      Zero stars for their scam warranty. Paid for the extra warranty, fridge broke after 2 months. Lost all food. They wont hold ** their end of the bargain. They knowingly sold this product with deficient parts. I have contacts a lawyer to start a class action suit.

      Ordered a fridge. Arrived fast, but had 2 broken drawers and scratches. Contacted 4 times to get the drawers sent out kept being sent to different departments. Spoke to someone who gave a allowance to refund as well. 2 weeks ago they said they would send the drawers out and would do the refund. This has been going on since mid October. Reached out today was told sorry no update they haven't shipped. I explained the day I spent over 2 hours getting transfered I was told they would be shipped and my refund would be done. ****. No one knows a thing. First fridgadaire product I have ever had and will be the last. Based on just the customer service alone.

      the worst company I have ever worked with. I have 2 wrong orders here that needs to be piked up & no one cares to do their job. the order was placed wrong through their customer service live agent. they have sent wrong ***'s out dated dates ,International ***'S. wrong order number etc.Their off shore call center *********** is worthless their WIFI is keep disconnecting or they never come back to after putting you on hold for 1/2 hour. I have called 18 ******** order was simple dishwasher lower rack in white. Both time they sent **** & charge me for both Here is my order numbers I need someone arrange for this to be picked up free of charge.**** **** ******** ********

      Horrible Fridgaire what you've become. You could care less about the people buying your products and the service to them. As well as the people you have to do your dirty work by not honoring your products quality with horrible customer service.

      I, am filing a complaint on Frigidaire - Electrolux for not being able to solve a problem that is really small . In September , I had a company buy my Oven combination with Microwave since my moms' Aide burned my Microwave so I made the mistake of buying the same name brand thinking it was going to resolve all my problems so I called the sales department and I had them call the owner of were my mom's Aide worked from and he said he would replace it he gave them his information and the order was placed I, was never told that there was an out of stock item which is a 200 volt electrical hardware kit. todays date is 11/11/2024 I, have called multiple times spoke to maybe two managers it was very difficult getting a hold of them because every time you put a call in for a manager no one wants to call you . This is something that no customer should experience I have tried to look for the piece and nothing has happened instead they have told me if I buy the piece I could let them know so they could deliver it. which I been to places they have said to buy it and they never had it there which is home depot I am still looking for a resolution to this matter and I don't see this happening that is why I will never recommend them. In reality they should have someone go get the hardware kit buy it for those customers like me . I am very upset and angry that not one single person from headquarters have looked into this matter to resolve the issue.

      Purchased a Frigidaire Induction Range in April. Have not been able to use this range since mid September, due to issues of it locking up on it's own and not being able to unlock. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent a ***** Tech out to work on the stove. He informed that he couldn't work on it due to not being trained on the product, having the schematic of the product or the proper tools to work on it. Frigidaire has been contacted 7-8 time either by computer or by phone to get this taken care of. When purchasing the product it was registered and we were told that there was a 1 year warranty on this product. Received an email stating that the warranty is up on 11/20/2024, so much for the year. When they were contacted today to get service again, we were told that no such product was registered to us and wanted to know if we wanted to register. Do not buy any Frigidaire Products, service is lousy on their end and they won't honor the warranty.

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ****. THEY SENT US A WRONG PART A HUGE DOOR AND WE ORDERED A RUBBER SEAL AND THEY WANT US TO PAY SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK ON THIS HUGE ITEM FROM THEIR . HORRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER WILL BY ANYTHING FROM ELECTROLUX. ALSO WHEN YOU CALL TO ORDER THE PART THEY START OUT A HIGH PRICE AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THAT IT IS SUCH A HIGH PRICE THEY SAY THEY WILL GIVE YOU A % OFF. WHY DIDN;T THEY GIVE ME THAT PRICE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I TURN THIS COMPANY INTO BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU AND CONTACTED AN ATTORNY. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN,

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the handling of my warranty claim for a Frigidaire refrigerator. Despite my repeated attempts to have the issue resolved within the warranty period, I was met with unfulfilled service appointments, miscommunication, and ultimately, an unacceptable resolution offer.When my refrigerator developed issues, I promptly contacted Frigidaires customer service department to schedule repairs. However, I experienced repeated cancellations and delays, with technicians failing to appear on multiple scheduled occasions. When technicians did arrive, they replaced the same component multiple times, despite it not resolving the issue. I contacted your representatives consistently over several months, each time seeking to have my refrigerator repaired under the warrantys terms.Eventually, after a prolonged delay, I spoke with a supervisor who informed me that the warranty had just expireda warranty that I was actively seeking to utilize long before its expiration. The supervisors response was that Frigidaire would only offer a 40% refund of the purchase price instead of a replacement, despite my diligent efforts to resolve this issue under the full coverage of the warranty.Given the circumstances, I believe Frigidaire should honor a full replacement or repair of my refrigerator, as the delays, ineffective repairs, and ultimately the expiration of the warranty were entirely due to the unfulfilled commitments and ineffective service provided by Frigidaires customer service and technicians. I would like to request that Frigidaire reconsider its offer and provide a full replacement for the faulty unit.Please confirm that my complaint has been received and indicate the steps you will be taking to rectify this situation. I look forward to your prompt response, as this matter has already taken an undue amount of time and caused considerable inconvenience.

      THE ABSOLUTE WORST. They are terrible. Their warranties are absolute garbage. My washer broker after only 5 months, i did the warranty stuff and they scheduled one tech, didn’t show because they never submitted a work order, so they scheduled another tech, also didn’t show. It’s been 21 days without a washer and i have two small kids. First of all why is their product breaking after only 5 months of use? I’m so good with my appliances. And second, what’s the point of having a warranty if nobody is going to show up? Maybe you say it’s not Frigidaires fault but they had NO SOLUTIONS to accommodate me. NONE AT ALL. ITS RIDICULOUS. My daughter’s car seat cover is stuck in the washer!!

      *** had this frig less than a year and the compressor went out. if you want real results file a complaint with the *********************************. the more who complain the better the chances they will change their ways! ******************************************************
