      I purchased an Ergo Rapido Vaccum on-line July 15th from the Electrolux website. At first I was happy with it, but not even 2 months later the vacuum stopped working properly. It became very unreliable, working and then NOT working. The machine would start, but sometimes it would suction up the dirt/dust, and sometimes it would just be an expensive piece of junk that makes noise.I contacted ***************** and it's like talking to very polite, even overly polite automatons, who could honestly care less about your issue with the product. They sent me a form to fill out requesting, among other things, the original proof of purchase. I no longer have the original proof of purchase, and all I had as "proof" was the charge to my American Express Credit Card for the Vacuum Cleaner. I sent a screenshot of that to **************** but that wasn't good enough for them. They don't consider that as proof I purchased the product even though the American Express statement clearly identifies that I purchased the product from Electrolux on July 15th, 2024 and the price I paid or it. I am so sick of companies and their false advertising of the their "fantastic" products. Sick of the lack of REAL ****************. Tired of having to speak to someone half way around the world who just repeats over and over the "script" that they have been forced to memorize and who only serves as a barrier between the paying customer and the Company, so that the actual company doesn't have to directly deal with a dissatisfied customer and doesn't have to answer for, or own up to the poor quality product that they manufacture and sell. Frigidaire/Electrolux took my money. I sent them proof of that fact, but that apparently it is not good enough and nobody will listen. Whatever number I call that appears on the Frigidaire/Electrolux website just gets routed to the *********** and my emails were ignored.

      Our brand new oven that was delivered on 8/10/24 stopped working on 10/20/24 with an error code. We were advised to have it serviced, but when the service person called the day of our initial appointment, we were told that he did not have the part needed to complete the service and that it would have to be ordered. My husband had to stay home all day, only to have no service performed. At that point, I called and I spoke to to an associate to express my dissatisfaction and to request a complete replacement. I was told the appliance had to be serviced and that a new appliance couldnt be requested while there was an open service request on it. Had I know that critical information, Id have requested a replacement initially instead of putting in a service request. I still owe $1000 financed on an appliance that Im not able to use. We finally got replacement parts sent today (10/29) but still havent had someone come out to do the repair. *** also emailed their customer service to complain and make inquiries, but received no response. We only owned this oven for 72 days before it stopped working. Only the stovetop is functional. I cant even use the clock.

      Do not order from them! Worst customer service! *********** and the company they go through for delivery is the same. At the end of the day never received the appliances purchased. Ended up canceling the order because we were never to receive it. Purchased at the beginning of the month and had constant issues with the order and the delivery team. We were supposed to finally receive the items and the delivery team went to the wrong address. Never called. They wont take accountability for all the issues weve had. Hope we get a refund and not have to jump through hurdles to get it.

      I bought a Frigidaire refrigerator 06/23 and everything was fine the first month but since them (the last 3 month) it has been nothing but problems. Things such as can't set the refrigerator temp, it keeps going into sabbath mode, the light does not work, the door open alarm keeps going off anything I put into the refrigerator freezes and so much more. I have contacted Frigidaire customer service, they set up a service tech to come by every time they change a part leave, and the same problem happens yet gain. To date Frigidaire has sent techs from to different Companys out to look at the refrigerator 5 times. The last tech stated that the main board is bad. He checked on part availability and the part is on back order until 01/25. In the meantime I have a refrigerator that I can't use.

      WORST CONSUMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I purchased a home appliance since September 6 and still have not received it, the worse part is that I've spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with no resolution, I was promised delivery on 3 separate occasions but never received my purchase. I will never purchase anything from Frigidaire or Electrolux again, I wish there was a zero star rating, it seems that either my appliance disappears from the warehouse or when they finally have the appliance, they say my paperwork is missing, I'm starting to think that the bait and switch back and forth is a SCAM. If anyone in upper management hear or sees this complain kindly assist, I've spoken to several supervisors so I'm sure they're aware of the situation.

      I live in a condo. Everyone condo has a laundry center. The most common laundry center in my development was the FRIGIDAIRE Model # FLCE7522AW. This laundry center started leaking after two years of having it. Everyone in my development that had one all needed to replace their floors and walls because of the severe water damage that it caused. these units are still being sold while theyre destroying peoples houses by the masses. Why this is allowed blows my mind.

      Dishwasher broken after more or less then 10 times used over 10 months of the dishwasher life time. Contacted customer services. There Technician is the laziest worker I ever seen on my life. He came in just check for the electric outlet after he found out the outlet work, and he saw a tiny crockroad some where and come to the conclusion "the unit has a Pest infected, crockroad damage the main board" not even open up and check the dishwasher??? I did ask him to open it and find out and he said: "I dont have too". The whole time in and out of my house is less then 5 minutes. My Rings recorded the in and out time. I Try to contact Frigidaire again and again and again. All thry do is try to sell you the extanded waranty services. Whats a c*** ***************** and Company. DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCTS. RUN AWAY FROM THEIR COMPANY.

      I got a replacement display / controller relay board from them for my frigidaire range. It cost over 600$ worked for 6 months then caught fire. I contacted their customer service phone number and was told a manager would call me back but nothing yet. Terrible service, I would expect this be a priority but they shrugged me off. I'm considering suing them if there is no resolution

      I have purchased 3 refrigerators of the Frigidaire brand with 4 years. I have have issues with 2 of the 3 purchases. I purchased a brand new refrigerator that was delivered on Monday and realized that on that Thursday, 3 days after delivery the refrigerator was not working properly. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait for a technician to come out and look at the refrigerator. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager I can speak to about my issue. The problem solving process for people purchasing brand new products that dont work is absolutely ridiculous. I have had to take additional time away from working to resolve issues with a brand new product purchased and it has not even been a week. I find this extremely frustrating because I purchased a new product so that would avoid such issues. The second refrigerator was purchased about 4 years ago and the refrigerator is making loud noises. The problem resolution is to have a technician come look at it as well. No major appliance should be in need of repair in such short periods of time. Frigidaire is making terrible products and the consumer is then forced to pay for this. It is a shame and ripoff. As a consumer I am left feeling helpless after spending thousands of dollars on appliances that dont work properly and I have spent time that dont have to resolve issues that no management level staff is in place to respond appropriately.

      I ordered an oven and refrigerator on 9/6 and still have not received them. Initially the appliances were scheduled to be delivered on 9/12 and when I called for an update, I was told that they were on back order and that it was a computer glitch in the system that allowed me to schedule a delivery for these items. I was told that I should receive the order at the end of September. It is now 47 days later and I still have not received the order since the order was shipped to a different state last week, again I was told that this was due to a computer glitch. I have spoken to several different people and still have not received a resolution or update despite being told that they will get back to me or help me resolve the error. I have now received a notice from the delivery company that the appliances will not be delivered until next week (over 50 days since the order was placed). Again, I called customer service and they said that should not be the case as the delivery company should not have sent me a notice since they still have not received the order yet. I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication, as I have had to be the one to contact them for updates each week. I feel like they are just giving me the run around.
