      Bought a Frigidaire AC, and paid for an extended warranty. The ** began malfunctioning, and needs a replacement.I checked my e-mail receipt for the warranty and there are links that are supposed to lead to pages on their site telling me how to file a warranty claim. Instead they lead to a 404 page.I called their customer support number. The person on the phone told me they would process my warranty claim over the phone. I read off the serial numbers, and relevant info that was requested. I was told I would receive an email within 2 weeks on the status of my *********** email ever came.The next time I contacted support through their online chat function. The support person told me my claim is still being processed and would be escalated. I was told I would be contacted within 5 days. No contact was made.Then they told me they had no record of me submitting a warranty claim and that I needed to file my claim via email. And that it would take 2 weeks from there.I did as instructed and after the 2 weeks lapsed I contacted support again. This time they told me that the warranty claim was sent to the wrong email address, and that I needed to send it to a different address other than what was originally provided.I forwarded the email to the new address I was given, and someone from their *********************** hopped on the line and told me to send the email to his personal work email as well so he could take a personal interest in the situation.He told me he would be in touch within 72 hours. The 72 hours lapsed.I reached out to support again, and was jerked around for almost an hour before the agent finally agreed to put the escalation team on the chat.Same person from before told me he was still working on it and I would hear back soon. Still haven't heard back. Been dealing with this for 2 months now, and local temperatures are exceeding 100 degrees.IDK what the issue is, but this is a completely unacceptable way to handle warranties.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I appreciate the belated response, However the circumstance has already forced me to purchase a new AC at my own expense.

      Now I'm asking that instead of sending me a new AC you please reimburse me $617.30 for the one I was forced to purchase.

      I requested this warranty claim on April 11th, not June 6th or 25th. Since April 11th I have received no communications, no confirmations, and no notification of a replacement being shipped.

      Due to this extended delay and a total lack of communication from your company I had no choice but to purchase my own AC which was ordered on June 24th. Local temperatures are exceeding 110 degrees Fahrenheit and it's simply not safe for me to tolerate any further delays.

      I appreciate that you finally got around to responding to me through my BBB complaint, but it came too late, so please instead of sending me a new AC just reimburse me for the one I was forced to purchase.

      The fridge went down 2 weeks ago and they keep telling me they are searching for someone to repair it and said there was no service people in the area have at this time found someone but Im going on over 2 weeks with no fridge and they said it need to be repaired and not replace its only 5 months old at this time

      To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally report a serious and ongoing issue with my Frigidaire stove, which has been a major safety hazard and source of frustration since the very first week of use.After only one week, I experienced a gas leak that was severe enough to require the response of both EMS and the fire department. The stove was deemed unusable and unsafe by the emergency responders.Frigidaire scheduled a repair through *****, who ordered five parts for the unit. Once the parts were installed, ***** stated the stove and oven were "completely functional." However, the same day, the oven failed to preheat, and shortly after, it stopped working altogether.A second service ticket was submitted. This time, a different technician arrivedwho barely spoke English and provided very little explanation. He eventually said he would deem the unit unrepairable, as he had replaced yet another part and the oven was still non-functional.Despite that, I was later notified via text message that another part was being ordered. When I followed up, I was told that the part they ordered was the same one already replaced, along with one additional ****** yet another attempt to fix the same ongoing ********** date, this stove has had five parts replaced, with two more pending, and it is still not working properly. I have been more than patient through multiple repair attempts, but the issue remains unresolved, and my request for a full replacement has been repeatedly denied.All I am asking is for Frigidaire to replace this clearly defective stove. This has not only been a major inconvenience, but a serious safety concern for my household. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of resolution and accountability from both Frigidaire and its service partners.I respectfully ask that this situation be resolved by providing a replacement stove immediately.Sincerely,******* **** *******

      I had a warranty on a dish washer and it broke, I called them to fix it before my warranty expired and the schedule a technician to come no later then 5 pm and he never showed up. I called him and he said he is not coming out and is not going to do it, I called the company back they scheduled another appointment, they never showed. I called them back again and they said they was going to have someone one email me for another appointment and they never did, I called them again and the schedule another technician and they never showed. I called them again and once again someone is going to email me with another appointment but no one never did and my warranty has expired now Im stuck with a broken dishwasher that they never fixed.

      My warranty expired yes, that’s because no one never showed while my dish washer was still under warranty! Because no one never showed to my house more then 3x that’s why they said they still will cover it.. I’ve been waiting for the longest for someone to come here and all I get is “some one will email you” and I still don’t have a email for a tec. Please keep in mind the days they was suppose to come I took off of work to stay here so losing money.

      I purchased a new frigidaire refrigerator on May 17 i filed the warrant information the same day, and in fact purchased a 1 year additional warrant which begins i one year When i got it home and plugged it in it does not work. I called frigidaire they scheduled a repairman on may 20 he did not show up, and in fact told me frigidaire never notified him of the work order i called frigidaire back they scheduled a ***** repairman on may 27 on that day i received an automated email saying they were not coming and i should rescedule i did as thay asked. the new appointment was scheduled for june 5 at noon they emailed again saying they werent coming and to reschedule for june 19 as i have no other choice but to do as they asked, i now have an appointment on june 19 i have spent countless hours on the phone with *****, the warrant ***** and frigidaire. they tell me there is only one authorized repaiman for their appliances in all of ********. i begged and begged for them to provide me with a complete list of authorized service **** in both ****** and ******** only to be told repeatedly there are none my appliance is under manufacturers warranty and has an additional year all i want is for my new appliance to work ***** clearly cannot show up to do their job but i cant get an answer about who to contact to get the work done myself interesting side note----every single appliance repair shop in northeastern ******** listed on the internet all have phone numbers when you dial those numbers theyall connect you back to ***** customer service all i want is for ********************** and or ***** to get an emergency repair authorized on this and get someone out here immediately who will actually show up to do the job ive been far more than patient and i fully expect and demand immediate action on this by frigidaire and *****

      I am filing this complaint due to an unresolved appliance repair issue that has lasted for over three months. My original service request was placed on April 10, 2025, and since then, I have been subjected to repeated missed appointments, canceled tickets, and total lack of communication not only from the third-party repair company assigned by Frigidaire, but also from Frigidaire itself.I was assigned to **************************, located in *******, **. This company has:Failed to show up for multiple scheduled appointments without calling.Closed my service ticket without completing any work.Canceled the most recent appointment after returning the ordered parts without informing me until after the appointment was missed.I took time off work multiple times to be available for these visits. Not once was I contacted in advance regarding delays or cancellations. Even after I contacted Frigidaire directly and voiced my concerns, they continued to assign the same vendor, despite a clear pattern of incompetence.I have been without a functioning appliance for three months now, and Im still receiving no proactive resolution. Im extremely disappointed in how this issue has been mishandled and the complete lack of quality control over Frigidaires vendor relationships.I understand Frigidaire is not currently BBB accredited, and after my experience, I can see why. This complaint is being filed not only to resolve my issue but to document the serious pattern of customer neglect that seems to be affecting many.Resolution Requested:1.Immediately assign a qualified and reliable repair provider not **************************2.If a repair is not feasible within 7 business days, I am requesting a replacement appliance or fair compensation.3.I also request reimbursement for time and wages lost due to no-shows and mishandled appointments.

      On 22 August 2024 I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes. With said fridge I also purchased the extended warranty. I did this because I run a business and I cant have SHODDY products on my line. Well lo and behold on April 20th of 2025 (Less than one year after purchase) the fridge broke, it only blows hot air. SO I did my troubleshooting and couldn't find the issue. SO then, I call the warranty team. Well the first appointment they scheduled was for Monday the 19th of May, they no showed me, just sent a cancelation by text message. Second appointment scheduled for Monday the 2nd of June, they no showed me again, again with the cancelation text message. Now I have my third appointment scheduled for the 10th of June. I'm sure they will ghost me and text me a continuation appointment. This is STUPID. Uphold your warranty and your word or give me my MONEY BACK!!!

      I am a tenant in a house, when I moved in the washing machine gasket had visible mold, so my landlord paid 400$ to replace the seal in October of 2024. Now in June of 2025, were experiencing rashes/respiratory issues because despite being maintained and cleaned exactly to their specifications, there is black mold trapped in the brand new gasket where it cannot be reached, cleaned or fixed. This is clearly deliberate planned obsolescence. When I called their customer service for guidance of how Im supposed to clean this black mold, he advised I should blast hot water at it, as if that wouldnt further spread the contamination. They need to be held accountable for designing a machine fitted with seals not humanly possible to clean, not standing behind their products they charge so much for and exposing their customers to health risks bathing their clothes in mold. If you look at the photos, you can see by the exterior of the seal Ive kept it impeccably clean, but on the back of the seal that you cannot reach, full of black mold.
