      I have purchased 3 refrigerators of the Frigidaire brand with 4 years. I have have issues with 2 of the 3 purchases. I purchased a brand new refrigerator that was delivered on Monday and realized that on that Thursday, 3 days after delivery the refrigerator was not working properly. I called customer service and was told I would have to wait for a technician to come out and look at the refrigerator. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager I can speak to about my issue. The problem solving process for people purchasing brand new products that dont work is absolutely ridiculous. I have had to take additional time away from working to resolve issues with a brand new product purchased and it has not even been a week. I find this extremely frustrating because I purchased a new product so that would avoid such issues. The second refrigerator was purchased about 4 years ago and the refrigerator is making loud noises. The problem resolution is to have a technician come look at it as well. No major appliance should be in need of repair in such short periods of time. Frigidaire is making terrible products and the consumer is then forced to pay for this. It is a shame and ripoff. As a consumer I am left feeling helpless after spending thousands of dollars on appliances that dont work properly and I have spent time that dont have to resolve issues that no management level staff is in place to respond appropriately.

      I ordered an oven and refrigerator on 9/6 and still have not received them. Initially the appliances were scheduled to be delivered on 9/12 and when I called for an update, I was told that they were on back order and that it was a computer glitch in the system that allowed me to schedule a delivery for these items. I was told that I should receive the order at the end of September. It is now 47 days later and I still have not received the order since the order was shipped to a different state last week, again I was told that this was due to a computer glitch. I have spoken to several different people and still have not received a resolution or update despite being told that they will get back to me or help me resolve the error. I have now received a notice from the delivery company that the appliances will not be delivered until next week (over 50 days since the order was placed). Again, I called customer service and they said that should not be the case as the delivery company should not have sent me a notice since they still have not received the order yet. I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication, as I have had to be the one to contact them for updates each week. I feel like they are just giving me the run around.

      ******** service manufacture default Not warranty, Glass exploded out of oven door and it wasn't even on, nor did I even touch it, ask to speak to supervisor and was told NO had to call back to leaven that message and still NO response,. Told repair man and they said this can happen, very lucky No one was hurt.

      Our fridge is less than a year old and has been deemed to be broken beyond repair. Here's the story...The tech they sent out said the issue was a bad compressor. After waiting a week for a new compressor to be delivered, we made an appointment for it to be repaired. After being stood up for 4 appointments, the tech finally returned and said it wasn't the compressor afterall but a manufacturing defect requiring the unit to be replaced. We were assured this was covered under warranty. After over 3 months of back and forth and NO WORKING fridge, we were forced to purchase a new fridge from a different company. The customer service is garbage and doesn't speak proper English to help solve the problem. There is no management or accountability to be had. This company is trash. Their products are trash. Their customer service is trash.

      I am very disappointed in the recent customer service I have received. To start, my frigidaire freezer was serviced December, 2023 and now needs to be serviced again. I called frigidaire customer service on Monday, October 14, 2024 to schedule an appointment to have my freezer serviced. I was scheduled for repair on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 8 to 5. I proceeded to pay the up front service cost of $347.75. I spoke with ****. On Monday night, I received an email stating my service was scheduled for Friday, October *******. I was disappointed as my day was arranged to be available 10/15/24, 8 to 5. I was told by **** on Tuesday morning there are no available appointments. On today, 10/18/24, I received a text saying service technician was at my residence, but no one is available. I responded right away to text with a number 1 saying I am available. I never heard a door bell ring, nor did I receive any calls to say the technician was on the way or had arrived. I phoned customer service representative, ***** to inform her I received a text 30 minutes ago saying someone will be here in 10 minutes, but no one has arrived. She proceeded to say the technician note says they had arrived and I would need to be rescheduled. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was told supervisor on call, **** is unavailable. I phoned at 9:30 am on today, 10/18/24. I am still awaiting a call from a supervisor. This is now the second day I have had to arrange my schedule to be available for a service I have yet to receive. Taking off a third day is unacceptable. Thank you ****** ******

      If I could give less than one star, I would. We've had an ongoing issue with our washing machine which was purchased on July 21, 2024, with an expected delivery date of August 24, 2024. Unfortunately, the very first load revealed a malfunction, prompting us to contact the seller, Electrolux, and the repair agency Electrolux utilizes. Since then, we have been caught in a frustrating cycle of delays and ******************* date, we have had multiple service visits scheduled, yet the problem persists. Each time, we have been met with an array of excuses, with customer service representatives constantly shifting blame and claiming an inability to get in touch with necessary parties or secure approvals for the repair. This has been incredibly frustrating as it seems no one is taking ownership of the situation. Three months since buying a brand new washer it seems crazy. We will never purchase from them again and are advising anyone looking to buy Electrolux products to stay away.

      Worst customer service ever!!! Our freezer went out in July 2024 and we had service come out twice. Said they had to order a compressor. Here we are in October and they tried to say we did not register our freezer. Totally unacceptable!!!!

      I've read all the complaints, even the ones issued with the BBB, and am starting to wonder WHY Frigidaire is still allowed to do business in the ***! It's shameful that so many people have hardships over a refrigerator that should work for ***** years without a hitch. So here is my complaint: Bought a house in 2018 which had all new appliances with the kitchen remodel. April 2021, the fridge (Frigidaire) looses cooling in both the freezer and fridge. Must use Frigidaire's repair service, and when he tried to fix and part broke, they did honor and replace the entire refrigerator. It's now 9/27/24 and the new one starts with the same issue...quits cooling in the refrigerator area. Different repair company from Frigidaire comes, says main board isn't reading sensor, so has to order new main board, 5-7 business days because they don't have the part in stock. Next appt 10/8/24, brings board and finds out it's the fan. Again, has to order because not in stock. In the meantime, living out of a cooler and wine fridge, and buying ice every other day. Over this past weekend, freezer is now acting up, so have to ask neighbors to help with frozen items. Called repair company this morning to tell them about the freezer and that they may need another fan for Wednesday's repair appt (10/16). This refrigerator is only 3 years old! And because it's a counter depth, choices are limited. I am having a hard time with the WHY. Why is this refrigerator still for sale? Why doesn't Frigidaire address all the issues and understand there is something very wrong with these refrigerators? Are these parts from ***** or a 3rd world country? Having to live out of a cooler for 3 weeks is ridiculous, and if Frigidaire will only allow you to work with THEIR repair companies, then parts should be stocked!!! The one good thing is that I have a 90 day warranty (already paid by me), so if it takes a dozen times, fine by me! But the parts are not covered and they are not cheap!!!

      I called customer service to order an accessory to my Frigidaire fridge. After I described what I was wanting the representative acted like he knew exactly what I wanted and tried to push the order through. After asking him multiple times to explain what he was sending, I got the sense he wasnt sending the right thing although he kept reassuring me it was the right part. I decided to trust his expert judgement so I made the purchase. When it arrived (much later than the representative promised) I opened the box and of course it was not what I described that I wanted. I called customer service and they said they would send me a shipping label to my email and it would take a day or two to receive it. Shipping label never came. Called again a week later, they promised the same thing. Never came. Called a third time, and they said they would send the label in the mail and to expect it in 7 days or so. After two weeks of nothing arriving in the mail we call again, so frustrated to find out that they wont send a label after wasting a month of our time to return the item. Their customer service doesnt know what theyre doing. What kind of company makes a mistake then wont even try to make it right. Ill never buy a product from them again. Learn from my mistake.
