      Date of purchase was Aug. 27, 2023 for a 3 year extended warranty, but I didn't know there was a problem until May 23, 2025 when I contacted them for the first time about getting service for my washer. At that time I was told I don't have a warranty.After doing research and finding my confirmation I called them back with that info and they still could not find it. I was told they will check into it and I was to call them back. I did that today and I am still getting the run around. I am also going to contact my credit card.

      Electrolux/Frigidaire came to our house May 1 to fix our Frigidaire refrigerator which was no longer cooling. The refrigerator is about 2 years old. They said they had to order a part and scheduled a follow up appointment. May 8 was our follow up appointment and no one showed up. I called and they said it wasnt picked up, not sure what that means, but we scheduled another appointment. I made sure they had the part noted in my account so even they came out the refrigerator would be fixed. May 21 they came out again. Did not bring a part, and actually said it was a completely different part than what they had ordered. They said that it needed a starter, and the starter is on back order. I followed up again June 2. Still no part, or appointment scheduled. I have not had a working refrigerator since April 20. I would like for Frigidaire/Electrolux to fix my refrigerator or give me compensation so I can go buy a new one.

      Date of transasction: 6/4/2025 Issue: I purchased a Portable ** for $380.71 with the following delivery promise in writing on their website at the page where I place the order:"Air Conditioners ordered by 11 am local will ship the same business day."Here is my Order info:Order # ********** Placed: 06/04/2025 10:50 Order Value: $380.71 According to their stated policy, the ** that I paid for (which they charged immediately on my debit card), should have been shipped the same business ****** was not. I have called them 6 times and each time was given the runaround, or put on hold with no one returning to the call. I requested to speak with a Supervisor. They would not transfer. me. One agent told me it had been shipped yesterday and will arrive tomorrow as planned. He promised to email me a tracking number within the hour. He never did. When I called back, another agent told me it WAS NOT shipped and was sitting on a truck. He then proceeded to tell me that 2 day delivery does not mean they ship it the same day, which is a lie, since their policy CLEARLY states otherwise. On the website my Order still only says "Order Processing" with no tracking number. I have been given the runaround, put on hold endlessly and lied to by several of their agents. I want to CANCEL my ORDER and GET A FULL REFUND, but there is absolutely no way to do that because they head you off at the pass when you contact them with a clueless agent who can't help you but WON'T escalate your call to a Supervisor. Bottom Line: I paid $380.71 of my hard earned money to this company with the written promise that my order would be shipped yesterday. It has not been shipped yet and when I call I'm given misinformation and the runaround. Can you help me get an immediate CANCELATION AND REFUND of this order?

      **************** numbers are all overseas and no one can answer your questions about an appliance. They put you on hold and then the next person disconnects you. Horrible, ********, terrible customer service.

      I bought a dishwasher from ********** that was faulty. I did not know this within the 48 hour return window they have. Not the issue is with Electrolux. I am still trying to get the dishwasher repaired and its been about a month. They are unable to fix the problem and now the parts they need are back ordered until September. They are still giving me the runaround and I am not able to speak with a manager due to staff refusing to give me access. All I want is a replacement for their faulty product and Im unable to get help. They have cancelled multiple times saying that the parts needed were delayed. The current ticket number is **********. They have tried to fix the issue but are unable to fix the dishwasher due to unavailable parts. They will not deem the washer unrepairable even though it is.       I am rejecting this response because: My upcoming service appointment was canceled again. It has been another two weeks without the issue being resolved. If they are unable to fix the issue then I need a replacement. It’s simple. Telling me that there is a service appointment and then cancelling the appointment does not resolve the issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: After not having a working dishwasher for 3 months I had to replace it myself. I am asking for a refund of my money. When it was obvious that this dishwasher wasn’t fixable under the circumstances I asked for replacement multiple times. This request was denied by Electrolux forcing me to buy another dishwasher. I now have no need for the dishwasher Electrolux wouldn’t replace and couldn’t repair.

      Purchased a stove in October 2024 Model number FCRG3083ASD Serial Number ********** repair technician has been to the house four times stove still doesn't work. The last Technician that was scheduled to come never showed up when I called customer support they said he did not come because parts were ordered but not in yet I called back last wee and customer service said there were no parts ordered. All they do is keep lying to me and never do anything

      Dehumidifier purchased 6/17/24 used 3.5 - 4 months maximum then turned off for winter months. Turned on April 2025 and dehumidifier does not work. Contacted Frigidaire/Electrolux in April submitted all forms and info required for warranty claim within 12 month period and have been slow walked stonewalled for two months.

      My warranty company, ***************, initiated this claim. On April 8, a technician came to fix my Frigidaire refrigerator, a problem that was never resolved from a previous claim. He fixed the main problem; however, another issue was created. I was told that they would return to replace the part that was not working. I have been given several appointments where no one showed up. I called Electrolux at ************, the number left on my voicemail, and they said I have to call my warranty company. I called my warranty company, and they told me to call Electrolux. The following appointments 4/25/2025 3 pm -8 pm, 5/2/2025 8 am-5 pm, 5/22/2025, and 5/29/2025 that was rescheduled to June 2nd, 8 am to 5 pm., because the technician was sick and no one showed up. On the day of one of the scheduled appointments. I spoke to a representative at Electrolux who assured me the technician was finishing up a job and would head to my location, but they did not show up. I would like them to finish the job or replace my fridge if they cannot fix the problem, and stop wasting my time.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, I will contact the warranty company in hopes that this will be resolved. The main problem is not the warranty company, it is Electrolux not showing up for the appointments. The only exception was the day the technician was sick they gave me a new appointment, but they did not show up or call.  Horrible customer service.

      I purchased a new Frigidaire wall oven (manufactured by ****************************) on November 30, 2024. The oven remained in its sealed box in my garage until installation on May 29, 2025, when my kitchen remodel was completed. Upon professional installation, it was immediately evident that the oven was damaged and defective:The oven frame was visibly deformed, with a deep dent that affects door sealing.The door hinge was misaligned, skewed inward instead of being straight.The control panel on the top was lifting, and the door makes a metal-on-metal grinding noise when closed, indicating severe mechanical misalignment.The appliance is non-functional and unsafe. It has never been used.I contacted Frigidaire support on the same day (May 29), and after long calls, a technician appointment was scheduled for June 3. On the day of the appointment, I was told the visit was canceled and pushed to June 13 over two weeks from discovery of the defect. I expressed that this delay was unreasonable, especially for a non-working primary kitchen appliance under warranty.Frigidaire representatives initially stated that I could call a partner repair service and be reimbursed, but later reversed that position. I then asked to communicate by email and was routed to an escalation contact (******* ****** from Electrolux). Despite multiple follow-ups, including one on June 3 and again on June 4, I have received no resolution or commitment to expedite the repair or replacement.The only appointment offered remains June 13 more than two weeks from the reported issue. Meanwhile, I am left without a functioning oven.

      Hi i had an issue with thier Frigidaire standalone freezer. I bought an extended warranty. They tried multiple times to fix it and have not done so successfully they promised to replace the freezer. Ive called at least six times every time they say its on the way his supervisor will call back, but its two months later and nothing happened as if theyre trying to avoid dealing with issue.

      I am rejecting this response because: the company is seems to be playing games with you . I’ve never received anything . They provided no documents of a delivery or receipt from vendor verifying a delivery of the new freezer. As a matter of fact they stated in their previous response it’ll be delivered on that 24th of June . Now they are claiming it was already delivered . I received a separate  email today claiming it’ll be delivered  … im baffled this kind of business can happen in America in 2025
