      I bought all new appliances june 2024. The fridge the big one that mates up with a matching big stand up freezer it died. It was used for only 3 months max. This combo of fridge and freezer cost 6k. It is under warranty and i have had to take plenty of hours off work for repair guys to show up. only show half the time. i now have the parts but the repair company scheduled a appointment and didn't show. Then they sent and email with bill for the completed repair. I have been harassing Frigidaire for moths and still dont have a fixed fridge yet. full load of food gone and 6 months + without my fridge. i would never buy anything from them again. they have made the black list. ******** company, product, warranty service, and customer service.

      I purchased an expensive built-in refrigerator only 4-5 years ago, and it has now stopped working without any warning. I hired a repair technician at a significant cost, and he concluded that corrosion caused the sealing system to leak freon.. He informed me that this issue is unfixable, and I will need to buy a new fridge. However, this model has been discontinued, so I cannot find a replacement that will fit the space in my kitchen.This situation is unacceptable, especially since I have heard from numerous people in my community who have experienced similar refrigerator failures after just five years. I cannot believe I wasnt made aware of this issue sooner.I request that you either send a repair technician to resolve this problem or reimburse me for the costs I will incur in rearranging my kitchen layout to accommodate a new refrigerator with different dimensions. I expect a prompt response with a positive resolution to this matter. Thank you.

      Bought a Frigidare Refrigerator in October 2024, It stopped working due to bad defrost switch. Repair took 3 days to come out, has to order part which will take another week, then schedule a time to come back and replace the switch. Lost of food over 300 dollars, Frigidaire said they would not replace the Refrigerator and was not responsible for food loss. I work at 69 years old and do not have the money to buy appliances that only works 4 months, and no one seems to care has long has they have your money. Very upset with the response from Frigidaire and Lowes where the Refrigerator was purchased.

      Electrolux warranted our Frigidaire refrigerator. We extended the warranty three times from the original purchase in 2016 due to a faulty icemaker. The last time November 2024, they sent in the clowns. they actually caused the entire appliance to not work and left us without a refrigerator with no idea how long it would take to get the part they screwed up. We bought a new refrigerator from a different manufacturer and requested a reimbursement for what was still on the warranty. After getting four different answers and quotes on money due me I was lastly told no money was due. Totally dissatisfied with both Frigidaire products and would never buy an appliance covered by Electrolux.

      I woke up this morning at 1 AM to hearing glass shatter. Ran downstairs to see that my oven door had shattered into pieces while whole family was sleeping. Went back to bed, called customer service first thing in the morning to see what they would do about this becauseits unacceptable that a unit thats not even six years old Would shatter in the middle of the night. They let me know it went out of warranty five years ago, and there was nothing they coulddo. I do find it, surprising that they only back their appliances up with one year warranty, thats a red flag right there because They dont stand behind their product. That said, now I have four children under seven running around in a kitchen with shattered glass that just falling, and I have to figure out how to get a new oven all because they produce a terrible product, and when it does fail, they dont stand behind it to Repair it.

      Dishwashers are terrible! I have one that was in my new home when I purchased it one year ago. Had a tech out twice and of course now that my year warranty is up it is broken again!! I checked with my neighbors in the subdivision, who all say they have had nothing but problems with theirs as well! I will contact the builder (SDH) to make them aware of this so they can look at purchasing a different brand for their new builds in the future. Cant say much for the repair techs either! They came in asking me for items they needed to do the repair!! **************** **** stick strictly to the script and are hard to understand. **************** Supervisors will not speak with you or return phone calls! Extremely frustrating!! DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!! They dont deserve the 1 star!

      Bought upright freezer, compressor is bad. Parts been here for a month. Was supposed to have service repair today. Received call confirming today 01/13/25. 4 calls plus chat line over 3 hours of nothing but lies. Will receive a call 3 hours later nothing. Pathetic service and products. Never buy this brand again.

      this company needs to be shut down. They have no clue on how to build a proper dependable appliance,,,My refrigerator s*** to bed after 6 months ....i called hot line got numerous excuses from several representatives, first it was 24 hr turn around to 48 then 72 now its 7-10 days ...I explained to them i have a 6 week baby whom has prescribed formula they have to have due to allergies and this needs to be refrigerated ,,their neglect to provide a working appliance is a huge concern to my child well being.,I hope the better business looks into this complaint and all the other complaints im seeing on this review ******* an american we work hard for our money and when we respectfully believe we purchased a big ticket item from a manufacture and retailer company and this happens is devasting, their advertisement says PEACE OF MIND ,,they have no idea what peace of mind means cause there words is false advertising !! sincerely ***** ******** and honestly they dont even deserve a 1 star rating ...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      We paid and scheduled to have our front load washer repaired with Frigidaire and it turned out to be a big mistake! The first appointment was scheduled for the 12/6 but then was rescheduled (without prior notice) for 12/12. The technician did come and said he could not complete the work due to some parts that were needed. So he rescheduled appointment for Dec. 26. Okay the parts were delivered to my house within the week but the appointment for the technician to come back kept being rescheduled for Jan. 6 then Jan. 7, then Jan. 8, then Jan. 9 and now Jan. 15. We have called several times and have spoken with the supervisor but with no resolution. This is not a good company to do business with.

      We bought a new Frigidaire dishwasher in July from Famous **** in *****, *******. The dishwasher is still under warranty and still isn't working. Calls to Frigidaire customer support sometimes have wait times of an hour. It is almost impossible to reach a human being, and when I did, they were useless. Some were hard to understand, spoke over me, and stuck to their scripts. Today, we had an appointment we'd waited 6 weeks for, the third service call for the same problem. We were home, but no one came or called. I was told the technician was on the way; I went out front to wait, but no one showed up. The ticket was closed because he said "no one was home." We have been home and waiting for him since 8am. He went to the wrong address and never bothered to call us. Now, we have to wait another 10 days for another service call. This is beyond ridiculous. We are senior citizens with health issues, and this how Electrolux Frigidaire treats its customers? This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.I even tried to call the headquarters in **, and only a security person answers the phone and there is no way to transfer calls.
