times since we have bought it. The company (frigidaire) will not give ** a refund or a replacement. they just keep sending a company out to "fix it" which again, lasts days. i am just looking for help to get our money back for this product so we can go buy a new appliance.

      I purchased a refrigerator from ********** at the end of April 2023 and within a week i noticed that it was not cooling properly. I opened a warranty claim on 5/1/2023. The first appliance repair person they assigned me never showed up or called, then the second appliance repair person took over 2 1/2 weeks to finally come to my house. Almost a month later my fridge is still not fixed. I called Frigidaire again on 5/22/23 and they assigned a third repair person. I am just disgusted that it takes this long to get it repaired. What good is a warranty if they can't honor it in a timely manner? I will never purchase another Frigidaire item ever again.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      My initial call to Frigidaire was on May 1. Today is May 31 and the fridge is not yet fixed. The Able and ************* person ordered the parts for the repair but they won't be here for **** days. Anyway it should not have taken 3 different repair companies and over a month to fix this. I have not had a fridge for over a month. This was a brand new fridge purchased the end of April. I think that Frigidaire should compensate me on some way since I had no fridge for over a month.

      I purchased an Extended Warranty for my Frigidaire refrigerator on 12/03/2021 for 2-years which is not to expire until 12/29/2023. I have the Side-by-Side Refrigerator (Model No. FGHC2335LE, Serial Number: **********. The spout where the water is dispensed, stopped working. We had a repairman who came out and advised that the part for the refrigerator is no longer manufactured. At this time, Frigidaire said that we would be getting a new refrigerator. As of today, we have been getting the runaround saying that our warranty cannot be found. We have spoken to *************************** @ Electrolux who was supposed to be assisting with this issue and have passed us along to others. This is a frustrating situation. As a loyal customer, I don't feel valued or heard and I am trying to find out how to resolve this issue and receive my replacement refrigerator.

      We have a Frigidaire refrigerator that is now unrepairable. It broke down 18 months after delivery. They have attempted to fix it twice, and have provided parts and labor out of warranty. Faulty design is the problem according to Frigidaire tech support. The part now broken is inaccessible because it is within the wall of the refrigerator and surrounded by foam insulation. This is a design flaw Frigidaire has offered to give us 40% rebate toward a new refrigerator. I find their offer very disappointing. I had hoped a reputable company with a well known brand would have produced a better product their customer service department is not very helpful. Wait times are long- I spent over 5 hours on the phone over the course of 5 or 6 calls in a 6 to 8 week period. They apologized but I am still left without a working fridge. They offered concessions but the refrigerator remains unrepairable Is this really the way this company chooses to do business? Do they not care about customer satisfaction? Complaints to ********************?We ordered our appliances and waited several months to get the exact refrigerator we wanted and paid $2499.99 plus tax and delivery charges. We spent over $6000.00 on our whole appliance package including fridge, stove, microwave,dishwasher, washer and dryer - all Frigidaire. If they think that offering a 40% rebate is adequate compensation they are wrong. Why would I spend another dollar for another Frigidaire products? When you refuse to replace the one Ive already paid for like a reputable company should. I have asked for a replacement but was denied after the replacement department reviewed the case. I have seen on the internet that others have received replacement and this model is faulty. I have asked that this situation be brought to the attention of additional supervisors, managers and company officials in order that a resolution can be found. I am awaiting their response.       French Door Refrigerator FPBS2777RF:This product is a premium fridge purchased roughly 7 years ago. The ice maker stopped working so we had a repairman look at it. Upon reviewing he noticed the back of the fridge had condensation. He said eventually this will rust through leaving ** a potential mess. This is a known defect by Frigidaire regarding this particular model per all the reviews we have found. After the fridge was deemed non-reparable, I was told to contact Frigidaires customer support line. While talking with customer support they told me their hands were tied due to it being 7 years old. This was a premium fridge in which I paid a nice sum of money for. This is a manufacturing issue and I feel as though I should get some kind of discount or replacement offer to offset their design flaw.

      I am rejecting this response because: I will never purchase another product from a company that doesnt stand behind their products. 20% discount does me no good. Im still giving this company more money on products that will more than likely not even reach their manufacturers recommended age. The only acceptable option is a replaced product.

      Dryer broke a few days after the warranty had ended. Had them done out on 3/17/23 and tech ordered the parts. Parts came in and another tech comes to install. Puts the dryer in non working conditions and left since one part arrived defected. Original tech comes and they had the entire issue wrong. The barking holding drum needed replace. Been on back order for months on end with no possible ship date. Call customer service and gets ZERO help from the call centers overseas. Had been on numerous chats and holds to try and get an update and all the ****** service reps give the run around. Had 3 reps in ONE text conversation asking for an update. They all kept claiming they were heading out for the day and will get to this tomorrow or when its best for them not whats best for you. Still barely have a useable dryer, and its a year and some change old. If something breaks go with someone other than them to fix the issue. I will be calling my credit card company starting that this job has not been finished and has no end in sight.

      I called again yesterday. Was told I would get a call today for an actually update on the part. No call has occurred. This was my 3-4 time calling asking for a back order date. This ticket has been open since 3/17 with no end date. I would much rather receive compensation and hire someone else to get an after market part and fix the dryer.

      Your Fridgidaire front load washers are still for sale even though they are a MOLD TRAP and There are numerous Class Action Lawsuits.I have one and my parents bought one UNFORTUNATELY and it is a Moldy Mess beyond Help. A full refund is the only Ethical thing you can do.
