      I'm a disabled war Veteran who's surviored cancer 3 times, breast cancer twice and Pancreatic cancer once. I work too hard for my money to be taken advantage of by a big corporation, My dishwasher stop working it just locked up. I talked by phone with three representatives to why a remedy. They did'nt help me so, I scheduled a service appointment. The repairman came out looked at the dishwasher and said I know what's wrong with this dishwasher. He states Electrolux/Frigidaire has been aware of this issue for at least twenty years and will not fix. It's a quick easy money maker. The repairman also stated he has a special tool to just pop the stuck button out. It cost me $263.00 on something that is a easy fix. It's the day before Thanksgiving and I just spent $263,00 that could have went for groceries. Shame on you Electrolux for taking advantage of a disabled senior citizen. I'm going to blow you up on every social media I know. I was forced to leave 1 star, I wish I could have left minus 5 stars.

      I paid for the extended warranty for a dehumidifier that I purchased in May 2024. The dehumidifier stopped working so I called Frigidaire for help. They gave me the runaround and didnt offer me any help. I finally went to *****, where I purchased the unit and they refunded my money. Thats all good, but I still dont have a dehumidifier. So Im back at square one. In short, DONT BUY FROM FRIGIDAIRE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

      Absolute worst! Very disappointed and will never by anything made by Electrolux, it's sad the lack of quality and customer service has come to. Have a ********************** Gallery 4-door French door that quit working 10/13 (11 months old). Filed my claim and the first appt. that they could give me was 10/24 7:00am-4:00pm (they don't provide service windows it is just entire days). They told me if I needed someone sooner to call the repair company, which I did and they rescheduled for 10/15, no one came and late afternoon received cancel notification and appt. rescheduled for 10/22. On 10/22 repair guy showed up ordered a part to be delivered to our house 10/30 and scheduled to come back 10/31. Part arrived 10/30, but 10/31 no one showed up and late afternoon got the cancel and rescheduled for 11/9 notice. 11/4 they notified us that they could come 11/8, which was great news and on 11/5 another notice they could come 11/6, even better, well, no show again and cancel/rescheduled for 11/15 notice came. Contacted Electrolux **************** multiple times and that was a huge waste of time. After the 11/6 no show/reschedule and no help from "customer service" I filed a ******************** complaint. We are now looking at over 1 month without refrigerator. 11/6 I called Lowes where I bought an extended warranty and was able to file a claim, assuming no one was going to show up on the 15th through Electrolux. Lowes repair service showed up the 13th, the part that was previously received did not work and they had to order two more parts. The Electrolux company actually showed up on the 15th, and once they found out that we had a Lowes warranty claim in place Electrolux just washed their hands of it, coincidentally replied to BBB complaint saying nothing we can do you filed a claim with Lowes and basically did not care what-so-ever. I will never, I mean never, buy anything that is associated with the Electrolux company again and have warned others.

      Bought a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator direct from the mfg. It stopped cooling after 6 days. Took over a week for a tech to come out and diagnose it. Another 10 days for parts to come in and then schedule appointment to Install the parts.Worked for a week. Went through this exact same process 3 more times as they just kept replacing parts. Missed over 6 days of work to meet their repairmen each time because they will only give you a call the day of the appointment.Lost food and had to live out of a cooler for 90 days. Terrible when we had a perfectly working fridge prior to our "upgrade".The biggest issue I have is their lack of empathy and morals to do the right thing. They absolutely refused to send us a new fridge no matter how long we were inconvenienced.Just like everyone else, they offered me a $50 gift card for my troubles.Horrible customer service. They should be embarrassed, but won't be accountable until they are made to do so.

      ********* has the worst warranty service ever. I have been scheduled and rescheduled more than 10 times. The part is available. One repairman was riding around with the part. While another repairman was scheduled for repair. How in the world can you stay in business. How do you offer a warranty and don't have multiple. service providers in network. Now I have a new date of December 18th. I've already been waiting a month.

      I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator on 6/3/24. It is less than 6 months old with a 1 year warranty.The compressor failed and I have called the customer service number 15 times over the last 4 days and always get put off. They are unable to find anyone to repair the unit and say they have to keep trying. Their warranty says they will repair or replace if they cannot find anyone to repair. When I call they lie to me and say they have an appointment for me with a service provider but when I call that provider they say they do not have an appointment for me and told them they do not work on compressors. When I ask to talk to a supervisor, they put me on hold and never return to my call. I am desperate! I need a refrigerator and can't afford to get a lawyer involved.

      If I could leave a zero I would. Worst customer service ever, trying to cancel my account 3 times and still receiving charges! Actually having to cancel the credit card so they cant charge me again.

      Good day! I wanted to do something I never have done. The fridge I purchased from ***** has been a remarkable disappointment. On the fridge left side on the top three shelves it freezes items even when left two to three inches away from the side. Frigidaire says that this is normal operating and must be done to keep from freezing. Then there is the temperture sensor on the back wall and that also requires space to be maintained around it. So all tolled I have lost approximately 20 to 25% use of my fridge on those things alone. Then I was told by the manufacturer and their field *** that I cant ever have fruits or vegetables on the shelves, only in the crisper tray. Otherwise it will probably freeze. Then we moved to the issue I have with items like milk and cheeses spoiling in the door. As advertised these are made to hold milk and cheese, etc., however now I was told that I need to keep those items on the shelves, so they stay cold enough so as to not spoil since as they say, the doors are warmer so don't store those items there. Now I potentially have really lost another portion of my fridge and have to carefully consider what items can go in the door and can tolerate warmer temps. Challenging, frustrating and just purely bad customer service, poor design, and false advertising as we would have run the other way from this unit had we known these significant limitations! And the manufacturer basically says too bad. If anyone reads this, please let the buyer beware and I sadly would have to say stay away from Frigidaire.

      Zero stars for their scam warranty. Paid for the extra warranty, fridge broke after 2 months. Lost all food. They wont hold ** their end of the bargain. They knowingly sold this product with deficient parts. I have contacts a lawyer to start a class action suit.

      Ordered a fridge. Arrived fast, but had 2 broken drawers and scratches. Contacted 4 times to get the drawers sent out kept being sent to different departments. Spoke to someone who gave a allowance to refund as well. 2 weeks ago they said they would send the drawers out and would do the refund. This has been going on since mid October. Reached out today was told sorry no update they haven't shipped. I explained the day I spent over 2 hours getting transfered I was told they would be shipped and my refund would be done. ****. No one knows a thing. First fridgadaire product I have ever had and will be the last. Based on just the customer service alone.
