      We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator, model FFTR2045VS, serial #**********, with a one year warranty beginning 10/24/24 from **********. It stopped cooling the first of April. Since that time we have been trying to get Frigidaire to service the appliance. On May 7, 2025 an in-house tech arrived. He ordered the parts and set a repair date of May 19, 2025. The parts arrived, the tech didn't. We have tried to get a service appointment since then with no success. The customer service arrange appointments with ********************, a company that does not service this area. Only Frigidaire in-house technicians will do the repair and honor the warranty. Frigidaire has failed to honor the warranty. I would like a refund of $820.63 so that I can purchase a refrigerator that works.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Electrolux has scheduled service appointments on 4/29/25, 5/7/25, 5/19/25, 5/27/25, 6/6/25, 6/11/25 and now 6/25/25. A service technician did honor the appointment on 5/7/25, all others have been canceled by Electrolux. I have no reason to believe the June 25, 2025 appointment will be honored or that the refrigerator will be repaired to working order.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      True to form a Electrolux/Frigidaire failed to show up for the service appointment on 6/25/25. I received an email scheduling an appointment for 07/15/25. It is obvious to me this company has no intention of honoring the warranty. Please advise as to the next steps I should take. I am now three months without this refrigerator working.

      I have contacted Home Depot Customer Care and the Home Depot Store #1118. No one is aware of Electrolux's offer to replace the refrigerator. I would ask this case remain open until a replacement is made or my money has been refunded.

      Good afternoon. I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes on February 18th 2025. The fridge was delivered Feb 22nd, 2025. Fridge stopped working March 22nd 2025, a Saturday. Called Lowes about the repairs, they instructed me to contact the manufacturer. After *******, the manufacturer is responsible for the repairs. After multiple canceled appointments by *****, the repair company Frigidaire sent out to repair the fridge, other companies were contacted to repair the product. One company didn't take warranty claims and the other company said the distance was too far. April 30th, a technician for ***** came out to diagnose the problem. ********** ordered the parts for the repair. ***** set an appt for repair on May 14th and the appt was canceled and a new appt for June 4th was scheduled. May 28th, a company contracted through Frigidaire came out to diagnose the problem of the fridge. They were not informed that parts had been ordered or had been communicated too about the prior technicians recommendation. US repair service, the company thay was contracted by Frigidaire had a different diagnose. Because of the standing appt with *****, they didn't order parts and closed out case. It's June 4th, technician came put and needless to say fridge isn't fixed. I've tried to be understanding did get al little irrate after the 3rd week but this is ridiculous. At this point I want a different brand of fridge and to be done with Frigidaire. **************** was horrible. No accountability. My ticket has been escalated since the end of March. I jus want a new fridge. Extended warranty bought through ***** and they can't help me because it's the manufacturer's responsibility to repair or replace product within the first year.

      I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes in ********** ** on 3/18/2025. The refrigerator was delivered on 4/5/2025. On or about 5/28/2025, my husband and I noticed a strange smell coming from it. We thought it was rotting food we hadn't noticed, so the fridge was cleaned from top to bottom. After doing that, the fridge still had the same smell. Doing research online, I found that the problem could be a freon leak. The smell described of freon describes the smell in my fridge. On 6/2/2025, I called Frigidaire. I explained to the *** ****** that leaking freon could be a hazard to my family's health with possible symptoms of respiratory irritation, headaches, dizziness, drowsiness and the problem needed to be treated urgently. I was told the issue was marked as urgent and I was given an appointment for a ***air tech to come out on 06/04/2025 between 8AM-12PM. My husband took off of work to be available for the tech. I received no communication from a ***air tech after my call on 6/2/2025. At 11am on 6/4/2025, I contacted customer service to find out if a tech was still coming. I was told by a customer service *** ***** that the assigned ***air tech couldn't keep the appointment, and I would be contacted by the ***air team to schedule another. I asked if the *** could give me the ***air teams number so I could contact them directly and was told they could only be contacted by email. I told *** I wanted to speak to her manager. ***** manager ***** wasn't available at the moment but would call me back and didn't have a direct number to call her at. This is an urgent issue that could affect my family's health, Frigidaire seems to not be concerned about this. They haven't contacted me and let me know they weren't going to be able to keep the ***air appointment and quickly schedule another as they should have. This is unacceptable. I want compensation for the time lost from my husband taking off work and I want the refrigerator fixed asap.

      Purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on August 20, 2024, started having problems in November with vibrating noise and not keeping food cold, had it repaired 3 times for same problem, May 20 th 2025, Repair people deemed the refrigerator non repairable, Frigidaire is trying to again send someone to repair a non repairable refrigerator. This refrigerator has been unplugged and emptied for 2 weeks, it stinks and I still dont have a refrigerator.

      We bought an Electrolux vacuum June 12 2024 with a one year warranty through **********. On April 18 2025 the vacuum failed and quit working. After contacting Electrolux and supplying all information and documentation they wanted by email, they approved a replacement under warranty to be shipped within 7 to 10 days. We are still waiting. I have contacted them weekly and they keep saying soon. Soon the warranty will be running out and they seem to be stalling. I sent them a certified letter with hard copies of all the required information and documentation on 5/9/2025.

      A Frigidaire air conditioner we purchased in July 2024 recently failed. The unit was still under warranty at the time. We submitted a request for replacement, which was approved on May 1, 2025. On Thursday, 5/15/25, after waiting 10 full business days as directed on the claim form, I called Electrolux and was told that the claim had been processed and to expect the replacement on 5/20 or 5/21. I did not receive the replacement. On Friday, 5/23/25, I called again and was told the claim was still in process and the company was experiencing delays. I was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day. I did not receive a call back. On Friday, 5/30/25, I called again and I was told again that the delay is because of internal issues, that it has been escalated to the "back office," and that I would receive a call by the end of the day. I again did not receive a call back.

      I am rejecting this response because:



      While we would be happy to have Frigidaire/Electrolux provide us with a replacement or refund, we do not want to close the complaint because they have not provided either to date despite us being told repeatedly starting on 5/25/2025 that we are entitled to a replacement. 

      As requested in Electrolux's letter, we are attaching the invoice from our purchase. We note that this was already provided to Electrolux/Frigidaire on 5/1/25, and that a full claim form (reattached here) was also provided at that time. If resubmitting it here will result in us receiving a refund, that is fine. 

      However, we do not want our complaint closed until we receive this refund as Frigidaire/Electrolux has had this information for weeks but has not acted to date.

      Bought refrigerator on August 29, 2024. Unit was replaced in February 2025 due to manufacturing defect (concave frame). Replacement refrigerator had issue with ice maker not making ice. Technician came and diagnosed a faulty heating element to keep water line unfrozen. About a week later heating element was replaced and water line was defrosted. Three days later, refrigerator stopped making ice. Called Electrolux for warranty repair. Technician determined heating element is not faulty and the internal water line for ice maker is frozen again on May 9, 2025. Was told a determination for replacement would be completed in 7 to 10 business days. I have called multiple times on the determination with no results. It has been over 16 business days with communication from Electrolux.

      Lowe's does not provide the same day replacement of refrigerators.  Lowe's will come to pick up the refrigerator that is due for replacement.  The contents of the refrigerator will be sitting on a counter waiting for the replacement refrigerator to be delivered, which can only at the earliest by the next business day.  Therfore, the contents of the refrigerator will be discarded due to spoiling.  I accept the replacement, but there were no details for the replacement on how the replacement refrigerator will be delivered and the bad refrigerator will be picked up.

      I been having problems with my Frigidaire refrigerator since April 24, the Frigidaire sent me a technician to check my refrigerator he checked it and ordered the parts that he thought were the problem after a few days he came back to fix it again but he couldnt find the problem so he told me he will send the information to Frigidaire and they will contact me but no one contacted me so I called and they told me they going to replace my refrigerator because cant fix it I called several times since that day and always they had an excuse but I still waiting for a replacement I all ready spoke with 5 or 6 representatives and 3 supervisors buy **** like they dont have any intentions to fix the problem and my refrigerator is under warranty I all ready send the proofs of purchase but still give me an excuse they told me they going to send me an email but nothing no email no calls nothing I am very frustrated

      I having warranty when my refrigerator was broken and I not renewed it because the supervisor told me no need to renew it because they were going to send me a new refrigerator and later stated playing games with me never told me that store are not allowed to sell your products all the time told me everything is right just waiting for the last aprobación honestly I don’t understand the only that I know is a pay $1600 for a new refrigerator

      I purchased a refrigerator on November 24, 2024. On May ******* I woke up to find that the refrigerator and freezer were not cooling and I lost all of my food. The company is closed on weekends so I contacted them on Monday, May 12th. The set up an appointment for ***** to come and repair the product. ***** never showed up. It was discovered that their AI (computer) had inadvertently cancelled the appointment. I called Frigidaire over and over to get something done. They keep giving me the run around and telling me they will call me back and they never do bi am on medication that has to be refrigerated and its not properly being cooked in an ice chest. For 3 weeks I have been living out of an ice chest when I have a $1,000 refrigerator sitting in my kitchen doing me no good at all. The company scheduled me another appointment today through a different repair company when I called to see why they didnt show up I was told that Frigidaire cancelled the appointment. Of course, Frigidaire says they didnt and would contact the company. The associate gets back on the phone and says they dont answer although they answered immediately a few minutes before when I called them. They were still open for business so that isnt an excuse.
